I loved the decor and the bed was super comfortable, but nothing beats that view! I was lucky to get to see some thunder/lightening storms while there. I can't wait to come back :-)

Great place to stay and an excellent location. RJ was quick to respond to questions and easy to deal with. Only issue i can see with property is it needs a deep clean but other than that everything else was good

I had previous reviews with concerns about cleanliness. I had contacted the owner who relayed he had hired a new cleaning company. I had no issues with the overall condition and cleanliness of the condo. The views were amazing and this is one of the best locations to stay in downtown boise. Several premium restaurants, bars, and entertainment within 100 yards. Parking available at the attached parking garage and nearly everything you may want is a short walk. I'd highly recommend a stay at this location.

We should have taken the 2018 review to heart. The property is in a fantastic location, but everything else was awful. We got in late Saturday night, and really didn't look at the place until the next morning. It was filthy, I imagine even worse than it was in 2018. My wife started cleaning, we figured, the place was in a good location, we'd do the linens and it would be acceptable. We spent Sunday out and came home in the evening. When we realized the extent of the filth, we contacted RJ and asked for some sort of refund. He offered to send the cleaners back; (we later realized the cleaner was no professional) a real cleaning would take multiple days and we did not want someone there during our stay. We were uncomfortable using any of the untensils, the refrigerator had moldy food in it and layers of dust made my allergies go crazy. We changed our plans and spent most of our time outside the property. After hours on the phone with VRBO and texts to the owner, we were offered no help and felt trapped. I have an extensive file of pictures of how bad this property is/was. Neither cared. This experience has caused me to question VRBO.

The only good thing about the property was the location.

The location of the property was good other than that I would not recommend anyone staying here. It was not clean. Carpets were not vacuumed. Floors not swept. Stains on the bed comforters. Had to buy our own pillows from target because the pillows smelled and had stains on pillow cases. I had to clean the bathrooms myself due to black hairs in sink and back of toilet. The furnishings are very worn. Towels and bedding are old. Could not get in touch with the owner until next morning because he doesn't get reception. We vacated the property the next morning. I do not like living in someone else's filth. A settlement was reached with owner of 1 nights stay. He did offer to have someone come in and clean but this should have been done BEFORE our stay not during. A lot needs to change with this property before it is suitable for rental. This is not up to the standards I have experienced at other homeaway properties.

The condo was stocked with beer, wine, coffee and has an awesome view of the Boise foothills. We were able to walk to several outstanding restaurants, shop downtown and visit the Saturday market which takes over several downtown blocks on Saturday morning.

Great place in a perfect location

Great place in a perfect location

We spent a week in Idaho and this downtown Boise Condo made a convenient home base for us. The owner was prompt and helpful and the unit itself was very nice. Being able to spread out a bit in a modern, clean 2-bedroom condo situated right in the heart of downtown was ideal. The unit is within short walking distance of many restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, and stores. The city of Boise has bikes you can rent right across the street but we opted to walk to a local bike shop where we rented bikes for a couple days. This allowed us to enjoy the many miles of trails on the Boise River Greenway and others around the town. We also took advantage of the hiking, hot springs and river rafting just a short drive into the mountains. It was a fantastic trip for our entire family. We have never been to Idaho before but what a treasure it is, and Boise is just one of the state's many jewels.
