Level 2: Four bedrooms on this level, plus full size laundry room with washer and dryer.

Two queen bedrooms that share a full bath.
Bunk beds with 4 full size beds that share a full bath (tub, separate shower & toilet) with another bedroom with a Queen size bed and full size bed.
Level 3: king bedroom suite with its own full bath. Plus a large kitchen, with an island that seats 6, and a dining table and chairs for 10, and family room with 2 bonus queen sleeper sofas (one is in a sectional). Open concept. Plus powder room. Access to main decks that have 10-12 deck chairs plus an outdoor dining table with its own chairs that seats 8.

The Town of Bethany Beach is known as 'The Quiet Resort', and downtown Bethany is a short bike ride from this home, where you'll find a Boardwalk, beach shops and restaurants People often walk or bike down to get ice cream, Boardwalk fries, Grotto's Pizza, Fishers Popcorn, Candy Kitchen. This was our third year in a row renting Doug's property and it was perfect! Great location, great accommodations, fully equipped with bikes, chairs, appliances, etc. We had a fabulous week!

We had a great time at this lovely home, and had plenty of room for our extended family. The boardwalk to the beach was less than a half block away which you could see from the house. It is the best stocked kitchen we have ever had, and all appliances worked well! There were many bicycles, beach chairs, everything we could want. We could tell it was a well cared for home. The owner was extremely helpful in every way. We will certainly come back to this one when staying on the east coast. Thank you, Doug, for being so gracious.

The house was more than spacious. The balconies all worked well for outside time. The inside great room was great to gather at night. The best part of this house was its location to the beach, like 100 feet!!! As a cherry on top only maybe 35 or 40 minutes to ocean city for a day trip!!!

We could not have asked for a better place to get our family together! We had plenty of room, the kitchen was amazing! We had one person that was unable to walk due to surgery so the elevator was definitely a plus. The owner was very responsive and we would highly recommend this property. Definitely 5 stars!

Great house, we are a group of women who have been coming to the beach for 34 years during the last weekend in September. We have had the delightful pleasure of staying in many beautiful homes in the Bethany Fenwick area. This one tops them all. Location, comfort, furnishings. We loved it.

My family gathered at this beautiful house for a reunion and what a great time we had! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, from appliances to dishes and utensils. The bedrooms are good size with comfortable beds. We had a rainy day but we were entertained by the assortment of games provided by the owner. This house gives off the feeling of being well cared for by the owner. We will be back again next year!

We rented this house for a big family vacation. There were 13 adults and 4 children. The house was perfect. The layout made it easy to have the children on one level with their parents (2nd level) because it has four rooms on that level with bunk beds and three queen beds. Everything was very clean and the house is fully stocked with everything you need...towels, beach chairs, bikes, beach umbrellas, coolers, pots and pans, etc! The beach is a short walk away and not crowded at all. We had a wonderful time and Doug was a great communicator. We would definitely like to rent again.

The house is amazing. It’s clean, well stocked, great location, and we really appreciated the private beach. The house is super close to the ocean! Owners were quick to answer questions, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this rental and would definitely rent again! Thanks so much.

We had a great week. The house was beautiful. We enjoyed the linen service. There were lots of beach chairs. The kitchen was well stocked. It’s a short walk to the beach. Overall excellent!

The house was extremely spacious and filled with modern day amenities to make our stay so enjoyable!

The house was wonderful! Fully stocked kitchen and amazing garage with almost too many bikes, chairs, umbrellas, and more. We had a multi-generational gathering with people from 82 to 2. Everyone had a great time. The multiple outdoor showers and elevator were really used.
The Host, Doug, was very responsive and friendly. We had a user error issue with the elevator and he immediately responded and walked me through the easy fix.
Multiple guests, especially those with little kids or canes, remarked on how great it was to be so close to the beach. When leaving the dunes, you can see your house just a few steps away. Great for a quick moonlight stroll or a rush home to deal with kid issues.
Will definitely try to make the gathering at this house a yearly event.

We had a fantastic week with our group of 17. Everyone had comfortable sleeping arrangements and the proximity to the beautiful private beach can't be beat. Doug was very responsive and easy to work with. The house is very well equipped for everything you might need during your stay. Plenty of extra blankets, coffee makers, etc. Great week, thanks again!

Our family rents VRBO houses frequently but I have to say this house is the most well equipped, most comfortable, most up to date and the best house for lots of people. Really close to the beach and so private. We all loved our stay! Thanks Doug!

We had the best time and felt totally at home in this house. Plenty of room and even closer to the beach than we had thought. So many bikes to use and things around the house that made the stay feel so comfortable. All the linens felt very clean. Everything felt high end which was an added bonus. Cannot wait to go back!

Our group of 13 had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Easy booking and check in and out, timely communication with Doug, and the property had all the amenities we needed for a fantastic three night getaway! Great location with lots of great restaurants nearby, and of course the beach and ocean just steps away!!

Our family, a group of 6 different households totalling 21 when all are present .
Rent homes around the country for Christmas: Fla,Texas, North Carolina, Maryland and Delaware. And we all voted this house as our best! Doug , the owner was the best host! He was constantly in contact with me ,ensuring that we we satisfied and well taken care of. The home is very, very spacious and very well stocked! And to top it off it's a 2-3 minute walk to the beach! Incredible!

We have been renting vacation homes for 15 years. But never one as gorgeous as this one. There are 12 of us and the house could have accommodated many more. This house would be the envy of every cook. It has everything you can think of in it. The family room is huge as well as the bedrooms and bathrooms. But more importantly is the homeowner. Doug is so kind and attentive. Any questions we had , he was back to us instantly. We would give him a 10 as well as the home. Definitely are planning on renting again. Such a beautiful home in the perfect location!! We could not have been happier with our stay in Bethany and had such an amazing host with Doug and his wife thinking of everything a group may need while staying in their home!
We brought a group of adults to the beach as my husband and I finally celebrated our wedding/anniversary (2 years later).
Everyone was comfortable with their own bedrooms, the common areas and outdoor space seated all 11 of us comfortably.
Doug was incredibly helpful with communication and updates. The neighborhood was peaceful and relaxing - so much that my husband wants to explore purchasing a home in the area! Loved the private beach access as well - hardly anyone out when we were there on the weekend and always nice when taking walks in the morning and evenings!
We found leaving our shoes near the door also made for zero headaches with sand or debris being tracked in - it wasn't a shoeless requirement but for future folks to think about!

We had the privilege of staying at this property for our annual family vacation and it did not disappoint. The property is in a great location, and is a short walk to a private beach. We realized just how lucky we were to be on the private beach after seeing just how crowded Bethany beach was. The kids loved hanging in the bunk room and each bedroom was beautiful. We were so appreciative of the beach chairs and supplies in the garage and really felt like we got to relax while we were there. Doug was very quick to respond to questions. We are super thankful to have had such a great week!

Excellent family vacation home
This house was perfect for our extended family vacation. Everyone had their own space to sleep comfortably and with 9 little kids, that is no easy feat! The house was perfectly equipped with everything you would need and Doug was very responsive. We had such a wonderful family vacation and we hope to be back next summer!

Great House, Location & Amenities
Doug's house is everything described in the VRBO website and Doug is a very responsive host. The house looks just like in the photos with very little wear and it's fully stocked with all of the needed appliances for a very comfortable stay. Also, the kitchen is the best stocked kitchen we've had in a rental with everything needed for cooking and enjoying.
The beach is a short walk and very private - no crowds like in downtown Bethany even though it was a perfect beach weekend.
One location amenity that's not mentioned is the great bike trail (Fresh Pond) just across the highway. We took advantage of the provided bikes and explored the trail multiple days. The location also was close enough to bike into Bethany to check out the shops.
Overall, we could not have picked a better house for our family reunion.

Family Weekend
Our family enjoyed our stay at this very nice and spacious Bethany Beach house right next to the beach. The elevator was extemely helpful for my 80 year old parents. Location is great. Quick drive into “downtown” Bethany and 15-20 mins to Rehobeth. Even drove down to Assateague to enjoy the wild horses. Great Family bonding time!
