We had a last minute switch into unit 102 which I believe is not the unit pictured but we did have a wonderful stay and Andy the property manager was super helpful and kind. The AC froze up for some reason, something about the thermostat resetting to a low temp, hopefully they get it figured out as it was like 90 degrees in the upstairs master bedroom. Andy brought us fans and was quick to respond to my questions. Definitely make sure that the AC is working properly if you plan on booking during the summer. The house was well decorated and in a great location, kitchen was super well equipped.

During our stay, those that stayed in the master bedroom were bit during the night and later found a bed bug.
We reached out to the management team about it and we were right away told it "looked too big" for a bed bug despite matching every descriptor and image. The ones staying in that room spent half a day cleaning everything and ended moving to a hotel.
The management company took two weeks to give us an offer of refunding the cleaning fee plus 10% off and were unwilling to negotiate any further. This was handled very poorly and I will be following up with VRBO about it.
The space was adequately large for us, but some things seemed poorly cleaned (walking barefoot on the floors made our feet dirty).

My plans got changed around so i ended up checking in at a weird time. Having to call someone to check in isn't convenient and the only place that I had to do that. That being said, super neat property and would stay there again for sure.

Google maps had a hard time identifying the exact location of the property…the address was identified as an intersection, but we walked around the area and found the unit…it is located in the NW quadrant of the intersection. Very nice property with a lot of space and large area for gathering in and around the kitchen. Perfect place for our large family gathering of 10.

Super accessible to everywhere around us, plenty of space and had all the kitchen accessories we needed.

Still waiting almost three weeks late to get issues taken care of with the owner. We stayed in the vrbo one night and left our stay early. Bed bugs were found in the two bedrooms upatairs. I have waited to write this review hoping things would be solved but as of yet they are not.
The owner has said it was not infested with bed bugs and although I agree it was not "infested" we found two of them and that was enough. We left, they did say they sprayed for "safety" reasons after our complaint. It takes more then spraying and I'm sure they will continue to have problems until it is addressed properly.
Communication has been poor with the property manager, Anthony. He told VRBO, when I contacted them, that there had been no phonecalls about this issue. True, no phone call, texting only so I have written records.
I'm disappointed and hope we will see our 700+ dollars soon.
Was the place cute? Convenient? Sure, but the bedbugs were neither cute nor convenient. The clean up for our clothes and bags was a mess for us, but thank goodness we found somewhere else to stay.
I would give Evolve properties a big thumbs down and will avoid them in the future. I don't normally write anything if my review is poor however, this is not only poor but a huge disappointed that three weeks out this still hasn't been solved.
Hope to hear from them soon.

We had a great stay. The place is beautifully decorated. It had lots of room. The bedrooms and bathrooms were really nice. Close to everything. We spent a day at Zions and a day in St. George and hung out at the place when it snowed! It was perfect for what we needed. Easy check in and check out.

Nice place with a cool Shakespearean vibe. Our main complaint is that none of the 3 TV’s in the house were in working order when we arrived. Missing remotes, and the remote controls that were there had dead batteries. Not a deal breaker, but would be nice if they worked as expected. Beds are also not great, but that is often the case with vacation rentals. All in all, not a bad stay.

This house was great and so close to the SUU campus. It had a couple things that needed to be upgraded but for the most part I would come back again.

This was perfect for what we needed. The property is very nice. Loved the Shakespeare themed decor and design. Great location. Super easy check in and out. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. It could have been cleaner. We also could not get the tvs to work using the cable. We where hoping the fireplace would work too.
However, the beds where comfrontable and it was nice.

3/5
In general i would give 3/5. Check in process was easy. However, we all felt like the property is not well maintained and wasn’t prepared as well as expected for guests to enjoy their stay. First of, there were a lot of pillows but only few pillow cases. Most of the pillows without pillowcases had some stains in it which wasn’t presentable. The ceilings had cobwebs. Shower knob in the master bedroom was lose and just fell off when we used it. The grill on the picture looked like it was usable. However, when we got to the property, the grill was dirty that it wasn’t even possible to use it. The property was nice but i think it lack maintenance and some personal touch to make guests feel welcome.

Henley Manor
Beautiful home, close to everything! Kitchen had everything we needed and the heat worked great. The only problem was the water took a while to heat up (it was 20 degrees outside) and the shower heads were a little tricky, but overall we were very happy with our stay. Great big driveway for the kids to ride bikes and plenty of space for everyone inside the home.

Perfect Family Set Up
This space worked out great for large family with married children. Everyone had their own bathroom and space to move around.

Homecoming Sorority Reunion
We loved the home. It had a great layout for us. The location is a little far from the main part of campus, but very close to the stadium. It was comfortable and allowed us to all gather in the main family room/kitchen area. Plenty of parking as well.

Would not recommend
This property is not ready to be posted as a VRBO rental. We have used VRBO and always been very satisfied. Not this time. We wound up leaving and booking a Motel for our stay.
