Turquoise Place is the premier resort on the gulf coast. Amenities include a lazy river, tennis courts, 2 huge outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, steam room, sauna and a complete fitness center.

Please note: secondary outdoor pool is currently closed as a safety precaution due to construction of new amenities deck adjacent to the pool location. All other pools/amenities remain open; please contact with questions. Thank you!

Our beautiful 17th floor unit has breathtaking views of the gulf and orange beach pass. You can enjoy grilling on the balcony or having refreshments in the hot tub in TOTAL PRIVACY. Unlike units on the west side of tower C, no one can view our totally private balcony. Our unit also includes a Keurig for your morning coffee enjoyment.

**Please note parking is not included in pricing and is a one-time $50 per vehicle for the the first two vehicles. This is payable to Turquoise Place in advance of your arrival. Payment is collected separately and is not collected through VRBO. If you will be traveling with more than 2 vehicles please inquire about options for parking a third vehicle**

Minimum age to rent condo is 25 and someone 25 or older must stay at the unit.

**Please note that we cannot accommodate check out dates on the following holidays: Easter, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day**

Beautiful property. Lots of amenities to enjoy. Really no need to venture outside of the complex. The only problem we had was the master bathroom shower had low pressure, and the hot water didn't last long. Other than that view is spectacular the hottub is great. Loved absolutely every aspect of this 7 day stay. Kate was amazing about anything and everything I asked her. Let her know there was a light bulb out, someone is there that day, not kidding. The accomodations were equally wonderful. The hot tub and grill on the balcony were one of the main reasons I chose this vrbo over others, but ended up having SO MUCH MORE than those 2 amenities. While we didn't use them due to weather, lack of time or kids age, there is: Daily activities for kids to participate in (shark necklaces, rock painting, pictures with mermaids, etc) for a small fee, lazy river, beautifully maintained beach with chairs available to rent, tennis courts, putting green, water slide, Ice maker in unit next to the beverage fridge, oversize fridge and freezer, lovely gas stove, I could go on and on. The unit is well appointed and had everything we needed. The area is lovely and we were there on an off week so not busy at all. Be sure and visit 'the Wharf' which is VERY close to the condo (if you don't go by way of Gulf Shores especially) and Flora-Bama 4 miles away with great headliners - our adult kids saw Riley Green while we were there and had a GREAT time.

We were very pleased with the condo. The description is accurate of what is offered with this unit. The host was very easy to contact and very responsive to answer our questions. Our stay was an extended one and we had a couple of our families rotate in to spend time with us. The grandkids had a great time on the beach and also participating in some of the Turquoise Place activities. The hot tub and gas grill on the patio were used often. The "beach buzz" by the Blue Angels upon their return to the base in Pensacola was awesome. We are looking forward to our stay in 2025.

The weather was not hospitable but we still had a great time. The hot tub on the balcony was incredible. The resort activities were perfect. The area has so much to explore. And THE BEACH, clouds or sunshine, is fabulous!!

This property did not disappoint! If you are looking for a great place to enjoy a holiday get away with your family, this is it! We played games, did puzzles, watched football and cooked our meals. Our 1 year old grand baby loved swimming in the big bathtub and all of the adults had their own private spaces! Sunrises and Sunsets were stunning from the balcony! The hot tub on the balcony was a real treat and the indoor pool is perfect. The fitness gym was used every day by our son. Walking on the beach was a little cool but the sun was bright almost every day. You can't go wrong with this condo for a family to have some vacation time together!

We booked this unit for an early family Christmas. We were very pleased. It was well stocked enough to prepare a full Christmas dinner, including cocktail glasses! The unit was clean and because it was early December, our stay was also very peaceful. The only little draw back was the timing on the hot tub servicing. They came late in the afternoon/evening which was when we were in the tub using it. It did need treated the first day and that required us to get out for the chemicals to be added. Sure wish there was a way to coordinate the times with the servicer on that, especially when it’s not peak season and there are very few guests there. Everything else was wonderful. The host was responsive, organized and helpful.

The room was very clean and spacious! The kids favorite part was the hot tub on the balcony. We were close by restaurant and shopping centers, which made grocery runs very quick. Would definitely come back.

My family and I have stayed at multiple VRBO beach properties over the past 5 years, and everyone agreex this property ranked at the top! ... Great communication at all times w/ the owner/mngt company. Unit met all our expectations and was exactly like listed. Lots of room for 8-10 people, and very comfortable! The large privaye deck w/ the grill and hot tub was a huge hit and used often!!

We enjoyed our 17th floor, 3 bedroom unit at Turquoise Place. We had coffee on the balcony every morning to watch the beautiful sunrises. We swam on our only rainy day in the indoor pool and hot tub. The unit has a wonderful fireplace and great kitchen. Even being on a high floor, you can still hear the ocean waves. It was a n off season quiet vacation.

Super easy check-in process, very responsive rental manager, and a very spacious condo, which became the hangout place for my brothers and me. High end kitchen appliances and ice maker ensured we were all well-fed and well-supplied with icy cold drinks, which we enjoyed nightly on the spacious balcony. Nice condo amenities too!

This unit was wonderful! It was very roomy & comfortable & the pictures didn’t do it justice. The facilities were great too. The pools were fun & of course the beach was amazing. We also took advantage of other activities in the area such as parasailing, water park & deep sea fishing and ate at several local restaurants. The whole experience was fantastic & I highly recommend this unit!

This was our 4th girls trip to Orange Beach. Our previous stays were at Phoenix properties. Turquoise Place is a class above! We loved everything about it. There is a calm vibe around the resort. We are already looking to book for next year.
