Very good

Close to the metro and in a nice location. The apartment was cozy and spacious.

The floors in the bedrooms were cracked and had lifted and they hurt to walk on, I’m assuming the owners will be fixing this issue soon.

Spacious apartment close to Milan Central Station

Easy check in. Close to railway station. Spacious.

Clean but a little basic in terms of decor and amenities but absolutely fine for a 2 night stay. The area is close to the railway station so surroundings typical of a cosmopolitan city.

Location, check in and out, baby cot, baby seat, spacious rooms, tiny kitchen.

The apartment at this time of the year was a little bit cool for us. (I think due to a regulation for the maximum of the central heating.)

Excellent. walking distance to the central station. nearby shops for groceries and eateries as well.

spacious and well equiped. clear and detailed info about everything mentioned in the booklet. quick response from the owner, Deborah. she was there at the property when we arrived and was very welcoming.

the room heater temp has to be on certain degree as per govt requirement, which was a bit of trouble since we were with kids. and also the apartment lift was too small. (pls note that isnt a negative review, just how we felt.)

Ludicrously next-level clean. Very attentive and responsive host. Clear directions.

Cute, brightly lit well-designed apartment. Location is excellent. 1 block from the 1 tram, 2 blocks from the M3 subway, 3 blocks from the M1, 4 from the Milano Centrale train station. Used them all.

The government-mandated eco setting for the bathroom radiator didn't dry the towels or the clothes from the washing machine. Perhaps a dehumidifier for the bathroom would work?

Exceptional

Debora, the perfect host, was accommodating and patient with us through start to end. Check-in was smooth and easy, with her walking us through every step of the way. As for the apartment, it is better than the photos show! It was flawlessly neat and tidy. The kitchen, while compact, was well-equipped. Location wise, it was super near to Milano Centrale train station (fantastic when you're trudging into Milan city with luggages and really do not want another transfer), and also within walking distance to two metro stations. The apartment is in a safe and quiet residential district. Everything was within easy reach. Lots of great food options within walking distance too. I would recommend this to everyone!

Nice apartment for a short stay

The rooms were big and the beds comfortable. The property is within 10 minutes walking distance from the central station. The apartment is safe and cozy. It is well suited for 4 people (we were 6).

The shower area was very small.. limited toiletries, limited kitchen dishwasher tabs (may be that's normal across all Italian accommodations but was a little surprising for us). The kitchen area is a bit small too.

Exceptional

Deborah and Alberto provided very clear information for smooth and quick access to the place. The apartment was neat, well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The view from the balcony gave us a special Italian flavor with the colorful buildings in the neighbourhood and the lovely plants. The location is brilliant and close to everything you might need to see in milano, you can decide to walk or take the metro.. was absolutely gorgeous !

Shower was too cold

Most aspects of the apartment are good

The hot water took a long time to boil and kept running out, which resulted in cold showers during the winter time. Not a good idea...

A UNIQUE APARTMENT IN MILAN NEAR MILANO CENTRALE TRAIN STATION.

Very happy with this apartment considering this is our 1st experience in Milan. The host Debora & Alberto was very friendly & helpful. Like also the modern design of the decorations.

The elevator is very small can only fit 1 people with 2 baggages. The lif door is also the apartment door....one of its kind!

It’s very nice

Once you find the apartment, everything went smoothly. The only thing I would mention is that the elevator holds one person and a suitcase at a time. There are stairs; but, it took some time to find them (they are behind a large screen tv mounted to the wall). Overall, we were very happy with it and would recommend it.
