PLEASE NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood. Parties of any type are not allowed in this home. If you are looking for a home to have any type of gathering that could exceed the maximum occupancy, or the maximum number of vehicles, this is not the home for you. From our front door it's an easy 20 - 25 minute walk to the “Happiest Place on Earth” and you can even enjoy the fireworks from the private backyard. The listing and pics are not what you get, everything is worn down and/or broken. The cleaning was not up to my 6 year old grand daughters standards, let alone mine😞 I would be very careful when booking with this company!

The furnace was so loud that many of us had to sleep with ear plugs in. The shower that was attached to the single room did not drain. After 7 minutes, water was up to your ankles and if you moved too quickly the water would splash the door. Not only that, the drain cover was not attached and due to the rising water it would move and gunk would come up.
There was hair on the floor and on the sheets in one of the rooms.
Thankfully we did not have any negative experiences but there is apparently a neighbor that watches your every move just waiting to call on a violation.
I will say that the themes of the room were well done and super cute but I would not book this house again

The house is a little older but it was comfortable. The pool was nice, there were a lot of things to take to the beach, two double strollers and a single stroller to use at the parks. We drove to the park but it was only a 7 minute drive. The beds were really comfy and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Home was in a good location. There is a step leading out the living room, causing guests to fall and get hurt. This should be labeled with caution tape. Restrooms are shared between bathrooms, you have to go into other’s bedroom to get to the bathroom.
Everything was good until we began getting rashes. We though it was mosquitos and turns out to be bed bugs.
I have emailed and called proof to agency and haven’t heard back from them.
Hopefully, once this gets resolved, the home is a good home overall.

Pro: Great location, family friendly, cute interior theme
Con: Plenty of sleeping accommodations but only two bathrooms. The 10pm curfew is no joke, I hadn't realized when booking that there is NO outside activity (pool/hotub) after that time. Some of the dishes weren't clean on arrival

We loved this house. The pool was so fun. Comfortable beds, cute rooms, plenty of bathrooms. Easy access to the freeway and within 7 minutes to Disneyland. We loved it.

We stayed in Minnie's House for it's easy access to Disney. We had children ranging in age from 1-4 and 7 adults. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate us all . The beds were comfy and the house clean. It was convenient having a kitchen. It had dishes, pots and pans and appliances available. We weren't there much as we spent the bulk or our time at Disney. We paid to have the pool heated but only used it once as it was still too chilly. So in retrospect we wouldn't do that again. There was a pack and play , high chair, baby gates & even a stroller if you needed one. Laundry in the garage and space for kiddos to play. The only negative thing I could mention was the rental companies very plentiful communications regarding the noise restrictions for the property. On the grand scale that's a minor thing. If we come this way again we'd definitely consider staying again.

I had all of my kids and grandkids, fifteen total at this place. Our goal was to spend time together and visit Disneyland. It was great. We loved the pool. We used it daily. We were grateful for the strollers and puddle jumpers provided. We loved the location so close to Disneyland. We preferred walking because parking took so long. We only tried parking at Disneyland once. Since we had two cars, we often had someone taxi everyone then drive back home and walk to the park. It was so quick and easy. Close enough to go home to rest and eat to go back for evening activities.
We loved the equipment provided for the beach. The only thing I would warn people about is that there weren’t enough dishes for 15 people. We planned on eating at the house for the week so we had to buy paper products.
The house isn’t carpeted, so it echos. However, with a pool I get that tile floors are practical. The foosball table isn’t functional. I reported that and suggested that it just be removed to provide more room. My favorite room was the glass patio. I could babysit the babies inside but easily see the other grandkids playing in the pool.
I hope to be able to go back. Anaheim has some crazy curfew requirements. We had a code patrol truck park in front of our house the first few days, but they never bothered us.

Minnie's House was the perfect place to end the summer. Our grandchildren loved the long hot days at Disneyland and California Adventure, the refreshing pool before dinner and the theme bedrooms to dream about the upcoming day. Minnie's House is perfect for a multi-generation vacation.

They loved the Disney themed bedrooms. Plenty of bath and pool towels, except kitchen towels (only 2). Keep your shoes on in the house, our feet became quite dirty/black! Kitchen was nice to work in, (electrical outlets on the counter at sink, and manual can opener, did not work) but it was roomy with a great big dining room table, nice. The dining room was open to the living room, this was good because we needed more seating, the single sofa, though it was a wrap around style, did not provide family seating because there were no other chairs or place to sit or a coffee table. We spent most of our time out of the house. The bedrooms were roomy and beds were comfortable. We worked out the bathroom situation because one bathroom was between two bedrooms. All in all, it was a great house that served our purpose very well. This was definitely a vacation that my grandchildren will remember and that's most important to me.

Family Disney Vacation
The property fit our families needs very well. The children enjoyed the pool after long days at Disneyland. I would suggest more seating in the living room. For a house that accommodates 15, there is not enough seating in the living room. Also, walking distance to Disneyland is somewhat misleading. You could walk it, but it would be quite the walk. Fortunately, we had a couple of rental cars for transportation and taking Uber is convenient and cheap. We had a fantastic time and would stay at this property again.

It was the cutest property and allowed for all our family to stay together. They provided toiletries, hand soaps, and so forth, additionally. Hopefully we have a big enough group to stay again someday!!!! People wanted to leave Disney just to relax at the house .

Spacious house with great layout for large group of adults and children. We used the pool and hot tub daily. It was a quick uber to Disneyland and other attractions. The house was clean and management helped with any issues. A few suggestions would be a new BBQ as did not heat up well and more lighting outside around pool area.

House is located in a very well cared for neighborhood. Clean themed rooms that the 6 grandkids loved. House itself is in decent shape. All tile floors helped keep it clean. Furniture is a bit dated but comfortable and we didn’t have to worry about the kids damaging anything. Easy flat walk to Disney though we did end up shuttling the families back and forth and parking one car at the park. Nice having 2 double strollers at the house.

The check in/out process was very easy and straightforward. Communication with the property manager was great. We had a couple of issues that I didn’t address simply because we were very busy the whole time we were in the area. All of that said, we had a great time and would stay there again!

After a long drive all day to get there we expected to be able to prepare dinner and relax by the pool while the kids swam. When we got there (after 5pm) the kitchen sink had been taken apart and the pool was unavailable due to maintenance. We finally had to go out and purchase dinner because by 6pm not only was the sink still not working but there was a plumber across the middle of the kitchen floor and we were not able to use the stove, either. By the time the pool guys were gone, the pool was not "heated" as we had paid for. When I reported these issues with the property manager I was given excuses. Yes. Sometimes things happen, BUT I don't think the guest should have to bear the cost - I should not have had to pay full price for partial use of the facility. the pictures make the place look nicer and bigger than it really is. The furniture was torn and marred. The two bathrooms were insufficient for a dozen people and you had to go through other people's bedrooms to get to one of them. I would not recommend this place for the high amount we paid. I will pay for a hotel and get more for the same price.

This house is a solid 30 min walk from Disneyland. It has many comfortable beds in 6 large bedrooms. It only has 2 bathrooms, and both are shared either between rooms or between a hall and a room. The kids loved the table soccer game in the sunroom and they enjoyed the pool. There are 2 double and 1 single strollers available in the garage, also a high chair and pack and play and little kids table. There are a few stuffies and a princess costume in the themed rooms. There were a few floating pool toys and a life jacket at the pool. Any issues I encountered were quickly addressed. We enjoyed seeing the avocado tree in the front yard, and enjoyed some limes from the small lime bush at the corner of the house. There was ample dishes and nice sharp kitchen knives, making cooking simple. There are coffee filters, some salt pepper and sugar and a few other spices in the house, which is nice to have. The washer and dryer in the garage were appreciated. There is laundry soapavailable, but not dryer sheets. The fridge has an ice maker and filtered water as well. There is a BBQ outside, with some seating, but no umbrella for shade. The house has air conditioning. We turned it off, as the temperature outside was not hot. The HVAC system is very loud. Inside, there is only 1 couch that seats 4-5 people so not everyone can sit together in the living room. The table is very large and can seat 10 easily.
