My husband and I and our dog had a great time in Pinetop. The house was great for us. It is in a neighborhood and very walkable to many fun places! The house was very clean and had a fenced in backyard. Robert the property manager is next door and is great - very responsive if you need anything.

Nice home, but not so nice location

We were very happy with this cabin. Everything was easy to find, the hot tub was amazing and it was very peaceful. It was in a neighborhood but you would have never known based on the quietness around us. Thank you for an amazing honeymoon week.

It was a good place, central to exploring the White Mountains. The owners were very accommodating. Good place for dogs!

Location is convenient. Property was clean. There were a few spider webs on the back of the property. Grass in the yard was overgrown, and my husband found a tick in the master bath and one in the hot tub. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

I planned to stay 3 nights but left after the first night because the mattress was too soft & seemed to sag in spots causing back pain & the pillows didn't support my neck and head properly. While the property was clean & neat, there were some maintenance issues. The sliding door to the back yard was difficult to move & probably needs to be replaced. The screen on the master bedroom window was coming apart so I couldn't leave the window open at night so I turned the AC on. The AC didn't seem to be working properly & overnight the temperature in the house went up 3 degrees to 76. Also when I turned on the TV & cable in the master bedroom, the screen was all static with a message of No Service.
The pictures on VRBO showed a refrigerator with a door dispenser for water/ice but there was a different refrigerator there that had no dispenser so I went to Safeway for bottled water. I was also surprised that this was a duplex. The picture of the front was at an angle that didn't show that. Overall I was disappointed - I was expecting something a bit more upscale.

My husband and I stayed with our two medium sized adult dogs. The house was perfect for that with a nice back yard and even a dog door. It was clean and as advertised, with the addition that the surrounding neighborhood itself is a little rough. We were pleasantly surprised that it was quiet every night, no barking dogs or sirens. The property manager next door was great and very available. There were some small issues, the sliding glass door was very hard to move in it's track and the toilet paper was the worst stuff there is available LOL but nothing major. Nicely appointed kitchen. There are great hiking trails nearby that allow leashed dogs. The Woodland Lake Park is an excellent choice with the "foot path" trail along a creek for the dogs to get in the water and cool down.

Simple reserve and check in! Good location for fishing and hiking. Property was as expected. Recommend!

I was looking forward to just relaxing and enjoying my weekend and this property did not disappoint. During the day we went hiking, shopping at the really fun shops in town and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The property manager lives next door and him and his wife were lovely people. He made sure we knew he would help if we needed anything. I'll definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing weekend

Cozy and inviting. Kitchen and Linens supplied. Central heat was nice to cut the chill. Gated backyard was perfect for our fur baby. Property Mrg was extremely kind and inviting. Walking distance to the DEN Bar. All in all, a nice and comfortable property. I would certainly entertain the property for a summer.

We had a great time in your cozy house.

We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the little extras that made our stay even better. The hot tub was the ultimate pleasure for us. Nothing like enjoying it when it's snowing. Great time. Thank you.

My family and I had a nice stay here. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. For anyone wanting to stay here and would like to cook, please pack some seasonings and essentials (oil, etc) needed for cooking and this place wasn't stocked with those items (other than black pepper). The kitchen was stocked well with cooking items such as pans and utensils. Also, we recommend the owners revisit the check-in time. While check-out at 11am is reasonable, We were a little surprised at the 4pm check-in time. A lot of VRBO stays we have had has a check-in of 2pm or 3pm. 4pm seems a little late, especially when it's this time of year and cold.

Good value, but it won't impress those who want modern amenities. Small bathrooms, low ceilings, unheated tile floors, neighborhood was one step above a trailer park. Positives: clean, nice fireplace, room for dogs to go outside, covered parking. The under 30 crowd used the hot tub every day.

Property was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed.

Very nice stay. Enjoyed the hot tub.

We had a wonderful time. Just 30 mins from sunrise ski resort and the home had everything we could need! Very short drive to many restaurants and a nice backyard! Our pup loved playing in the snow while we lounged in the hot tub! Would definitely stay here again.

Loved all of the Bears :)
Comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed.

Comfortable, clean, left nothing to be desired. Very dog friendly.

Inside was clean and have a lovely cabin decor. Well stocked with things you may need during your stay. Our only complaint was the back yard. Though it was fully fenced it wasn’t very pet friendly. The gutter over the back door was broken on the ground so the roof snow dripped and refroze at the doorway making it dangerous. The back yard was not maintained so there were rotten apples and dog poop from prior guests everywhere with minimal snow shoveled for our stay. The back tables and chairs were unusable as the cushions were under the snow and soaking wet.
We would probably come back to this location in the summer or spring as it was comfortable and close to most things in town.

Wonderful, cozy property that our family and dogs enjoyed immensely. Doggie door and fenced in yard were a big plus/positive. Convenient location to Pinetop, Show Low, Greer and all the activities they provide, especially shopping. Onsite manager was very helpful in directing us to local restaurants and shopping (Burly Bear!), Darbies (great breakfast!) and antique shopping. The manager's assistant, Lexi, was adorable and quite the "security monitor!" All in all, it was a wonderful and relaxing mini-vacation for all of us. We actually are looking forward to possibly returning this spring.early summer as well as making this an annual winter vacation. Highly recommend the property.

This was a great place, has everything you need and very clean and inviting. We enjoyed our stay

The place was very comfortable and decorated for Christmas which we loved, and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for the dogs out back and the yard was secure. It was nice not having to worry about them while we were out.
Location is good and close to everything. The neighborhood seems older, with some surrounding properties in not so great shape, but it wound up being a nice quiet spot and we were satisfied.

Love the property, they had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was nice, and the most important it was a pet friendly. We would definitely be reserving this for the summer and for next Christmas. This was the most home away from home that we’ve had in a while.

This property has everything you need and 3 wonderful bedrooms. Kitchen fully stocked and plenty of room to cook and hang out. The location is amazing, walking distance to the Lion's den and a very close drive to other restaurants and the grocery. The neighbor manages the property and is super nice and helpful. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay again!

This was the cleanest cabin we've ever stayed in! It had everything we needed to cook all our meals. The fireplace was prepped and stocked with wood upon arrival. My family loved the jacuzzi. Robert was right next door and willing to help us with anything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved this mountain home! It was so cute with all the bear themed decor and though it wasn’t a “cabin” it had all the feels of one. It was clean and comfortable. The backyard was nice with a huge apple tree and a nice table to sit at that sat 4 with a picnic table if more seating is needed. The caretaker Robert who lives next door was so helpful with any questions we had and was super nice. I will say it was perfect for 4 adults but the living room basically can only seat 4 comfortably for watching movies but the dining table was big and can seat several for eating or playing games. My mom has some knee problems preventing her from walking much but my husband and I took several walks around the area and loved the mix of pine trees and quaking aspens. There were some nice areas to walk especially behind the property. We are from out of state but if we come back to Pine-top we would love to stay at this home again.

Enjoyed staying at the casita which was furnished with everything that we could possibly need. Area is so beautiful and low key, super friendly people and good food too.

Enjoyed our stay very much. First time in Pinetop and plan to return next spring.

My husband and I actually walked in, stayed 15 minutes and went and got a hotel. The neighborhood was sketchy to say the least. The home was dated, hot tub had duct tape on it, backyard full of apples, house smelled bag and the beds..... well it would've been better sleeping in the floor. Tried communicating with owner, no response.

Have been going to the Run to the Pines car show for years and decided to try a VRBO home this time. Great location, plenty of amenities, house was clean. Even enjoyed the hot tub after the car show.

Such a clean, well appointed place to stay. We were very happy with the accommodations. Easy walking distance to the Lion’s Den if you are going to a concert there which we were. The pictures don’t do this place justice if you ask me. Not luxurious or anything, but really clean, super comfortable place to stay. Thank you!

The house and property was amazing! The decor was very cute as well. It was well stocked with essentials, everything was clean and worked as expected. The neighborhood was cute and the neighbors were friendly. The back yard was clean, well maintained, and fully enclosed, perfect for pets. Beds and couches were comfy. We had a perfect time!
