New Boathouse is a well-presented renovated house situated in the town of Weymouth in Dorset short walk from town centre and beach with a balcony. The house can sleep 7 people in 2 double with en-suite shower, 1 single with pull out bed, 1 single bedroom as well has a family bathroom. The rest of the house is made up of kitchen/dining/sitting room. Patio garden with furniture. New Boathouse is ideal for a seaside town holiday for families or groups close to harbour and beach.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot available. Patio garden with furniture, first floor balcony. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub and shop 5 min. Beach 10 min. Two parking permits for on road parking zones G and H is available at this property (parking is subject to spaces being available) this expires end Jun 2025 (subject to Council renewal).
