Stay on top of the world in this newly renovated 2 bedroom / 2 bath beachfront penthouse with extra large balcony! The Sea Winds is located on the preferred south end of Marco Island and offers a beachfront location with 2 tennis courts, heated pool and hot tub. Let's take a quick tour by riding the elevator up to the penthouse located on the 17th floor.

Come inside your beautifully decorated home away from home. The condo features warm Macchiato thick wide plank flooring throughout. A new kitchen with granite counters and breakfast bar. Full size Samsung Range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with icemaker. The kitchen comes fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans, glassware and plates. Plus a coffee maker and toaster.

Beyond the kitchen is the dining area with a contemporary glass table and four chairs. The living room has a double sofa bed and chair. When you get tired of watching the dolphins you can watch a movie on the 55' 4K Roku Smart TV. Open the sliding doors to a large beachfront balcony.

While out on the balcony see a perfect sunset. The view is spectacular! There is a chaise lounge and a table with four chairs.

Off the living room is the master bedroom with a king size bed and 50' flat screen TV. Wake up in the morning to an oceanview without even getting out of bed or open the sliding doors and sip your morning coffee out on the balcony. Step through the doube doors to the large all new master bath with a granite vanity, toilet and walk in porcelain tiled shower.

The guest bedroom offers two new twin size beds with comfortable mattresses and a 32' flat screen TV. Plus a private guest bath with a new granite vanity, toilet and porcelain tiled shower.

For your convenience you can do your laundry in our full size front loading washer and dryer. WIFI internet access is included! We also provide 4 beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach cooler. You won't be disappointed!

We always enjoy staying at this property because it is always clean, 24 hr key access only or with an access code and security on site so very safe for families. They keep the property updated and it has the best beach access. Only feet away from the beach. No hiking around the sand dunes. This property is right on the beach. Great location and accommodations!!! What more can you ask for!!!

I would highly recommend this condo! The view from the balcony is absolutely unmatched. We really wanted to stay somewhere directly on the water with a great view and easy beach access..we couldn’t have made a better choice choosing to stay here! The unit was clean and comfortable. The owners closet outside the unit contained everything we needed to spend time in the water and on the beach. I had a small issue arise during the stay (100% my fault) that caused me to message the owner. He quickly called me to resolve my problem. He was great to work with. We can’t wait to come back!

Lovely and well appointed condo right on the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans, glasses, dishes. Plenty of restaurants within driving distance. Would stay there again!

We had a great time staying at this condo! There were some issues that we had to call the owner about. The great thing is that he was incredibly responsive and handled things immediately. That’s all a guest can ask for in a host! We so appreciated him and his condo!

Condo is very small and needs some cleaning. Looked like black mold on the crown molding/ceiling in second bedroom. Vents were very dirty. Almost all the knives in kitchen were stained. Place needs "sprucing" to charge that high of fees.

Absolutely loved Robert's place. It was just as the pictures showed. Beautiful and laid back so all you have to do is enjoy your vacation. Robert was super easy to contact and work with as well. Wish his place wasn't so perfect and popular so we could book more often :)

This was our first time to Marco Island. We had the most enjoyable week. The condo was perfect for our family of four. Located on the top floor, 17, the view was gorgeous. We saw dolphins on multiple occasions. We could watch the sun set from the balcony. There is a closet with chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and a wagon to bring everything down to the beach. It really was effortless. Perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and mini golf. We definitely will be back!

Great penthouse condo with a view. This place has everything you need! No need to check baggage as this was a carry on trip! Robert was great and quick to answer any questions. Definitely would stay there again. Enjoy!!!

The photos on the website are somewhat deceiving. Sofa and chairs are not the same as pictured and seat only 3 people. The table and chairs are very small and wobbly. No bedside table or lamp on one side of the master bed. The bathroom sinks have about 5" of counter on each side of the sink. Overall the apartment is very small. After our first day, the stove stopped working and we were without a stove for one full day and two partial days. This was a huge problem for us as I have Celiac disease and need to eat in. The owner offered no compensation for the three days of inconvenience but did refund the $200 of fresh fish we purchased that day. The 17th floor of the apartment is very windy. If it's a cool day, you can't enjoy setting out. The owner was easy to contact, the view is gorgeous and the storage room was easy to access.

First timer to Marco Island and we had a great time! The condo was clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms looked like they were newly renovated. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The best part of the condo was the incredible view from the balcony! Robert was a great host, responded to emails within minutes and was just very kind. After going to all the beaches on the island we also concluded that the beach in front of Sea Winds is the best! Don’t hesitate to book, this condo is wonderful and the location is perfect!

Check in and check out process easy as could be. Place was very nice. Only thing I’d recommend is updating the mattress and pillows in master bedroom. Other than that we all were very happy. The wash and dryer was very nice. They supplied laundry detergent and fabric softener and hand soap, dish soap and toilet paper. We would definitely book again. Looking to book again for may 2022
