This house was just as described in the listing. Plenty of space for everyone. Nothing fancy but clean and spacious.

The location is phenomenal. You’re a 5 minute walk from everything in Government Camp or a short drive to attractions. The house has so many beds, a great size kitchen and a fridge for all our things! My only gripe was the cleanliness. We found used bars of soap in the shower, cookies, chips and lights left on the beds. Attention to detail when cleaning is ideal.

House was great and very easily accommodated 3 families of 4. We hope to book this house again in the future.

Large place, furniture is over-all in good shape, a few living room chairs that should be replaced, kitchen is well stocked but some utensils are cheap.
Biggest drawback is that this property is managed by Vacasa, which is terrible. They don't give you a local person to deal with issues, it goes through a national center. 2 of the in wall heaters didn't work, I contacted them to fix, I got a response that since the heaters are not a featured amenity, they won't fix them. Heaters... not a featured amenity... won't fix in wintertime. Terrible hospitality, this is par for the course for Vacasa, avoid them when possible.

There were many issues during our staying.
1. The lock box couldn't be open. Had to wait outside talking on the phone almost 30 mins. Then wait for someone to come to help and the lock still couldn't open. The man had to take off the entire lock for us to access to the unit B.
2. The front porch light was out, call to request to have to light install for safety issue, and no one came
3. More than 3 twin bed were not sturdy, it kind of loosing bolts.
You can contact me.

Amazing location and great house for three families (12 people). There were a few issues during our stay relating to parking and a broken bathroom door. The problem is I attempted texting and messaging the host several times and never once heard back.

Great location within short walk to downtown. Rustic cabin that has all needed. However there is no foosball table and parking is misleading as it reads two spots. However there are two spots for multiple units in building with street parking also available.

Our volleyball team had a great time and the house was perfect for what we needed. Close to everything with plenty of room in the house. We would definitely recommend to others.

Had a shortage of towels but got that fixed. Needs some more kitchen utensils.

small and un-cared-for
This place is really expensive for what you get. The living area is seats 6 people as does the dining table. There is serious deferred maintenance. There is an interior door connecting the unit to the unit below. The downstairs people kept trying to come through, before they realized their unit was small too. They said, "This can't be all the space we have." In general I feel like this unit is mis represented and being bigger and nicer than it is. It should be around $300/night.

Great location in Government Camp - can walk to anything!
We were overall happy with this rental. Mainly we wanted a space large enough for our family of 6 adults and 3 little kids, and something centrally located in Government Cam - and this place was great in terms of bedrooms and location. Would have liked the main kitchen and living area to be larger, and feel the rental could use some updating; but overall happy with our experience - thank you!

The basics are covered
Beds were comfortable. Close to food and drink. Some bedrooms over-heated no matter where the thermostat was set. Dishwasher was not secured to counter making it a challenge to load/ unload. More adequate lighting in living areas and dining room would have been nice for reading and game playing. A spatula for flipping pancakes would've been great (not the metal grill flippers used for meat). A very basic rental.

Hood To Coast success
This space was a perfect pre-race location for Hood to Coast. There was plenty of sleeping room and spaces for people to hang. We weren't there too long but it was perfect distance from the start line and our van 2 was able to watch people run down the mountain. Thank you!

Winter getaway
Spent a great weekend with friends at this cabin. It had everything we needed to have a fun time. Great furnishings, enough space for large groups, and the sleeping arrangements were perfect.

Fun Weekend with Friends
We enjoyed the location and the layout of the rental that housed three families with teenagers. The only downside was that a couple of basics were missing from the house including forks (only 6 and we had 11 people in the house), matches to light the woodstove and a hairdryer. They were small inconveniences that didn't impact our delightful weekend. Walking to Government Camp and Ski Bowl made us really enjoy and appreciate the location of the rental.

Convenient and good for large groups
We stayed in Unit B at the top and it worked great for our large group. The downfalls were that they didn't quite have enough eating space for our large group and it would've been nice if all 8 adults were able to dine together at a table. I'm guessing that most people might take more advantage of the restaurants in government camp where we prefer to cook our own meals. Also, most of these places have a way to wash/dry clothes but I'm guessing that was available to the lower units. It's nice to be able to dry your clothes since you've been playing all day in the snow. It is convenient to the shops in Government camp.

Family reunion
Rented the upper unit for a family reunion with 15 people and 2 dogs. Location was great with easy walk into village and cosmic tubing. Bathrooms were small and cramped for so many people, but functional. Bedding and room arrangement offered flexibility for families and kids. Foosball table was removed so that was a bummer, and parking was limited.

Little Trail B Ski Weekend
Overall the property was acceptable but there were several issues that kept me from giving it a better review.
1. The property sleeps 16 but it only had 5 large plates and 6 forks, basically the kitchen was not very well stocked at all. I called the day we arrived but never got a response.
2. The internet is slower than dial-up. I was able to connect easily but notice that is was extremely slow. I performed a speed test and found that it was pretty much unusable. I reset the router/modem with no change. I tested the speed all three days of our stay and it was the same.
3. There was supposed to be two parking spots, but they were not well marked at all. One of the two spots in front of the house was taken and by the amount of snow on the car it had been there for quite a while. Fortunately we found street parking so this was not a problem.
On a side note, while the property clearly states it has two bathrooms I can't imagine having 16 people it the house with only two bathrooms. We had 11 and it was tough with only two bathrooms. Once again we knew this going in so I am not holding it against the property but it is something that should be considered when renting the property.
I did like the large activity room upstairs where the kids could play away from the adults downstairs.
The property did have sufficient linens and towels which I have found to be hit and miss in other properties.
Otherwise the house was as advertised and I had no complaints.

Winter wonderland weekend trip
It was a pleasant stay here on the upper 2 floors. There were some maintenance issues but we didn't let that ruin our fun time here. We had 16 people stay for 3 night and 3 days. The option to extend check out time to 7pm was perfect for us. The only major complaints I had was the bathroom doors locks were busted and we had to hang signs for privacy, our floors didn't have an axe to split the available wood, outside grill was on the 2nd floor while we stayed on 3&4. Although we didn't let these things ruin our fun time, it would've been more comfortable if maintenance was kept up more. I.e the trash bins outside were completely full by check out time because its shared.

This was a very pleasant and comfortable place to stay, and plenty large enough to accommodate our party. We had 11 people staying in the top two floors and we had a great time.
