THE SPACE:
Villa Ingenio 9 is a 5-bedroom, 5 1/2 bath, single-level villa, which makes it very convenient for multi-generational families of all ages.
The villa welcomes you with an entrance hall that leads straight into a charming patio with fountains and green plants. There’s a guest bathroom by the entrance for easy access and convenience.
The spacious and comfortable living room is elegantly decorated and features a 60-inch smart TV. The living room opens up to the large covered terrace, which offers an excellent view of the golf course. The terrace by the pool has a nice sofa sitting area, and ceiling fans and is a great place to relax day or night. There is a pool table on the terrace, so you can look forward to lots of friendly and fun games.
The formal, indoor dining room looks out on the swimming pool and the windows can slide open to let the breeze in. This is the perfect place to host elegant dinners. Or, if you prefer to dine more casually, enjoy your meals outside on the covered terrace. Ceiling fans keep the air moving, so you’ll always feel comfortable.
The large kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals during your vacation - AND your villa rental includes a cook who will prepare all of your meals at the villa (groceries are not included)! If you wish to hire a professional chef for your vacation, you also have that option.
The private garden provides lots of green space to enjoy and if you are traveling with children, this is a great place for them to play.
Enjoy a private swimming pool (approx. 40 feet/12 meters long), and a Jacuzzi on property. The pool can be heated in the winter from December 15 to March 15!

Super relaxing vacation in this superb home with 5 bedrooms/5.5 baths all with great AC (needed in hot DR summer weather!). The house has great staff to take care of you including Luigi the butler who becomes part of the family, Christina the chef who is awesome, and Di’ana the housekeeper who make sure the house is always in order including our clothes and rooms each day! The villa manager helps take care of all activities and kept us informed during our stay, including getting us from/to Santo Domingo airport. All in all a great vacation stay at a great house!

The house and setting is very nice. All on 1 floor which is nice. There is a great view of the private golf course. The pool and hot tub are cleaned daily. The Cook, Christina, is excellent.
Location is great, as it is easy to get to the Marina, Altos de Chavon, and the Beach club, all just a fairly short golf cart ride away.

This was our third time visiting Casa de Campo, and specifically one of Anders properties. The staff went above and beyond from the planning process, through the entire stay. We had 5 couples staying, which maximized the capacity of the home, while still being extremely comfortable! We would definitely consider booking the same villa for our next visit!

This Villa had everything and more. The staff was amazing and well prepared for our group prior to arrival. Luigi's iced coffees were better than a $7 Starbucks!! Highly recommend Villa Ingenio 9 for your stay in CDC.

Beautiful Home! Extremely comfortable. Spaces big enough for privacy in each room with their own bathrooms and common areas are so comfortable and spacious. Wonderful staff and excellent service! Walkyria went above and beyond to make my mothers 60th bday family get away one to remember! She was extremely accurate with all our requests. The home staff Augustin, Cristina and Diana were so lovely! truly made us feel so special for our entire get away. We are already planning our next stay! Thank you for a memorable experience! Casa de Campo is a MUST for a family or friends trip...and with this group its bound to be amazing. Thank you!!

From the moment we booked, we had instant communication with the manager to make sure our stay was perfect. They booked airport transfers, golf tee times, restaurant reservations and shopped for our grocery list prior to our arrival.
After our arrival, the villa manager Andry was always very responsive and helpful with additional reservations and items desired. The chef Christine will send you home with a few extra pounds, her meals were wonderful. The maid was like a silent ninja - everything clean, beds made and rooms tidy without hardly ever seeing her. Then Auggie the butler - he is an absolute gem! We wanted to bring him home with us. He was so attentive, made the best drinks and did everything with a genuine smile. He was so fun to talk to as well! He made our stay the best!
The couple of suggestions we have for the owner bc we too own rental properties- there should be pool floats available (no-one travels with a float), pool games (volleyball), lawn games, board games and the back yard needs upkeep.
It was impossible to play pool bc there is a ball missing and the table leans so hard your shot never goes where it should. This needs attention.
The grass/weeds were tall, lights broken and wires exposed. The price to rent this place is too high for it not to be in tip top shape. There is a woodpecker that gets in the attic every morning and wakes you up - the hole needs to be covered. The kitchen needs AC! It gets blistering in there.

What a fantastic trip in every way and I can't say enough good things about our villa and the staff that worked so hard to make everything perfect for us!
From my first interactions with Anders, to the detailed planning with Walkiria and careful management by Andry, I knew my family and I would be in for a perfect week in Casa de Campo!
Our staff was wonderful!! Cristina cooked one amazing meal after another, culminating with a beautiful send-off dinner. She is a master in the kitchen!
Deanna did such a magnificent job, keeping the villa, clean and organized. She worked hard every day throughout the villa, and made our experience so enjoyable.
I saved Agustin for last because he is a very special man. He was so gracious, kind, helpful, and a joy to be around. There was nothing he wouldn't do to make our stay extra special. In fact, he stayed late one night to help us celebrate a special birthday. Between Agustin's expert service and Andry's planning with the cake, decorations and champagne, Friday evening was an incredible success! There was one thing that requires immediate attention and that is the awful, back-breaking pool loungers! No one wanted to sun themselves on them and it really detracted from the whole pool vibe. Change them out immediately or at least get cushions for them!!
Despite this minor complaint, I highly recommend Villa Ingenio 9 and it's awesome team and staff!! I would go back next week if I could

We had a great five days at this property and at Casa De Campo. The home is great as is the location. We played three rounds of golf and hit the beach, boat trip and cigar tour. Food at the house was very good and staff attentive to all details. No issues at all with the transportation or logistics.
Only items that were a bit of a dissapointment were the options of stations and the quality of the TV's. I could have cared less but for a guy golf trip we would have liked to be able to have a way to watch some sports which we struggled with; but thats not really why we were there.. so not a real issue.

Christina, Humberto and team were very attentive and made our family ( parents and grown adult children) feel special. Christina's food was terrific as was the fresh passion fruit juice and rum punch that Humberto made for us every day. The house was kept clean as it was cleaned daily with clean towels placed in our rooms every day. We cant wait to return!

This villa was an excellent place to vacation. Not only was the house perfect for our family, with plenty of bedrooms, cleanliness, and the location. We cannot say enough about the staff Humberto & Christina were phenomenal. The service was world class and the food could not have been better. Andrys was our contact for reservations, massages, and anything we wanted to book while there and was a great resource. We can't wait to be back!

We were a total of 10 adults: 4 siblings (3 with their spouses) and 3 adult son & nephews. Total of 5 bedrooms: 2 large master suites with king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms (one with tub/spa in addition to shower). The other 3 rooms all with full/queen sized-beds and each with own private bathrooms. Villa came with two electric golf-carts (one for 4 people and other for 6 people), essential to get around the large beautiful Casa de Campo Resort.
The service was phenomenal. Cristina cooked delicious meals each day. Humberto helped serve and stayed around to address any needs. Both Cristina & Humberto provided maid-services. Andry was great in checkin/checkout, coordinating meals, reservations, etc. Cannot say enough of this wonderful group.
We were land-bound by the arrival of hurricane Fiona during the early hours of our departure day. Most flights had been canceled since two days before. Manager allowed us to stay one extra-night and despite intermittent lack of electricity, internet, plumbing water, and radio signal, we were fine. The kitchen stove and oven function on gas so we were able to prepare breakfast and warm-up left-overs. Andry and Humberto crossed all the rubble to bring us lunch/dinner prepared by Cristina. Great team!
The property needs some maintenance. The pool had been recently shocked upon our arrival day and we could not use it that evening. The bathroom showers water pressure and hot temperature were less than optimal. One of the double beds bedroom had inappropriate air conditioning. The living areas do not have air conditioning, only ceiling fans, but they are open spaces and an AC would not function. Toilets seem to need flapper replacement and the toilet in half bath had water leaking. Hotel amenities were not uniformly provided. Some had initial soap and shampoo. Two of the rooms lacked hair blowers. If it weren't for these issues, Villa Ingenio 9 would definitively be a 5-stars. These are issues easy to correct and despite them, we would definitively consider Villa Ingenio 9 for future family reunion.

Spent 6 days with friends and family and we had a great time. Our chef Cristina, butler Humberto, and coordinator Andry were wonderful. They were amazing with the kids and flexible with accommodating requests. The central location between the beach and marina was ideal, and the golf carts make getting around very easy. This is a great house for a Casa de Campo vacation.

The villa is absolutely gorgeous, open and spacious. It has a beautiful view of the golf course. The staff was AMAZING, friendly and attentive to every little detail, making our stay even more special. Casa de Campo is a small piece of paradise in the DR. We loved everything about this vacation and definitely plan to come back.

Our stay at Villa Ingenio 9 Was magical beyond all expectations. Humberto, Cristina and Walkiria were wonderful! So kind, thoughtful and courteous. The Villa is beautifully designed and decorated. Cristina’s food! Oh my god, the food was totally delicious. We’ve been to Casa de Campo many times and Cristina’s food is better than any of the restaurants and any other villa we’ve tried. Humberto was so attentive, always smiling, helpful and caring. We were deeply touched by his warmth and hospitality. Walkiria is there to check in on what you might need and will take care of any arrangements you need, whatever it is, she will make it happen, she was incredible to work with such a lovely person. We felt so at home, we will miss them very much and look forward to returning soon.

GREAT staff- property needs improvements
We are regulars to CDC and stayed in ingenio 9 a few years ago. Although the property is beautiful and comfortable we found that it needs updating- the furniture is tired and worn.
The property is also under staffed and even though Cristina and Luigi are superb at their jobs … they are overwhelmed.
The food and service was great !
Over all will recommend this property and May return unless improvements are made

Awesome villa inside Casa de Campo! We were a group of eight with adult and teenagers in the group. It was a wonderful vacation where everyone had a great time. The house is well located in the Ingenio neighborhood easily accessible to everything within Casa de Campo. You have quick access to the marina and all its restaurants as well as the beach. The two golf carts provided will move up to 10 people at once.
The in house service provided by Humberto (butler) and Cristina (cook) could not have been better. Impecable service from the time we arrived to the time we left 6 days later. Awesome food and service!

We loved this property so much!!! We stayed here for a long weekend for a destination wedding and really enjoyed it! I wish we could have stayed longer. Our cook Christina was amazing!!! She really knows how to cook. Everything she made was delicious.
Each room had its own bathroom which was great and they had great space.
And I can't say enough about Luigi the butler. He was the definition of amazing. Anything that we needed he was there. He drove us around in the golf carts and got us everything we needed from the stores . Whenever we were hanging in the pool, he was always around to grab us more beers and snacks. Great great guy!!!

We loved this property so much!!! We stayed here for a long weekend for a destination wedding and really enjoyed it! I wish we could have stayed longer. Our cook Christina was amazing!!! She really knows how to cook. Everything she made was delicious.
Each room had its own bathroom which was great and they had great space.
And I can't say enough about Luigi the butler. He was the definition of amazing. Anything that we needed he was there. He drove us around in the golf carts and got us everything we needed from the stores . Whenever we were hanging in the pool, he was always around to grab us more beers and snacks. Great great guy!!!

We had an amazing time at this property for our 4 night stay! The staff (Christina and Francis) made sure we had the most delicious meals and that the villa was clean at all times.
Jesus was a great help with anything we needed once we arrived and Wailkira was an incredible coordinator pre-trip!
The villa was as advertised in the photos. Great open air space and pool. Large rooms with good AC and nice bathrooms. Plus it’s central to most things at Casa De Campo. Loved our stay and would certainly rebook! Thank you!

We had an amazing time at this property for our 4 night stay! The staff (Christina and Francis) made sure we had the most delicious meals and that the villa was clean at all times.

I felt every time I answered a question I received three in return. They asked for extensive information, passports, dietary preferences, desired reservations. While it’s nice to have your experience catered to you, it was extremely stressful having to answer the multitude of questions via email I was asked. I was so stressed with all the questions and documentation I arrived to my vacation stressed out.
