You’re coming to Marco Island for the sunshine. Make sure you can enjoy it fully!
When you’re contemplating which property to rent on Marco, pay close attention to the pool area. Is the pool large enough for your group to enjoy? Does the pool get sunshine throughout the day? Are there sufficient lounge chairs and multiple seating areas outdoors for everyone? Is there room to move furniture around to be in or out of the sun? Given that most people come to Marco for the sunshine, you’d be surprised how many places don’t offer these things. Many of our guests comment that they came for the beautiful beaches, but find they rarely leave. Why should they? Our pool area faces the all-important south direction for maximum sunshine throughout the day and is one of the largest private pools on the island. We have enough outdoor lounge chairs & tables for larger groups to relax around the large 20 x 40 foot, heated, in-ground pool. And there are areas where you can sit in the shade if you prefer.
The unique layout of our home also offers more privacy (and tranquility) than other homes which is important when you're on vacation. Our 4 bdrm/4 bath home is located at the end of a peaceful cul de sac. The unique layout of our air-conditioned home with 3 different buildings in an L-shape design (all under one roof) built around the pool provides extra space and privacy for guests. The main building has the living room, dining room, modern kitchen and breakfast bar, king sized bed bedroom & bathroom. The second building has 3 bedrooms, (another king, a queen & the upstairs room has a queen bed and 2 single beds) with 2 more bathrooms. It's perfect if some guests want to sleep in or go to bed early. The 3rd building consists of another bathroom, laundry & garage. This stand-alone extra bathroom is great for those that want to get up early (maybe to go for a morning walk/run or escape to Starbucks) and not disturb other late sleepers. The house has been recently redecorated and updated. It is located less than 5 minutes away from the main shopping area and 47 places to eat including the famous Snook Inn and other excellent restaurants.
The estate sits on a large end of cul-de-sac "tip lot" with 260 feet of waterfront frontage! (Something very rare for a rental property.) The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a large 20 x 40 foot in-ground pool, (typical pools are 12 x 24 feet), that is heated.
Please read on for more details. We also encourage you to email us first with any questions prior to making a reservation request. Saturday to Saturday stays are required throughout most of the year and most holidays require a two week stay. If you have alternative dates, please inquire before booking.
LAYOUT OF HOUSE DESCRIPTION
The layout of the house is fantastic with 3 different buildings in an L-shape design (all under one roof) built around the pool.
MAIN BUILDING
The main building has the living room, formal dining room, modern kitchen, the master bedroom and modern bathroom. The living room has a large 82-inch television. One of the walls in the living room is all patio doors that overlooks the pool area so people can sit in the living room and visit (or watch TV) while still being able to keep an eye on people in the pool area. There are 3 full length sofas so there are plenty of places to sit. The dining room has a formal dining table and 10 chairs. The kitchen has lots of storage, cabinets with soft-closing hardware and all the amenities you'd expect including a both a drip and Keurig coffee maker. The bedroom in this building has a king-size bed, TV and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Linens are included for all beds and there are beach towels as well. Every bedroom has a TV.
SECOND BUILDING
The second building has 3 bedrooms. One with a king-sized bed, separate vanity and dressing area, a Queen suite with separate vanity, and the upstairs bedroom which has a Queen bed and 2 twin beds in the same room. This building also has 2 more bathrooms. Every bedroom has an entrance to a bathroom.
THIRD BUILDING
The third building consists of the pool changing room, another bathroom with a walk-in shower, the laundry room (which is nice because it's away from all the sleeping areas) and the garage. The bathroom is located near the pool, so people don't have to run inside the house while they're wet. This bathroom is popular for those that like to get up early and not disturb other late sleepers or for runners that want to get their early morning run in and come back and shower while others are sleeping.
POOL & DECK
The large, 40 foot long in-ground pool, is heated by both a solar cover and a heater. The pool sits on the south side of the house, so the sun is shining on the area for most of the day but there are also areas to be out of the sun if you prefer. The large, 1,000 square foot deck was heavily researched to be built with the most modern materials.
The house is perfect for families, groups of friends or up to four couples.
NEIGHBORHOOD
There are nearly 50 restaurants including the famous Snook Inn, 2 grocery stores, 2 drug stores and numerous shops within 5 min of the house. There are also 2 places where you can rent and dock a boat, (boats can't be kept at the property), if you would like to go fishing or just exploring. If you decide to go further afield, it's quick and easy to get off the island to go golfing or up to Naples.
And as much as you'll enjoy the pool area, you'll want to visit Marco Island's fabulous 3.5 mile powdery white sand beaches, only 7 minutes from the house.
Please note that events/parties are not permitted at the house. Dock is not available for guest use and boats are not permitted anywhere at the property including along the seawall. For out guest's safety, there are external cameras. A rental agreement is required. The owner has allergies, so no animals are permitted.

The house has a great layout for socializing but also for having areas to hang out in private. Pool was great as was fishing off the bulkhead. Access to various attractions on Marco Island was excellent as well.

We really enjoyed our vacation and are glad we picked this rental. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The layout of the home was perfect for our family. The pool was huge! We would stay here again on a return trip to Marco Island.

The house was as advertised. Everything was clean and the check in was easy. We all loaded up and went to the beach one day. After just a few hours, we came back to the house to enjoy the privacy of our own pool. We had a great week!

This property worked very well for our family

This house was perfect for our family trip. Children range from 18yrs to 18months and everyone was comfortable with fun activities for all. One caught a fish off the seawall, the other took a nap and the other two were swimming. Just before dusk we had pictures taken at tigertail beach. We returned home to dinner cooked by Chef Tiffany who made our entire stay extra special.
This is a great property, quiet neighborhood, and Deborah is very pleasant to work with.

The pool is as advertised. It was great for our group of nine. The house layout was perfect our group which consisted of two families (two adults + two teens) and a grandma. Great location- close to shopping & restaurants, but not close enough for any road noises to be intrusive. Host was super commutative and friendly. Would stay there again.

Beautiful house in a great location with a fab pool. The layout ensured we all had privacy when wanted with ample space to sit together and watch a movie on the big TV.
Lots of loungers, pool towels, floats etc.
Couldn't fault our stay.

The property was excellent and the pool was huge with tons of deck chairs. The house itself was very large, extremely clean and very well maintained. Our host Devorah was the best. Super nice and extremely informative. This was our favorite rental of all time and it really added to our Marco Island vacation. We are so grateful that we had this house.

Had great time getting the family together to celebrate Mom's 92nd birthday. House was perfect for our family's needs. Pool was little warm the first day but after a day of rain, it was perfect. Kitchen has everything we needed to cook many meals. Deborah greeted my brother and was in contact to keep us informed about the garbage and final day preparations. Tons of pool toys and plenty of things to take to the beach. Washer and dryer very up to date. Living room comfortable. We even put together 3 jigsaw puzzles that were available in the closet.
Everyone has a great time!

Property was perfect for our large group! 6 adults, 2 school age kids and 1 infant. 10 minutes to the beach and a large pool. Small issue we had was resolved the same day and we appreciated the owner walking us through the property when we arrived. She recommended things to do and great places to eat! Highly recommend!!

Great house and area. we enjoyed the large pool and huge water front area. Did a bunch of fishing and caught all kinds of fish. One afternoon we had a dolphin swim right by us.
We attend conferences in Marco every year and this is one of the nicer places we have stayed.
thanks

We were very happy with our stay with two families of four—the house was perfect for families of all ages, location is great with easy access to everything you’d need within a few miles, and the pool was perfect when traveling with small children just wasn’t an option, we’d absolutely come down again.
4.0
The house is nice. Clean and open floor plan. Lots of beds so me and my friends/brothers all had our own beds. The pool area is very nice with a big patio to lounge on. Lots of chairs and pool toys and fishing polls in the garage. Very neatly organized. Has a huge peninsula with a wraparound seawall that you can fish off. Downside is the owner is a little too protective of the property. Cameras all over the outside of the building. Combine the cameras with the long list of things you can’t do in the contract and you’re not completely sure if the cameras are looking out for you or looking at you. Make sure to read the fine print. We rented a boat for the week and where gonna tie it to the seawall in the back but the owner told the boat rental company to take the boat away immediately without talking to us about it. There’s a line that says you can’t use the dock and I assumed that meant the lift dock not just tying a boat to the seawall. We’ve been renting in Marco Island and siesta key twice a year for 14 years, and I’ve always been able to keep a boat at the house we rent. This was new to us. Having to wash all the beach towels and dry them and put them away was something I wasn’t expecting to do so we spent the last hours of our stay doing that. I think the beach towels should just be working to the price of the regular laundry so we’re not scrambling to do that little piece at the end. Just make sure to read the fine print on the rental agreement because there might be things on there that you like to do on vacation but you can’t at this house. Besides the many rules and the cameras everywhere, it’s a very nice place and was relaxing and in a nice place. Enjoyed lounging on the patio under the palm trees and greenery.

The house was just what we needed. The owners were out of town but quickly answered any questions we had and gave us a number to reach them if anything came up. The pool was a lifesaver with the humidity.

Bring your family and stay for a while!
We had a large group of 9 including 4 adults, 15 yr old and 4 between 11 and 13 yrs old. Our two families greatly enjoyed this beautiful home! The layout is unique, but it made this a perfect set up for our family! Our 3 boys had plenty of room in the upstairs of the smaller house with 2 girls in a lower bedroom and another couple in the third bedroom. My wife and I stayed in the main house with the master bedroom. The common outdoor seating area is great, but it is not covered. If it were covered, we would have spent a lot more time there! The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. We were told that quiet hours are at 9, which was a concern with our family. However, this was not a problem at all! The pool is great-huge and warm! We fished, swam, cooked and relaxed! The location is 5-10 minutes from anything you want-shopping, bars, restaurants, etc! Highly recommend!

Nice for large groups
This is a great home and laid out very nicely for large families.
My only reason for not giving it 5 stars was due to the property location and there was no mention that the house does not provide the following:
A full tank of propane to use the outdoor grill
Soap/ shower gel in all the bathrooms
Laundry Detergent
Dishwasher Detergent
Extra Toilet Paper (one roll per bath was provided)

Great time on Marco!
The house was perfect for our group. It has a unique design with two separate areas. The pool area was perfect and we enjoyed our time using it. There were 9 of us and with 6 beds in total, there was plenty of room for all. The TV in the family room is very large and everyone enjoyed gathering together in the evenings. I would definitely recommend this home. Deborah, the owner, was very responsive to any and all questions. We would definitely choose this home again if we ever go back to Marco Island!

Fantastic vacation at the perfect house
We had a fantastic time, the location was perfect, convenient to a lot. We highly recommend this property, very clean and perfect for a group the way the house is divided . We got to see dolphins every morning , an alligator trolling the canal and 3 bald eagles flew above as we enjoyed the pool. We definitely would like to return again and highly recommend this property.

Amazing property for groups and THE best pool layout!
Our group had a fantastic time enjoying all that Marco has to offer, but without a doubt the highlight was spending time by the pool and soaking up the sun! The layout of the property is perfect for groups (we were 8 people), and the pool set-up was perfection. Deborah was very responsive and helpful from start to finish - I would absolutely recommend staying here or would come back in a heartbeat!

A+ Getaway
Felt like our home away from home. Lovely inside and out. Kitchen stocked with many gadgets, dishware, etc. Fluffy pool/beach towels ; comfy beds ; TVs in all rooms a plus ; terrific view from the incredible pool deck. THE place to relax, work or even do school from home. At one point, we housed 7 adults - plenty of room. Location was perfect, lovely street, close but not too close to local businesses/stores. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Christmas gateway
The layout of the house was perfect for our family with three teenagers - everybody had enough space. The huge pool was definitely a highlight - heated enough for Christmas swimming, splashing, and lazily enjoying the sky day and night. Deborah, the owner, was exceptionally welcoming and we almost felt like we came to visit a dear long-time friend. It was interesting to hear the story of the house and the area. We liked the location of the house - a very private backyard with the neighboring houses well speeded, a quiet cul-de-sac, waterviews. Marco island is a beautiful place. We definitely come to stay again in the house.

Good house for couples!
The house is a older home but the updates were good, were disappointed in the pool the heater was not working properly and was not what we were expecting. It was one of the main reasons we went with this house.
