Very clean and a very nice place and I highly recommend. The host was extremely responsive and helpful! Only reason for 4 stars was parking was an issue which was not clearly indicated in the description. 2 of the 4 nights I had to park in the street as the parking area was full, which wasn't a big deal except it's a tow away zone after 2 hours during the daytime hours of 9-5.
Also it is on the 2nd level - so a flight of stairs which isn't mentioned (I don't think) in the description, which wasn't an issue since my wife who uses a walker was not with me, but just be aware that there is a flight of stairs to get into the condo. Anyway - a super place to stay.

We stayed at this property during the week of the Bolder Boulder. It was a perfect location. It’s an easy 1.5 mile walk to the start and a 1.5 mile walk from the finish. Very quiet location with great paths for walking our dog.

Our stay at this 2 bedroom condo in Boulder was just what we were looking for as a home base for the weekend we moved our son into CU. Nothing too fancy, but convenient to the campus, very comfortable, clean, quiet neighborhood with a friendly and accommodating host. Having a kitchen, laundry room, and living room certainly beat staying in a hotel. Would stay there again.

My wife and I stayed at this property for 5 nights and enjoyed our visit to Boulder. The apartment is close to most everything - Pearl Street, restaurants, golf courses, etc. This apartment was very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom were very well stocked with supplies, etc. Overall host was responsive to any questions. Overall very good experience. Highly recommend this apartment.

One of the nicest rentals I've stayed in. The owner clearly spent a great deal of care in decorating the place and making sure everything I could need was there. Bed was super comfortable with a lovely down comforter. Would definitely stay there again!

Parking is difficult when they have events which was every night we were there. We had to park quite far away and it was very inconvenient. As well the events last until late and having to sleep with the windows open and music blaring was no fun when you gave early morning activities planned.

We enjoyed our time in Boulder. The condo was clean and just what we needed for our short stay. The only complaint is it was a little hard to find. Google maps had us on the back side of the property with no through way to the front and could not reroute us to the front.

Comfortable beds and couch. Kitchen very easy to find things. Although parking could be tough, we always found a spot, except once. Right near bike trail and access to college. Worked great for us!

This condo was a perfect place to stay with a couple of my young adult children. We really only cooked breakfast meals in the condo, but there are all of the cooking items you may need and plenty of plates, glasses, silverware, which is always appreciated. The beds were very comfortable. This is an older complex, but this unit has been decorated nicely and updated inside. There is a flight of stairs so make note for anyone with mobility issues. The location is across the street from CU's aerospace building, so perfect access to that and easy access to the main campus. Would definitely stay here again. There is one parking spot (first come first serve) near the unit, however there were frequently no spots available during our stay, so we had to park on the main road.

My husband and son took a brief holiday to Boulder to visit our daughter. The condo was an upstairs rental that had more than we needed. However, we were a little disconnected when we found that there eight parking spots and it was first come, come serve. While we were fortunate enough to get a parking space most days, there were several days that we had to park at the street and the signs were confusing. It was only after someone left, that we were able to move our car. Except for parking, the overall experience was wonderful.

My 16 year old son and I absolutely loved this apartment. It was clean and easy to access, it was represented well on the website and had plenty of space. The location is easy and central. There was plenty of space and was supplied with enough linens/ towels/ kitchen items. We would definitely recommend this apartment to a friend and we will rent this again.

We picked this spot because it was close to downtown Boulder, bike trails, welcomed our two small dogs and was large enough for 2 couples and two small children.
I give 5 stars because the apartment was exactly as advertised. No surprises. Neat and clean, quiet neighborhood, comfy beds, comfortable kitchen/dining/livingroom set up.
We would definitely stay here again!

If your destination is Boulder, this property is in an excellent location and in a very quiet, safe, well-maintained neighborhood. We would readily rent it again despite some minor issues noted below.
The "pros" are location/neighborhood, very good kitchen facilities, nicely furnished, comfortable beds, good shower.
The "cons", some easily capable of being remedied, are noisy air conditioner (can't do anything about that, but important at night to leave the fan "on" so that as the A/C cycles on and off, the abrupt change in background noise doesn't wake you), outdated information sheets as to # of key sets, how to operate televisions (easily capable of correction), somewhat dim lighting over the dining table, outside porch light not working.
But, as I said, overall very satisfactory and we would happily rent again.

Did not live up to the listing
Property was hard to locate using GPS. It sent us on a scavenger hunt just to find the property. Once we finally found the property there were no spots to park in the lot next to the condo. Parking on the street is only 5pm to 9am so if you park on the street you will need to move your car in the morning. The parking lot was covered in inches of ice. I slipped and fell our first night at the condo. The condo had very poor lighting. There were no overhead lights. We ended up leaving early because the condo listing wasn't up to par, I injured myself slipping on the ice, and a major snow storm was coming through. I messaged the property manager to let her know we were checking out early so that the apartment could cleaned before the storm came through as well as identifying some of the concerns. We never received a reply from the property manager. We were not satisfied with our stay.
