About this house rental

This house is furnished from top to bottom with top of the line furniture and appliances. Westinghouse LCD HDTV/DVD's in every bedroom.

This house is big and roomy, perfect from family reunions or corporate retreats. It is also especially suited for weddings.

Everything is provided just bring groceries. White sugar sand beach & turquiose water is at your back door. The beach is only a few steps away: as you open the curtains, the sounds, smell and breath taking views of the ocean take over your senses. This home is so close to the water you can watch your children playing on the beach and the dolphins cruising in the ocean without leaving the deck!!

Vacation should be stress free, so you will have to disengage and relax. This 3500 square foot GULF FRONT house offers plenty of room for large groups. You will love cooking and having meals with your family and friends; we provide a dinning room table that seats 14 people.The rest will sit at the oversized Granite bar.Everyone can enjoy meals together in the delightful,10 foot ceiling,huge living and dining room area. The kitchen is fully accessorized with upscale furnishings and stocked with all the extras to spoil you! Including a wet bar. However, to make cooking easier you will also find at First Class an outdoor grill.

Sleep has never been this sound. The 2 master suites custom window treatment tries to block the beauty out for some rest, but it seldom keeps you inside, in fact, all window treatments are custom-made. There are six bedrooms in total (ceiling fans in everyroom of the house): one suite on the first level, and 2nd suite plus four more bedrooms on the second level. The bunk bed bedroom is perfect to camp out the kids(8)while the adults enjoy piece and quiet . You will find HD TV/DVD players in all bedrooms, plus a HUGE a 60' Sony HDTV in the living room. We also have brand new top of the line bedroom furniture, washer and dryer for your enjoyment and marvel.

For a finishing touch, outside shower, charcoal grill, 3 picnic tables and alot of beach.

First Class is 2 miles west of Hwy 59 so you feel away from it all, but are only minutes from Gulf Shores array of restaurants, shops and attractions. Nearby Lagoon Pass is wonderful for fishing, hermit crab hunting and more. Enjoy the water park, go carts, putt-putt and more, all just a few miles away. Within a half hour you can see historic Ft Morgan or the National Naval Air Museum and Blue Angels flight team. Large outlet mall 8 miles north in Foley. Parasailing and jet ski rentals are 2.5 miles east. There are a number of world class (Trent Jones) golf courses and marinas in the Gulf Shores area and even dolphin watching cruises.

The property was perfect for our family!! The beds were very comfortable! The grandpa who slept with kids on bunk beds wasn’t as comfortable and complained about no top sheets, but the rest of us were delighted with the property! The privacy of the beach was wonderful. Two master suites really made things nice for us, and I personally loved the little private balcony outside my bedroom. Our only suggestion is better cleaning on the main floor. Great place to stay!!!!

This was a Beachfront rental with plenty of bedroom and bathroom space! There was trouble with leaking in the main room, but there was good response from the owner. It was frustrating not being able to open both sliding glass doors, but we easily adjusted. Parts had to be ordered to fix it....it happens! We had rough water most days, but that made for some good waves. Sunshine, warmth, sandcastles and ocean- no need to complain. The house is an obvious rental with very little personal touch, but the accommodations were some of the best we have had. There were 21 of us and I believe we all had a great time. That is a great family beach trip!

This property was exactly what we wanted for our beach wedding!! The car port under the house worked great for a reception! We had 22 people with us plus guest later. Everyone had space and didn’t feel crowed. The homeowner was great and easy to work with. We will be back again!!

The property was perfect for our family celebration. There were 20 of us and it was amazing! Plenty of beach for setting up two canopy’s and chairs. Wonderful having the one master bedroom downstairs and the other 5 bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. Plenty of living space for all to gather to eat and enjoy our time together. Sam, our host, was amazing! He was so helpful even before we arrived to quickly answer all of our questions. We would love to return to the Gulf Shores and stay at this property.

5/5 Schneider family from Iowa Our family had the best time staying at First Class home. It worked perfect for our group of 20. The house was beautiful and there was so must space for all of us to spread out if we needed to. The home owner Sam was great to work with. He always answered any questions I had. He also stopped in and checked to see if we needed any thing. I would recommend this property for other families to stay at. You have a beautiful view from the house of the gulf. We all enjoyed sitting on the deck and also spending time on the beautiful white beach and swimming in the gulf. One of our best family vacations. We can't wait to come back to Gulf Shores and stay at First Class again❤ Thanks again Sam for letting us stay at your beautiful house!!!

The house was in a good location and very spacious but it was run down and nasty!! Will not stay there again! The owner's daughter who was very nice on the phone, offered to send pizza the first night but that didn't solve my problem and we didn't want someone to come and clean while we were all there and unpacking! Also she said she wouldn't use that cleaner again but there were areas that couldn't have been cleaned in months! I paid a very high price for a cleaning fee and I think that should have been offered back to me!! Wouldn't book this property again!

We took a small church group of teenagers for a two day retreat. This was a great house for our event. Check in was easy, the property manager was very helpful. The easy beach access was ideal. The only negative was that one of the bed frames on second floor wouldn’t stay together. We ended up not using that bed. It was a small inconvenience that did not hurt our stay
