The kitchen comes with both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker.

All of this plus the fact you can catch the sunrise and sunset from the expansive 290 sq. ft. balcony spanning 30-feet wide! You will have a view and privacy like no other property in Orange Beach. We also offer you free use of our owners closet across the hall from the unit to store your beach supplies in. Charcoal Grills are available near the pool area.

The condo's master bedroom has a king bed and beautiful views of the Gulf, The 2nd bedroom has a plush king bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 comfortable queen beds. All bedrooms also have a flat panel LCD HD SmartTV's . There is also a sofa sleeper in the living are providing sleeping accommodations for 10. (It is recommended the sofa sleeper not be used by adults)

From the time you step out of your car and enter the grand lobby, you will feel you are in a tropical paradise. This unit is located in the best location in the building, from the large patio, master bedroom, and family room you will have amazing views of the Gulf.

Enjoy a swim in the lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water-slide. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find a large state of the art exercise room. The utility room is furnished with a full size washer and dryer. You have covered parking in the garage.

I am so glad we decided to go with the Patterson's condo, we didn't have any problems and Mr. and Mrs. Patterson were very nice. The condo was everything they said it would be and more. We have no complaints. The staff at Phoenix was helpful and check-in went smooth. There is plenty for you to do, the tennis court was nice and there is a indoor and outdoor pool as well as a kiddie pool that worked out well for us because we have two small children. Our family plans to visit Orange beach again next summer and we would love to stay in the Patterson Condo again.'

This co do was very clean and comfortable for our family of 7 adults and three kids under 3. The BB location was ideal with restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance and fun activities only a few minutes driving time. Beach access was easy, the whole family enjoyed the lazy River, indoor pool and hot tubs. Star were foremast at check in and security was checked to be sure only guests were using the amenities. The $60 parking pass per vehicle was a surprise which I don't think was in the listing, but overall the condo and host met my expectations. Big thumbs up! I would stay here again.

Our party of 4 spent a long weekend here, and we had a great time! Everything was as listed, but we were unable to get the ice maker in the wet bar to work. It wasn't an issue for our group.

The unit was immaculate with wonderful amenities. The patio overlooking the gulf and the amazing pools below was so wonderful for breakfast in the morning. The owner made all the communication and arrangements seamless and easy for our whole family. The kids could not have enjoyed the pools and lazy river any more than being in the ocean! We will definitely return to this VRBO in the future!

The condo was very nicely decorated and clean when we arrived. The complex was nice but the lazy river pool is very crowded and there is just not enough space around it for seating. Just an FYI. Nice place, though. Would recommend for families with small kids that would enjoy the lazy river.

This condo was the perfect size for my family (3 kids and 6 adults)! We had a small hiccup with the access code while checking in, but it was promptly resolved by the owner. Everything was just how it was listed, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the entire unit. The additional storage unit was incredibly useful as well, and it was very accessible from the condo (right across the hall). In addition to the direct beach access, we thoroughly enjoyed the lazy river, water slide, and indoor pool. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again!

We enjoyed our visit to Orange Beach! Or stay was superb! We had arranged for the delivery and pick up of an oxygen concentrator at the Condo. The process went completely as planned. This made our trip more enjoyable and safe. Thank you for an awesome time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful and clean and was as advertised. The entire property was clean. Distance to the beach was perfect. If I were to have any complaints it would be that the light that comes into the two bedrooms located by the hallways is very bright at night. Blackout curtains would go a long way in correcting this issue.

This was a get away girls trip. 4 of us. The building was perfect, elevators were abundant & fast. Everything was clean & smelled good. Views were heavenly. Heated pool! Lazy river. Wet bar! 2 kinds of coffee makers added convenience. Close to everything.

We had a great stay at this condo. It's just as you see in the pictures, but probably even more spacious than it appears. Views from the balcony are amazing. It was great for our group of 8. The lazy river pool with water slide and indoor pool and jacuzzis are great for kids and adults. Parking was convenient and there was very little wait for elevators.

We loved staying here! The view from the 17th floor was amazing and the view was so beautiful! We saw dauphins swimming every morning! The condo was so nice and clean! Had everything we needed! We did bring extra toilet paper, shampoo, and laundry soap. Having the washer and dryer was so helpful! I did bring extra beach towels as well since we used the bathroom towels provided for showering. The location was excellent. There is a WalMart across the street but to be honest there wasn’t much on the shelves there so Publix was definitely a better shopping experience for us! So many places to eat and shop near by. And the condo is very easy to get in and out of! Beds were super comfortable and the covered patio was so big and plenty of seating! I also liked how the condo had shopping carts to carry all of our things up to the room in one trip! Can’t wait to come back and visit!

This is my second stay at this property. Great for families. The condo is spacious and very clean. Easy to communicate with owner. I particularly like this condo because of the ease of access to the beach- no long treks. Also, the Owner’s closet across the hall from the condo is perfect for the storage of our beach stuff- no sand in the condo! Will def. be back!

This place was amazing! Everything you'd ever need for a week of relaxation. Everything furnished and clean. One thing to remember is extra toilet paper and your own salt and pepper. Other than that, all inclusive!!! I'll be staying there again!!!
