- The other 3 bedrooms (1 upstairs, and 2 main level) all include queen size beds with high-end pillow top mattresses and feature contemporary furniture and fixtures. The upstairs bathroom offers a modern vessel sink and soaking tub. The main floor bathroom is equally as unique and has an integrated two tone concrete sink with fiber optic stars that twinkle over a mountain range when you wash your hands.
LIVING:
Enjoy watching the peaceful stream while relaxing on the couch (also a queen sized sofa sleeper). If you need more - turn on the fire, watch your favorite show or enjoy a board game with your family and friends! This is what a vacation in the mountains is made of!

We had a family reunion in Manitou Springs and this house served us well as a family of 8 - 6 adults, 1 teen, and 1 child. The location is great, we were 5-10 minutes from everything we wanted to do in the area - Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Ave, etc. We loved having our morning coffee on the deck in the cool mornings. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and gadgets. Previous guests have left coffee, filters, misc spices etc. The main bedroom upstairs is a good size and the en suite bathroom is very nice. The other bedrooms are a little tight as are the other bathrooms, so at times it was difficult to share those spaces. But it wasn't so problematic that we wouldn't stay again. The creek in the back is very scenic, nice to put your feet into the cold water after a day of hiking. And last but not least we saw lots of deer on the property which was fun for everyone. All in all, a really charming place.

Very clean. Well appointed. Had everything we needed. Loved the stream and location. We didn’t realize the master bedroom was sort of a loft (great size but open to first floor). Not a problem but just surprised up. Would stay again!

We were in town for the Spartan Race at Fort Carson. This house was the PERFECT spot. Clean and cozy. The river right next to it makes it special.
4.9
Close to nearly everything we wanted to see and do. Overall was a good stay with my wife, kids, grandkids and 89 year old dad. The biggest draw back, was the closeness of the neighboring houses and the lack of outdoor space.

We stayed for a long weekend for college graduation with friends and family. Awesome property and location. The house was beautiful. We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area.

We loved the creek outside and the foosball table. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.

Wonderful home, in a beautiful wooded setting. Feels completely secluded, but so close to everything. Would love to stay here again!

The house has beautiful view. Kids enjoyed playing with the snow on the driveway and the small creek area !! House very clean very spacious .. the host had a lot of essential items that we didn’t have to worry about purchasing . It’s in a perfect location for going to get food , or any other touring . Very close to everything . We even walked to the restaurant nearby on the first day . Definitely recommend and next time I am in town I will definitely book again

We loved the house, and location. Everything was as shown in photos.

This house was a great fit for our family. It was exceptionally clean and well-stocked with things like dish and laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, cleaning supplies, etc. as well as plenty of extras like spare blankets, pillows, and towels. We cooked most of our meals at home and the kitchen was well-supplied with dishes and cookware. Our son loved the foosball table. We liked the layout spread over three floors so we could all spread out when we needed space. Eating meals on the cool shady deck and having a fire in the fireplace on the last night were also family favorites.
Outside the setting was peaceful and beautiful. It felt like living in a tree fort. Our four kids spent hours playing in the clear creek building little dams and racing bark boats. We saw loads of mule deer each day, along with a wild turkey. The neighbors were all quiet and respectful.
The house was a few minutes’ drive from downtown Manitou Springs, and a quick trip into Colorado Springs. We enjoyed hiking at the Garden of the Gods, driving up Pike’s Peak, visiting old friends, and, the two family favorites, visiting the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and hiking up Mount Cutler for. We also loved eating breakfast at Susie’s Western Cafe.
The host was very helpful and responsive. She answered questions quickly, was accommodating toward our children with disabilities, and fixed the one problem we contacted her about very quickly.
Highly recommended!

This property in Manitou was exactly what we were looking for. We had two families staying at the house with 5 kids ages 7-13. There was room to spread out and it was such a peaceful property. Sitting in the backyard or on the deck and listening to the creek with coffee or a cocktail made our vacation perfect.
The location was quiet, but easy to get to downtown Manitou for great meals. We could walk to the Intemann trail, and drove to parking downtown in order to easily take the shuttle to Barr Trail, Manitou Incline, and the Cog Railway.
The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of cookware. The towels seemed new and in great shape. I would definitely stay here again!

I invited 9 other gals to stay in Manitou Springs for my early "50th." This VRBO fit the ticket - 4 bedroom/3 bath. It was clean, spacious, and very centrally located. If you stay here, the Cantina is walkable and delicious. If you plan to hike the Manitou Incline - GO EARLY! Great trip. We stayed 4 nights.

Home was well-kept and very comfortable, as advertised. Really, really enjoyed the running stream out back and the beautiful wildlife that came around each day. Very nice neighborhood and quite close to the Manitou Springs town hub. Property manager was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Will likely visit again!

This property was very clean and everything was in working order. We stayed 4 nights and found all the attractions we wanted to see were a short drive.
The house is spacious and well furnished. Was particularly impressed with the beds. They must be relatively new mattress’s as they were very comfortable.
As advertised in the listing we saw a lot of deer passing through the stream bordering the back of the house.
Overall I would highly recommend this property. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

My gal pals and I loved this property. The wildlife and creek added to the beauty. Owner was very helpful and always available.

Great place!

Everything was great - First, the location was perfect. We were just minutes away from downtown Manitou so quick access to shopping, arcade, food, etc. We also did Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, and Manitou Incline - all were very close. So many deer in the neighborhood and we loved watching them - I think there were six or so in the creek behind the house on our last day.
Loved the big windows! Mountain views, and really nice view of Pikes Peak from the master bedroom. Beds were comfortable. The house was stocked with everything we needed for our stay, very organized and easy to find.
Communication with Mary Kay was great, she responded quickly with answers to questions and checked in to be sure all was good. Overall, I highly recommend this property and we would stay again.

The property was very nice and exactly what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The rooms were a decent size. The check out of 10am is a little early, especially with 6 adults, but I should have asked for a slightly later time. Overall, it served its purpose for a small family getaway.
4.9
This stream side mountain home was amazing! Everything from the stunning views, wildlife roaming outside, to the spacious 3 story home and the amazing customer service May Kay gave us throughout the trip made our vacation wonderful.
This home also was minutes from all the attractions Colo Springs and Manitou has to offer.
This is hands down the best VRBO we have stayed at and will definitely be back!
4.9
We really enjoyed our stay! We loved the uniqueness of the house, how it was nestled in the trees, and the location overall. Our only complain would be that there wasn’t a tv in the master, but that is just total preference! Everything was great. And communication with Mary Kay couldn’t have been better.

We came to attend a wedding in Woodland Park. We wanted to enjoy Garden of the Gods and we did. It was an awesome location, plenty of room for 6 of us and we loved the Mexican restaurant up the street. We spent quite a bit of time of the porch watching the deer. It was amazing and the house had everything we needed.

We were doing a new family vacation as we had just attended a wedding in Manitou Springs. This location allowed us to visit royal gorge area, hike, do the incline, shop visit breweries etc. great location and quiet. Worked out better than planned

The windows were dirty and the floors too. There needs to be some maintenance done on the property. The air conditioning was not consistent throughout the house. Still got hot in the upstairs bedrooms. Everyone complained of the mattresses being either lumpy or uneven.

It was a beautiful house quite friendly neighborhood the sights were wonderful truly enjoyed the week. We had a problem which the manager took care of right away. This property needs to be updated from deck done by a handyman with bailing wire, handrails thin and steps are both questionable, floors sound like my great grandmother’s home, and master bed room needs to be on main floor. There were a lot of questionable actions the lights in master strung across the ceiling, bed was not comfortable, no privacy in the master does not have 4 walls for privacy, outlets are not all working, shower in downstairs does not work properly. I would not have said a comment about this if it was not so overpriced, but they did a great job with photos not representative of what you are about to stay in. Manager said she was going to reach out and never did. The location was adequate but backing out of a driveway uphill onto a street the people are on the street so it makes difficult to get in and out to drive without doing a 3 point turn around.
