This is a top notch condo and owners. Had plenty of communication with the owners prior to our vacation and they were very responsive. This is hands down the best condo I have stayed in at Panama City Beach in this price range. The condo was very clean and comfortable with many upscale furniture pieces. The couch is getting a bit worn, but based on the quality of the rest of the furniture, I'm sure it will likely be replaced soon. The kitchen is well equipped and more extras than expected. Appliances in excellent shape and all worked well. The second bathroom is quite large unlike other condos we have stayed in. Owners have put some heart into this one to make sure that anyone who stays here has an enjoyable and relaxing time. Condo is on the 6th floor, an end unit, and private. Building has 3 elevators for the 22 story building (6 units per story). Only had a couple short waits on the busiest days. Building garage will fill up quickly in the evenings, but there is ample parking in the parking garage across the street with a skywalk over to the 3rd floor of the building. We had a great stay with zero issues. Will definitely stay here again!

The condo was clean, well decorated and stocked. The owner even had some beach chairs but we brought our own. There was a small hiccup with the AC but the owner responded quickly and had it taken care of. The location was great and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and Walmart. If we had made it in time, the owner allowed early check in. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This is the best place I stayed during my travels. I thought it was a wonderful room decorated by the host with care, just from the pictures. When I actually went, it exceeded my expectations. 1. Amazing view There's a beach right in front, which is great. 2. Perfect kitchen It has everything - pots, pans, spices, spoons, forks, knives, cutting boards, and trays. You can cook right away if you have ingredients. 3. Washer and dryer It was nice to be able to wash and dry wet clothes right after playing in the water. 4. Beach supplies I didn't expect to find mats and bodyboards. I used them well when I went to the beach. 5. Private beach chairs and umbrellas When you go to the beach and tell the crew your room number and last name, you can get beach chairs and umbrellas that the host has reserved in advance. It was really convenient and I used them well. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends. And I really want to come back here again next time.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The large balcony was so private and peaceful, just to sit out and enjoy the ocean view. Barbara was great. Always answered questions quickly, and was kind enough to ship something back to us that we left. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time to PCB, and this condo was absolutely perfect! Very clean with a breathtaking view! The elevators were busy, but that is to be expected during a national holiday! We will definitely try to stay here again!

The property was as advertised and great location for us but there is a issue with the entry door lock took us 30 minutes to figure it out even with instructions and it seems to be a hassle when all it needs is for someone to fix the door other than that was great vaction spot

We had an amazing experience with our vrbo stay! The property was very clean, in a great location, and felt like home away from home. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had. The condo is very nice, clean, spacious, well decorated and well located. The balcony is fantastic! If you are staying out of season, you may want to bring some beach chairs. That is the only think I wish I had during my stay.

Barbara was excellent to work with and provided very quick responses to inquiries. She also was very proactive to provide information about the reservation, suggested restaurants, and local things to do. The condo is great and in an excellent location with shops, Walmart, and restaurants so close. Best of all, she provided early checkin which was great given our drive. This allowed us to get checked in, have lunch, get groceries, and enjoy the rest of the day at the beach! We will be back! Thank you Barbara

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Villas! The location was amazing with a Walmart within walking distance but still peaceful. We've stayed at several Front Beach resorts over the years and this was by far the most convenient check-in and shortest walk to the beach. My son made so many friends there that we hope to meet again in the future. The condo was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy the beach and prepare our meals. We usually eat at Pier Park every evening but this was the first stay that we could have a full family meal on the balcony. My mother stayed in the condo for most of the trip. But she enjoyed being able to go down to the hot tub and beach at her leisure. Overall, great stay and we would love to stay again.

This property was wonderful and was everything that we wished it would be! My husband and I and another couple came for a quick weekend to celebrate our 40th birthdays. We all had plenty of room and were very comfortable!! If we can have another adult weekend we will be back!! Barbara was great in answering questions and very helpful when our flight got changed to an earlier time with letting us drop our luggage off at the condo!!

I brought my two teenage kids down for a graduation celebration and it was great. The property was just as listed and the host was great. Easy access to the beach and lots beach toys for the kids and chairs in the condo to use. The beach chairs and umbrella that was paid for was great. This was an amazing stay will be using this property and host again!!
