Property was accurately pictured on VRBO site. We thought that the ground level was the main area but it was the rec room level so there where stairs to the main part of the house. We had to play hide and seek to find the towels but eventually found them under bathroom sink. Not sure why not on the towel rods. Near downtown and Shakespeare Festival so very convenient.

The owner provided very thorough information early on, which is a big plus for VRBO visitors. Nice location, close to freeway and restaurants.

We used this home as a hub location to visit all the National parks in the area, and it was perfect for our family. We were able to easily get to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, and much more. It was a welcome place to come back to. My family especially loved watching movies on the "big screen" downstairs at night. It was the perfect compliment to our family vacation. Scott and Rosalee were excellent hosts. Thanks for a great trip!

Its a very roomy place to stay. We had the upstairs, while the kids could hang out downstairs. Great location as well!

Great location. Easy to get places. Home was roomy and comfortable. Loved the full size washer and dryer. Beds were all very comfortable! My hubby and I both have arthritic hips and we slept great! Really cute backyard with room for Littles to play. Scott is an amazing host!!

We stayed here to visit both Bryce and Zion. Had 2 living areas. And nice size table for eating and playing games. Loved the parking in garage and out front. Host communication quickly. Bring dinner plates if more than 5. Had nice selection of pots pans. Close by to nat grocers and smiths. Great stay for our group

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. We spent our days on the mountain snowboarding and our evenings playing games in the townhouse. Great neighborhood. Lots to do in the area. I would rebook and recommend this property.

We loved this townhouse we stayed in. It was very clean and homey and is in a great location. It also has lots of room inside to accommodate large families - we loved having the basement for our teens to be in, it was like a get away for them too. They could watch what they wanted downstairs while relaxing and getting ready and we adults watched our shows and got ready upstairs. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great location for our family to stay for the weekend. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a short but sweet stay. The property has adequate space for 6 adults. We appreciate a relatively new K cup coffee machine that made some of the coffee drinkers happy early morning. We feel comfy as overall we pretty much just stayed in the property at night. If there are any small improvements can be made, we have a few suggestions, that are: add the paper towels in the kitchen; replace more comfortable mattresses for the bunk beds and change the check-out time to 11:00am. Thank you.

Most of our time was at the National Parks away from the condo dating the day. It was a great place to come home to relax, prepare dinner, shower and sleep. Very conveniently located to grocery shopping and access to interstate.
Owner addressed an issue immediately upon arrival.

we were looking for a place to stay that wouldn't break the bank and this place was perfect we enjoyed the location and spaciousness and would stay again

Too many stairs (not your fault). Front and back outside needed cleaning up. Tarp on front patio eye sore. Needs bug and spider relief outside. AC hard to figure out. Younger people would probably do better here but it was nice and convenient.

Clean property. Scott was great and responsive. When we accidently'killed' the garage door keyless entry, he had it reset almost immediately. Some of the areas need some minor attention but overall an excellent value for our stay

We enjoyed our stay here. It's a condo, but we never heard the neighbors at all, which was nice. The AC worked well, and it's a nice sized property. It's tucked into a quiet residential area but is also centrally located; in fact, we walked to Walmart one morning, and there are several restaurants within walking distance as well. It is a split entry, so if anyone in your party has mobility challenges, that could be an issue, especially because the stairs are laminate wood and each step has a raised edge. Otherwise, we found it to be a nice place to stay while visiting Cedar City.

My family traveled to Cedar City for the Shakespeare festival. The townhome was very nice and very comfortable. The location to the festival was quick and easy to travel, just minutes away. We also had some business with the city and was able to do so without any difficulty. The bed my wife and I slept in was great! It was great place for down time in between the shows we were seeing. I whole heartedly recommend this location. Oh, the owner was very easy to work with and answered questions quickly.

Great central location in cedar City. Comfortable beds and living areas. Small kitchen had all we needed for simple meals. We were in town for a Quick 1 night stay for some mountain biking and appreciated the access to the garage which allowed for secure overnight bike storage. Would stay here again

This property was perfect for our family of 6 stay. We were hit by a major snowstorm while here but found everything we needed within a 2 block radius, even the cinema! Property was clean and has plenty of room to stretch out.
