The property was neat and clean. It was a quiet neighborhood with a great coffee shop and restaurant within easy walking distance. Was fun to watch the dolphins in the lake behind the condo and the beach was easy accessible.

My husband and I spent the month of November 2021 in this lovely condo. We could not be happier with our selection. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. We were able to keep our Kayak on the pier and it was convenient to store beach and fishing items in the garage. The owner was quick and accommodating with all of our questions and made our trip without any concerns. This is also a dog friendly complex so your pet babies will make lots of new friends and feel right at home. We will certainly be back in the future.

The place was great. Close to the beach. Lots of good eateries in the area. Our favorite was Martin's

Well laid-out, well-appointed condo close to the beach. Easy one block walk to the beach, and there’s a rinsing hose setup near the dumpsters on the way. The sand is soft and difficult to walk on, but the surf is good and the water is deep enough fairly close to shore that you don’t have to wade way out to bob in the waves. In September it was almost a private beach, I think the most people I ever saw out there were 8-10 total. Parking was great, nice wide sites and always a spot open in front of the unit even when the lot looked full. Landscaping and grounds were attractive and pristine. The pool was very nice and it’s shaded in the afternoon so no need for sunscreen. The condo balcony is fully screened and wraps around so you have views of the sky over the ocean and the marina off the inland waterway. Sunsets and sunrises both viewable if you want to watch them. The master bed was very soft (you sink in – I liked it, DH would prefer something firmer) and comfortable; at first I thought it was too high but we quickly got used to it. The living room and dining area are nicely arranged and comfortable, the décor is attractive without being too obtrusive, and all the appliances work quietly. There’s a pokestop accessible from the couch, if that’s your jam. We had a wonderful time, would definitely check and see if this place is available as a first choice when we need to be in the area again.

This is well appointed and has everything you need for a beach vacation. If you leave the sliders open, you can hear the sound of waves. Flagler Beach is a funky little town with many restaurants and conveniences.

This well equipped, comfortable condo was right across the street from the beach. Not sure if it was due to covid, but we had the beach almost entirely to ourselves every day! It was amazing!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here for six weeks and the location couldn’t have been better. My sunrise mornings on the ocean were a two minute walk away and the beautiful sunsets over the intracoastal on the lanai were amazing. Great for bike riding, beach combing and is within walking distance to restaurants. We are missing beach life and I have been recommending this location to friends ever since we left.

We were in need of a place to stay between the sale of our home and the completion of construction on our new home. Allen was very flexible and the condo is really nice. It has all of the amenities of home and is right across the street from Flagler Beach. I would highly recommend it!

My husband and I lived in Flagler Beach for about 10 years, so wanted to return to visit the locale and friends. This condo fit the bill. Flagler is about halfway between Daytona and St. Augustine and only a little over an hour to Jax. and Orlando. There are often events in Flagler Beach and Palm Coast for entertainment as well as local sites. With friends, we discovered some exceptional restaurants such as a genuine Italian restaurant run by a man from Venice, Italy, called Osteria (where reservations are required but not at all hard to secure) and a Portuguese restaurant in downtown Flagler Beach called Porto.
The condo, although not facing the ocean or directly facing the intercoastal, has an L-shaped screened porch with the added benefit of enjoying breezes from three directions. You can also enjoy the intercoastal and sunset from the shorter side of the L. The property has a gazebo on a dock where sunsets can also be enjoyed and I found that few people actually used it. The same is true of the pool between the condos and the ocean. A couple of restaurants are also within walking distance.
In planning for our month in the condo, I packed a starter supply staples that I did not expect to be there. I was wrong-the owners have done a wonderful job of equipping the condo with basic necessities--toilet paper (although one-ply), paper towels, laundry and dish detergent, quality sample-sized soaps, conditioners, shampoos, etc., as well as lots of towels and changes of sheets.
Don't expect "beachy" decor, but the condo is coordinated, comfortable (maybe with the exception of the sofas), well-maintained, and SO conveniently located! It was a perfect size, too, for 2-3 adults who were there throughout the month. The neighbors, several of whom live there full-time, are very friendly and helpful, as well.
Each and every time I needed a question answered before renting or arriving, the owner was extremely helpful and responsive!

This condo is tastefully furnished and very comfortable. We loved having our morning tea on the screened in porch from which we could see the river. It was also a much appreciated spot for a drink in the evening as the sun went down. It is close to a number of good restaurants and a movie theatre complex and close enough to St. Augustine for a day trip if you've not been there to explore America's oldest city. We had a wonderful time!!!

After working for 49 years, my husband retired August 31st 2015. I had been looking for a place on the beach at several locations, the Gulf, SC, etc. There is family nearby in Welaka Fl and we had been to visit them and made a day trip to Flagler Beach. We liked the community and I starting searching in Flagler Beach. We really did not need but 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, but I finalized my search concerning pet friendly accommodations. And when I told the owner our little dog, Daisy, was only 13 or 14 lbs., he approved. This was my first reservations with VRBO and you don't know if the pictures of the property are accurate or not. The pictures were more than accurate, they did not do the property justice. It was so clean, it is beautifully furnished, great bed and linens, fully equipped kitchen, having a washer and dryer was wonderful. And having a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom was very handy. The porch that wraps around the building where you can sit and watch the sunsets over the intracoastal waterway of the Matanzas River was very relaxing. And the proximity to the beach and the public Flagler Beach steps to the beach made multiple daily walks on the beach so easy. And the salt water pool area was so nice and private, even though it is close to A1A, and no one was hardly ever at the pool! Afternoon book reading was wonderful there. Convenient trash and recycling disposal, and a hose to rinse the sand off your feet and shoes before heading back to your condo. You are near to Publix, Dollar General, CVS pharmacy, many good local restaurants (Flagler Fish Market-scallops, yumm, Funky Pelican-get the lobster tacos), near to Betty Steflik Park for bird watching, watching fisherman and surfboarders on the pier, and sidewalks to take my walks if the tide was high and beach walks was out, and convenient to go to St. Augustine, or Daytona Beach, or Port Orange where my husband and I went to Massage Envy! Cannot say enough good things about this property. My husband and I will definitely be back for another relaxing stay at this property!

We could not have been more satisfied with our rental. The condo was in excellent, clean condition. Everything we could possibly have needed was provided. The owners were very accommodating and worked with us on the dates we needed. We would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a safe, clean, close to the beach condo in the Flagler Beach area.
