It was a wonderful family vacation! We had five 5 year olds in the bunk bed room, in which they loved. Plenty of space to move around. We’d have a beach day then jump in the pool…..perfect. The kids had plenty of outdoor space to play in. It was a great time had by all!

This was a repeat stay for our group of friends - families with young kids - and it is a great house with lots of spaces for the kids to play, adults to socialize, and everything you need for cooking and serving meals. We'll definitely be back and appreciate Ryan's hosting!

Beautiful home and neighborhood Very clean and spacious. Kids loved the pool and basketball court. Well stocked with linens, kitchenware and utensils. We had a great family vacation!

This house provided the perfect venue for our 3 generation family ages 10 to 75 to spend a week together. There was plenty on site to entertain our teenagers and pre teens- basketball court was a favorite, the pool was a gathering place for all generations, pool table and ping pong kept the kids busy in the basement and the 5 minute walk to Four Seas for ice cream and then a campfire rounded out many days.
Centerville proved to be a great location, Craigsville Beach was a quick and easy diversion on several days. Plenty of new beach chairs and towels provided as well as a beach pass. We made shopping trips to Hyannis, Falmouth and Chatham. The adults enjoyed an evening at the Cape Playhouse to see the Jersey Boys a 20 minute drive. We had a couple of glitches with appliances but Ryan was quick to respond and all worked out well.
All four adult couples had a comfortable bedroom with queen or king bed, a bunk room for the girls and another for the boys worked well for our combo. The eldest grandson enjoyed his own space in the den with a pullout couch.
All in all a very accommodating indoor and outdoor space for our family to spend a week together.

This house on Park Avenue was fantastic for a large gathering and family reunion. It had activities for all ages, basketball court, pool, fire pit, and a grassy area. It also had wonderful things to do inside such as a pool table and ping-pong table. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, and the beds were very comfortable. The owner was very easy to communicate with. In addition, there were plenty of beach chairs and towels for the guests. Phenomenal rental!

Perfect home for a large family gathering. Lot of room to spread out inside and out. The pool, basketball court and fire pit along with the large yard were fantastic.
Well equipped with everything you need in house and for beach day. The best was we never lacked hot water for showers. Amazing, nice big hot water tank.

Perfect for our family of 9 adults and 10 kids ages 2 to 11. Kids were constantly in pool but also enjoyed basketball, ping pong, croquet, billiards and more. Just1 mile from Craigsville beach. We loved it

This was a wonderful stay for our extended family after a family wedding. We were a group of 20 with teens, young adults, two infants and others in their 40’s and 50’s. Although it was mid-May the pool was sparkling clean and ready for swimming. Family members enjoyed cooking, coffee in the morning on the back deck, walks around the neighborhood, ping pong competitions, the basketball court, and an evening around the fire-pit enjoying s’mores. Lovely home and the owner was very responsive to our questions and concerns. I wouldn’t hesistate to book this home again.

Our family of 20 (ages 3-84) thoroughly enjoyed all the great large rooms for big breakfasts, swimming, making puzzles and watching Celtics games. Walking/biking distance to some great beaches, 5 min walk for ice cream, and short drive to ferries and whale watches a bonus. Loved our stay

We came with 20 students and had a fantastic experience. Kids loved the small field to play soccer on as well as the basketball court. Inside was big and had lots of space for the students to enjoy!

We all enjoyed this property. The pool, basketball court and fire pit kept us outside for the whole weekend. The house is cozy, clean and has everything a large family needs. Ryan was great and answered all our questions right away. We are already talking about going again next year!

Extended family has stayed in 3 properties on the Cape 6 times in the last 7 years, and everyone agreed that this was the best yet. Plenty of space, both sleeping space and diverse gathering places in the house. Those who were working remotely had quiet places to set up and work from. The pool was a great gathering place for everyone in late afternoon. Kids played basketball, pool, ping-pong, cornhole. Good location. Very quiet (and we tried to keep it that way, too!). Well-equipped kitchen. Lovely grounds. I particularly enjoyed the solitude of an early morning cup of coffee on the deck with Carolina Wrens and Cardinals singing and chirping, but we were all astounded to see 6 osprey soaring over the house in late afternoon. Magical place for extended family.

This property was ideally located in Centerville within walking distance of beach, the local ice cream parlor, playground and church and The Penny Candy Store. The actual yard was amazing and HUGE! Our family of 13 had more than enough space to spread out in pool area, adjoining lawn and fire pit and the basketball court was a big hit. The inside of home was well kept and laid out. If I could I would have given it 4 and 1/2 starts for just a few reasons: 1. There were no curtains or thick carpeting which led to an incredible acoustic level. The early rising of 3 toddlers could be heard throughout the house …didn’t matter where you were sleeping. 2. The 7th bedroom is really a TV room/library on the first floor with a pullout sofa which our son and partner said was very uncomfortable. We had to move around babies and cribs to accommodate them in a “real bed” . They said “this shouldn’t be described as a 7th bedroom”. However, overall it was a wonderful vacation.
Property manager Ryan was terrific. Very receptive to any inquiry.

Did you know Centerville is one of 7 towns that make up Barnstable? I did not until a few days ago.
The good: ample space in the house including living rooms and bedrooms, also, ample parking, good location on quiet street, lots of bathrooms, beautiful setting, lots of activities, well supplied kitchen, good HVAC, local beach pass, and finally, four seas ice cream is a 7 min walk.
The not so good:
It would have been nice to have more chairs for outdoors including upstairs and downstairs as well as more shade around the pool. There was a whole host of items inside and outside that could have been dangerous or were just broken or non functional however none of them were big issues for us so we just powered through. Also, while we did not spend a lot of time watching tv, the info in the welcome letter is out of date.
My review is good. We had a fantastic time and would rent here again.

The property was accurately represented. My wife and I hosted a large family gathering, and the recreational features available were excellent. During our stay our family experienced some difficulties which significantly impacted our itinerary. The host was extremely sympathetic and collaborative, and worked well with us during that period.

We were a party of a few families with kids ranging from 2-7. The house was perfectly-suited to large groups with lots of different rooms with TVs, and a games room in the basement. Would highly recommend and looking forward to visiting the Cape again!

Excellent for girlfriend getaway. More mirrors in bedrooms would have been nice. Location was wonderful for our needs. The garbage was never picked up for Wednesday or Saturday. It was confusing to us if we should have moved garbage to curb or not. Overall it was an excellent stay. Highly recommend it.

I got married in Osterville and had my groomsmen and their significant others stay here. What a beautiful home! We were lucky enough to have the best weather all weekend long and were able to take advantage of the amazing backyard and relax by the pool. Our rehearsal dinner was in downtown Hyannis so this was an extremely convenient location. 10 minute drive max. Would highly recommend this home to any group of friends or families looking to stay down the cape.

The house was the perfect place for our family reunion of 11 adults and 4 kids, all under 4. We loved the backyard with the pool, firepit and deck. It was an excellent location - a short drive to the beach or about a 10-15 minute walk. Ryan, the host, was very professional and very responsive to any requests we had.

Overall great house! Lots of room and things to do on the property for the kids. Had some issues with the appliances at first but the owner and property caretakers acted very quickly to resolve the issues, very responsive, and took great care of us! Would recommend a stay here!!

We had a great time reuniting here after the pandemic. This house is spacious. Each family had a bedroom however the cousins wanted to stay together on air mattresses. There was plenty of floor space in this 5,000 square foot house to allow that. We were able to walk to stores, ice cream and the beach. The children loved the heated pool and the floats. We set up a net in the level spacious yard for volleyball and bad mitten. They play basketball and Wiffleball. It didn’t matter that it wasn’t beach weather. My bed was comfortable. The WiFi was great for those who had to work. I recommend for large gatherings. We brought stadium chairs because the living room and family room only had seating for 5. There was plenty of room in the driveway for the cars. The owner responded immediately to our text message.

We just finished our stay with a large group of family and friends. Pool was great, loved the large kitchen and enough space for everyone. House could use a little TLC (i.e. staircase banisters were loose-not great for grandparents, door knobs wiggly, no cleaning supplies). Also, there wasn’t a sitting room large enough to accommodate the max guests allowed. Regardless, our family had a great week together making memories!

We were a group 5 families looking for a vacation house that can accomodate kids, teens and adults. this was a perfect place. All of us enjoyed a lot, with lots of games including ping pong, pool table and a big yard for everyone to play. beach was just a mile away

Property was incredible. The house was spotless when we arrived. Roomy accommodations for a large party of 13 of us. House owner/manager was incredibly responsive and super helpful with check-in and questions about the house. Best part was the yard. So much space to hang outside. A wonderful weekend stay here!
