Very clean hotel. Pool and hot tub were perfect size. Employees were all friendly. Price was great and good location.
Breakfast was terrible(which I was bummed about because it even advertised a kid friendly breakfast so my kids were excited and then were disappointed,) went in at 7:30 first morning and everything was empty, waited until 8:15 and nothing was filled. Then second day went in at 8:30, once again it was empty, even coffee and waffle mix were out and waited until 8:50 when a customer decided to fill waffle mix and coffee then went back to our rooms. Unfortunately this I believe was due to an understaff issue. Location was great but no pizza delivery was available, not a big deal just kind of inconvenient.

Lobby was bright and inviting. Water pressure was good.
We arrived late, around 11PM after a day of moving my son into his new apartment. Had to wait ten minutes or so while the clerk was negotiating room rates with someone on the phone. Hallways were dirty. Didn't look like they had been vacuumed in awhile. Room was directly across from the pool. Never seen that before. Walked into the room, and the room smelled of chlorine, presumably from the pool. It felt steamy in the room, which was weird since the AC was running. Honestly felt like we were in the locker room at the community pool. Woke up in the morning congested. There were paint splotches on the floor like they didn't put anything on the floor when they painted. Then the kicker. My wife comes out of the bathroom and announces that there are no towels anywhere in the room. That is also a first. Trudged back to the front desk and asked for towels. When they arrived, there were no bath towels. Washcloths, face towels and these weird towels with blue stripes on them. Pool towels maybe? Look, the rest of the hotel might be fine and maybe there was something going on with the pool (it was closed also) and I understand staffing issues, and I have certainly had worse lodging experiences in my lifetime but not at one of the big chains. I have a certain expectation of Best Western, especially at the $170 price point and this place just didn't meet those expectations. We couldn't wait to leave in the morning and that's not good.

The location was great for a car trip.

Lobby was clean and staff very friendly and professional. Bed and pillows were comfortable
The carpet in the hall was filthy. The bathroom counter had not been cleaned. There was a dirty shoe print on the bed cover. The plastic bag in the ice bucket had water in it and the only ice machine is in the lobby. The noise from the freeway was terrible

The proximity to Lake Oswego and West Linn
The room was older and in need of a refurbished, there were never enough towels and the few they had were threadbare in fact we had to use shower mats as hand towels. The bed was comfortable, the furniture old, the bathroom was updated and the sink faucet so close to the counter top that it was impossible to use.

Remodel is nice
Pool and hot tub not working

Large room. Comfortable bed. Separate sitting area. Air conditioning worked well.
Common areas were not well kept. Breakfast room was a mess. Lobby was inadequately air conditioned on a 90+ degree day. Front desk staff was overwhelmed. Does not appear they have maintenance staff on weekends. They lost our reservation in the transition from Phoenix Inn to Best Western. Only one bath towel provided for two people. No hair dryer. Clogged sink.

We did not eat breakfast.
This locaton was transistioning from Pheonix to Best Western. I made my reservation through Booking.com and that made the check in and check out process difficult...but the staff did their best under the circumstances.

I loved the staff, everyone was so friendly and kind!!! It was a clean facility. They had a good breakfast with different options.
The pool door had a consistent buzzing, which can be frusterating. The breakfast eggs were a little soggy with condensation but still good!

NOTHING
We arrived at the Location with a confirmation number for our reservation within 3 hours of check in time. Our room was given to someone else and we were asked to find somewhere else to stay by the front desk with no attempt to accommodate us for the error by Best Western. The manager was not made available to us or the other guests in the lobby that also had reservations and turned away.

This place is a joke. Will be filing a complaint against this location as well as Booking.com for misleading information on availability.

The facility was clean and the room was a decent size. It was within walking distance for dinner at the Olive Garden.
I didn't like that the kids weren't allowed to exercise in the exercise room according to staff onsite.

Wanted to charge extra for two hours early check in, I refused and it was waved. Both mornings no coffee at the breakfast station and appliances did not work. Left at four pm on Thursday and came back at eight to find the door to our room open! Front desk had no viable explanation. We stayed there 3 to 4 times a year. Will not go back.

Easy on and off the freeway, with restaurants and a gas station next door. Super clean and inviting. The breakfast options were great, even on a weekday.

Not very much
Noisy. Old.
Photos and name of hotel are very misleading.
Swimming pool area looked really horrible, so we didn’t use it. Which was a shame as we booked a hotel with a pool.
Yucky breakfast.

No towel service or room clean up service for the entire stay. It was blamed on staff shortages. Breakfast was not as advertised. Stale cereal old bagels etc. one morning no breakfast as kitchen person quit.
