This property was perfect for our large family. It was close to Disneyland. The house was spacious and had all the things needed to make our stay comfortable including extra blankets, towels, dishes and had great access to the pool. I have zero complaints. I would highly recommend the Mickeys Beach House.

Comfortably slept 12 of us, there are plenty of toys and accommodations for infants, and the bedrooms were spacious and very nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and it was no more than a five minute drive right into the Disney parking lot. Although we did not use the pool, it was absolutely beautiful, you share the pool with three different houses, but it’s not in any particular backyard. It is completely walled off and on its own, so you don’t have to worry about small children getting into the pool.

The house was wonderful. The only downfall of the whole house was the bed in Ariel’s room squeaked when you moved and wasn’t the most comfortable. We did not use the upstairs but if we had it had a musty smell to it. The house had a very nice layout and was exactly what we needed. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved and appreciated how accomodating it was for a stay with young children. The distance to disneyland is also so great. Also enjoyed the park nearby. The hosts are very responsive. Thank you!

This is a 5 star accommodation. I will look them up anytime I travel to the Anaheim/LA area. I will recommend this to anybody I know is headed that way. Every aspect of the stay was excellent. Check in, communication, and accommodations.

Clean, cute, well kept house near Disneyland! We enjoyed our stay! Pictures of rooms were accurate but the entrance of the cars room is only accessible from the outside. Our cheer team of 15 was very comfortable.
Also, the pool pictured is next door with a gate in between the backyards. It did say we share it but so we just stayed on our side of the fence :) We had a hot tub on our side.
Communication was great!! Very kind and answered questions very quickly! Would definitely stay here again 😊!

Checking in was easy, the house was very clean, and well stocked with toiletries and other items, which was awesome. Our big family fit comfortably and enjoyed all the themed rooms. The pool with slide and splash pad was an added bonus, and we loved coming back from Disneyland and doing a quick dip before turning in for the night. We really enjoyed our stay!

Possible violation of privacy
During check in they require first and last name of all guest, as well as age of each person. The number of guest and age range should be sufficient. Other than what’s stated above, the stay was nice.

Perfect for families
The property really was as described. The location is conveniently close to grocery stores, Starbucks, gas stations and if you're going to Disneyland it's a hop and skip away. The city policy was a bit much but I understand why Anaheim has it and enforces it. If you're going to stress about that then I would suggest you look elsewhere, otherwise if you're traveling with a large party, this property is perfect!

Really Nice Place
This home exceeded all expectations. It was clean, the pool was amazing and it seemed a lot bigger than the listing leads on. This home fits 15 comfortably. Its about 5min from the Disneyland parks and in close proximity to really everything you need. We will for sure stay here again.

Wonderful house!
We were so happy with this house. It had plenty of space for our family of 11 from age 7 up to grandparents, it was a perfect fit! We were pleasantly surprised our first night there, we stepped out onto the back patio and had a wonderful view of the fireworks from Disneyland. The pool was a huge hit for our kids as well! The apartment was a nice added feature for family members that needed a little more privacy. I highly recommend staying here or booking with this company. Successful family Disney trip, thank you!:)

Disney Oasis
This property was a great place to stay. Only a 5 minute drive to Walmart to fill your fridge and a 5 minute drive to Disney to spend hours of fun. What more can you ask for ! When we arrived at the house the Disney’s firework show was happening and we can see it clearly from our backyard. The house was accommodating to all ages and sooo spacious. The only downfall was the cars room is located outside the house in a separate apartment. Just steps away but too far for our young children to be staying alone in. I definitely recommend this house to others who would like to go to sleep and wake up together.

Excellent location
Our stay at Mickey’s beach house was great. Can’t ask for a better location as far as proximity to the Disney parks, and the amenities were awesome! We took a day just to hang out in the pool.

Wonderful huge Disney Themed House
It was a beautiful house and decorated so nice. Very comfortable beds; I tried out 3) we loved the master bed and bath. The kids loved the frozen room. My adult daughter enjoyed the separate Cars apartment. We made a Thanksgiving meal and cupboards were well stocked. The only disappointment was the pool never really got warm enough to enjoy. And thats the main thing we were looking forward to. We still tried the slide for a “ poler Challenge and made the best of it.
Check out time is 10 which is too early, in my opinion, because they have a few chores to do before leaving. So we paid for later checkout to not be so rushed. The kids loved the ping pong table and we used a big stroller to go to Knotts which was close by. Aa in all a great Thanksgiving.

The place looked like it was cleaned up in less than an hour like the tried but skipped so much, the place looked cool and the Disney theme was awesome but the pool and hot tub wouldn’t work when we stayed and they only had one light plus the second story can only be accessed through the outside which is pointless but the garage full of beach items and the ping pong table was good

My family loves this place....hang on for a lengthy review
For everyone that had negative things to say about this place...get a life. I was nervous at first to book because of other reviews but I'm glad I didn't let that stop me. The common thing to remember is that nothing is perfect, but it's how your host responds to the imperfections that matter.
First off... communication is key. Funtierland was super responsive to literally any and every concern I had. Only one major thing happened and I called them...they sent someone immediately and the issue didn't impede on the stay at all.
The rules are what they are. Be very clear and comfortable with them before you book. Super close to Disneyland. (Great for midday naps for little ones or just a quick ride home after a long day out). Close to grocery stores, shopping plazas, coffee, etc. I don't think I used more than a 1/4 tank of gas the whole week with multiple store/coffee/food/Airport runs.
The pool/spray deck/yard was everything! Probably my family's favorite part about the property. They were cleaned regularly. I would have loved to get a heads up that the grounds keeper was coming but he was super polite and mindful of the kids being scared of the louder sounds so it wasn't a big deal.
The home can be considered accessible...the only thing is that the front door, back door and pool have a single short step. If you ask ahead of time, they can usually provide a small ramp for these things. Again..communication.
Yes, there is a train track near the house.. as is near most homes in this area. I think there were 1 or 2 a day they go by. Its obviously not a public transit situation where one co.es ever 10 minutes. Super quiet neighborhood. We felt comfortable and safe the entire stay.
Yes, there are 2 bedrooms, a living room and bathroom over the garage only accessible via stairs just outside of the garage. (My partner and I spent the better part of a morning trying to figure out a way for them to connect these rooms to the rest of the house from the inside and it really isn't possible without compromising other great parts of the house.) So this would be ideal if you are maybe traveling with another family...it offers privacy with the single communal space bing the kitchen.
Will definitely stay again... and even if this property isn't available, I'd book with Funtierland Vacation Rentals again.

Lots of space and close to Disney
This is a great house to rent if you have a large group and want fast access to Disney. 6 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms will give everyone their own space, while a large living room/dining room area provides a gathering space. Please note:
* The short term rental rules in Anaheim are very strict. A maximum of 15 guests are allowed and all must be registered. I spent more time worrying beforehand about the rules than any vacationer should. I put this on the city more than the rental company.
* The pool is a shared pool in a common with two other houses. Access to the pool was not a problem.
* The rental company was reasonably responsive with the few minor issues we had (pool going into maintenance mode, water filter in the fridge).
* The 5 Freeway is only one house away, and there is a train that runs down the cross street about twice a day. If you are sensitive to noise this might be an issue. We did not have any problems with this.

Very comfortable and great location!
This house has 6 bedrooms. (Please note 2 bedrooms are in a separate guest house) It was very comfortable and the location was very convenient, one exit away from Disneyland. We had 4 kids and 6 adults. With 2 bedrooms being in a separate house with one of the rooms with bunk beds, we did have to rearrange our teens to stay in the other house. Other than that, our stay was very enjoyable.

thoroughly disappointed and discouraged with my experience
Be aware that 2 of the 6 rooms are not attached & have a separate entry that goes upstairs outside the garage. There was a hot tub in the immediate back yard that initially eased the hesitation of the shared pool situation but when we arrived it was gross. The water was dirty, there was a ring around the whole tub, there were dead bugs in it and it was breeding mosquitos. I text the number to which a woman named Sheri responded & said that they would send someone out the following day (Friday). The pool guy showed up, spent about 3 hours emptying & cleaning the hot tub only to fill it & then realize the plug was burned out & we would not be able to use it at all. The grill that had no identifiable markings to tell how to light it & was rusted so bad that the flame covers broke while trying to light it. Once we got it going the 2 side flames went out & I had only 1 working burner to cook for 12 people with. Text & spoke with the same woman who said a different grill would be brought from another house in the morning. Well she was right, they brought it. But it was sitting next to the other grill on the side of the house. Mind you these are gas grills that are connected to a gas line that comes out of the ground so I was NOT about to attempt to connect it myself. I text her & she said she contacted whomever dropped it off to see if they would return to help. She text me and said he said he would be on his way for him to show up & inform me the gas line in fact had not been connected. So he brought it, came back to move it and then had to return a 3rd time to connect it. Then I got a text that the house next door was being fumigated the following day (Saturday) & to not be alarmed. However there was a family in the house the day I received the text. They must have left that morning & later that day the fumigation tent went up (the home was another frontier property) So we got up Saturday expecting to be able to enjoy the pool. The sun was out but the water was cold & cloudy (the pool water) Again I sent a text & was told the pool guy would be coming later that day & he would check the system & clean the pool. At this point its 2pm on Saturday. He shows up and then I get a text at 5pm telling me that the heat has been turned off due to the fumigation. Only because it was 90degrees outside we had 1 decent day of sun & a cold pool. the heat was off the duration of our stay & was told they would discuss compensation. I have not heard back as of yet

Family Stay
We had a great time. The only real issue we had is there is no crib, there are pack and plays, but not an actual crib. We had a few property concerns and the response time back and attention to detail was perfect. All of the beds are very comfy. PLENTY of room. ENJOY!!

our family had the best time. The house was great our kids had a blast at the pool, playing pong pong. The house in general was great we had enough space for everybody. The staff was prompt to answer our questions.

Great House/Pool-Nearby Train
Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. The property DOES back a busy FREEWAY and sides a RAILWAY. That being said after traveling many hours with with 2 toddlers, we were unpleasantly awoken at 7am the following morning by several loud train horns. This happened 3/7 nights we stayed. The pool is awesome!!! Make sure you are aware this is a SHARED pool and will be assigned usage hours. This was not a problem for our group. In addition, there is STRICT QUIET TIME after 10PM. This means you are literally not allowed of the home after 10PM, even to use your hottub. The kitchen is well equipped. The house is separated; 2 of the bedrooms are located upstairs and can only be accessed from the outside, the other 4 bedrooms are downstairs. This worked out fine for us as well. Kids bedrooms are cute, which was fun for them. House had plenty of extra pillows/towels.

Between al of the activities at the beach, parks, and local attractions, we swam in the pool and spa, played games, BBQ’d, and had plenty of room to lounge around relax. The kids had fun with the Disney themed rooms and splash pad. They have not stopped talking about it and keep asking when we get to go back. We loved having a personal space to spend time as a family, we all hope to be back soon!

Graduation Bliss
We rented this property to celebrate my daughters high school graduation. She loves Disney and it was so fun having having the themed house to enjoy the celebration. We had friends and family come and stay throughout the week, the management was awesome and we could not have asked for a better get away during the quarantine. We are appreciative beyond words and made memories for a lifetime.
