Great stay. Close to downtown. Adopted a little friend by tbe river. Gopher was cute and entertaining. The place was perfect for us since it was myself, my wife and tjree teenagers.

We (me, my husband, nephew (20) and niece (18) stayed at the condo from July 3-7 for the holiday weekend. We couldn't have picked a better spot along the river and close to downtown. Walking to the 4th of July festivities on Broadway was so convenient. We could go back and forth whenever we wanted. It was slightly less than a mile walk, but it was flat, and you can see the river and the football stadium across the street, so it went quickly. I walked back to the condo before the concert was over (very safe) and was able to watch the 40 minute firework show from the balcony and shows that were going on all over the city. It was awesome. The condo is not far from the airport and is easy to find. It's a good size for 4 people, and we loved standing on the balcony and watching the bunnies and the muskrats. A few of those muskrats look very well fed and were really cute. You could also see boats pulling barges down the river if you paid attention. We weren't in the condo that much because we were out all day seeing things, but it was a perfect spot to come back to and get ready to drive and go see something not downtown. The parking was very convenient, as well. A huge lot with open parking so you could always park really close to your unit. I would highly recommend staying at the condo if you plan on going downtown and don't want to drive. Kim was great to work with and everything went flawless. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo!

Kim's place was lovely, roomy enough for my husband, adult daughter and I. Though we were a little nervous as we were driving in because we didn't realize how industrial the surrounding area was, we were able to walk, scooter and/or Uber/Lyft everywhere without any problems. Kim was wonderful -- communication was great; she was extremely accommodating. Don't hesitate to stay here!!

Our vacation to Nashville was perfect in so many ways. However, choosing to stay here made our trip so much more comfortable. The owner, Kim, has thought of literally EVERYTHING to make your stay next level. The apartment has just about everything you could think of needing. The location is close enough to all sites and you are right on the river. Highly recommend choosing this VRBO for your next visit to Nashville!

Apartment/Condo had more than enough places to sleep. But I would suggest a professional cleaning service. Dishwasher was a bear, hot water heater broke (lost almost a full day), one bathroom the toilet was extremely difficult to flush.

Location was close to Broadway and made getting there simple , if you don’t want to walk Uber is only a few dollars Owner was fantastic to work with from booking to check out.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. We had breakfast on the deck every morning and really liked having the view of the river as we did so. Kim (the owner) was great to deal with and very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a great property for two couples to explore Nashville. Well equipped, comfortable and on the river. While the access is bit limited, it is an easy walk to German Town and a short Lyft or taxi ride to all of the local attractions.

Condo was cute but def needs some TLC. Sink in bathroom was falling off the wall, lots of leftover food in the fridge, used/dirty dishes in the cupboards, tape holding the toilet flusher to the wall. Could walk to down town, but I wouldn’t. We used Lyft to get everywhere.

Super close to Titan stadium, was allowed to stow our luggage for early arrival.. super clean and great views of the river!! STAY HERE!

Stopped in Nashville for short visit during holidays. This was an excellent place to stay - clean, good layout, parking and convenient to broadways and neighborhoods. We were able to walk ti the titans game. Owner is very responsive ti any questions via message. We would stay here again.

Great condo! We were here for 6 days. The condo is close to most everything. We used a Lyft to get us around. But there is parking if you have a car. Property owner is amazing! She made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Laundry facility is a nice amenity as well. We enjoyed our trip and would definitely stay here again.

This place is a must stay if you are visiting Nashville. Very nice place and perfect for 2 couples. The 2 bathrooms is a big plus, everything you need in the kitchen for cooking. Very nice view right on the river. I will always try to stay at Kim's place when coming back to Nashville.

Perfect for what we needed! We enjoyed your cute little place along the river. The condo had everything we needed and then some. Super clean, kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked, beds amazingly comfortable. Although we didn't use the pool, we did go look around the property - pool was very clean, tons of room and lounge chairs provided. We did use the fitness center. It as well had everything we needed and was very clean. Great location, great little place!

This riverfront condo has everything you need for a trip to Nashville. We parked the car upon arrival and didn’t have to use it until we headed home. We walked everywhere. Beds are comfortable and the condo has 2 bathrooms so each couple has their own space in the morning to get ready. We only ate breakfast at the condo, but it looked to have everything you need for meals too. Overall, a great location for a Nashville stay!

This is a great place to stay! In walking distance of most things. We walked everywhere during the day and then taxi/Uber/Lyft back in the evening/night. Fun and spacious common space to relax and hang out. The welcome book was full of very helpful info!!!

My family couldn’t have been happier with their stay. The Condo was very nice, just as it appears. It is also conveniently located to downtown Nashville. The owner was very assessable. They are already talking about how they’d like to return.

You can't go wrong with this condo. Everything you need is there. This unit has been updated and very comfortable. My husband and I along with our best friends were in town for the George Strait concert. I have stayed in other units within this complex and this unit by far is the best. We didn't cook so I can't comment in that regard, but I'm sure there wouldn't have been a problem. We liked being on the first level and not having to use the stairs. I would definitely reserve this condo in the future and if possible, give it a few +++++ to go with the 5 stars. And above all, Kim will respond in a timely manner to any issues or questions you may have.
