This is a darling little place, clean, and beautifully furnished.
The bed is comfortable and the air conditioner works great!
Everything we needed was available to us to cook a nice meal the second day of our stay.
The first day we went to a greal restaurant on the river a four minute drive away.
We did a short little hike that was right near the house but we were eaten by mosquitoes, so we walked on down to the river and got in a good little three mile walk.
There's more I can say, but suffice to say, we enjoyed our stay.

The Bungaleau was a perfect place to stay for our one-night trip to WI. It's quirky but lovely and has everything you would need for a quick stay. In a very cute river town, within a short walk of restaurants and bars. Very nice. Definitely would stay here again!

This is a wonderful location and a beautiful and comfortable home to stay. Unfortunately we stayed on a Wednesday night and the whole town was closed :(
Would stay again and would recommend!

Place was as described. There is a pull out couch in the living room that gave good privacy from the other bedroom that has the queen size bed in it. Nicely placed night lights helped navigate to the bathroom. Had a delightful stay

Mike was very easy to work with and he was very flexible with us as our stay needed to be extended for one day. We were spending most of our time in Winona to visit our son in Winona. It was a 20 minute drive and was very convenient. The home was clean and comfortable. It’s a block or so from the river and a quick walk to the quaint downtown. Everything that we could need for our stay was readily accessible.

We only stayed a few nights, but this house was just what we wanted. It is very close to our main destination of Perrot State Park. It is very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the towels and other linens and blankets were very good quality and condition. We did not use any of the kitchen items, but again they looked to be in very good condition. Unlike some rentals, you can tell that the owner puts effort into maintaining the property.

Cute cottage in downtown
A very well kept, cozy cottage. Perfect spot just blocks away from restaurants, Mississippi River and very close to Perrot State Park and GreatRiver trail. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Towels were plush, and the water pressure was fabulous. Really appreciated the ease in communicating with the owner. Walking distance to several restaurants and bars. We love being able to make our own dinner in the kitchen, and washer and dryer on site are handy. When we come back to this area we will likely stay again.

The house was super cute and in a great location. Everything we wanted to do was close by. We had a great time hiking at Perrot State Park, eating a delicious dinner at the Trempealeau Hotel, walking by the river, getting ice cream at the Bike and Bean, and shopping for souvenir t-shirts at the gift shop. The house was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the cute back porch. Mike was a great host and easy to contact for questions. Check in was very easy, and we loved that we could check in at 1:00. That was very convenient and worked well with our plans. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Trempealeau again!
