Beachfront , 4th- floor end unit that offers spectacular views of the most beautiful white sandy beaches on the gulf coast . Spacious and refurbished , 2 new bathrooms , new kitchen , new tile and carpet , patio furniture , paint and more !! , this 1450 sq. ft. condo is 'fully' equipped with all the 'extra's' for a memorable vacation .

* Access the 30ft. balcony , from both the master bedroom and living room .
* No need to haul or buy beach towels (4) or beach toys; owner has provided these for your pleasure .
* Kitchen is well-equipped for 'dining in' with anything the chef might need to prepare any meal . All new stainless steel appliances , a blender to mix up those frozen beach drinks and K cup style coffee maker .
* Master bedroom has king size bed , 40' flat screen (SmartTV with Netflix) (cable) , dvd / blue-ray player and drapes if you want to sleep a little late .

We had a great vacation at Breakers East! The condo was exactly as described. It was very clean and had everything we needed plus so much more! The pool was very clean and we enjoyed having the beach chairs. The owner was easy to contact and very helpful. This is definitely a condo we would consider coming back to again! I highly recommend this condo. You will not be disappointed!

This was a great property to stay at. Conveniently located to quickly get around Destin. Sat on the patio drinking coffee and watching dolphins in the morning. Jim was great to work with. He quickly responded to any question we had. Would definitely stay there again!

Breakers East is our favorite complex to stay at. Jim was great and even called me 2 days before our stay to talk me through the check in process and answered all my questions. Condo was clean and as advertised. We will definitely book this condo again. 5 stars!

We love the sitting on the balcony looking out at the ocean. We didn’t need anything except a bathing suit and a couple change of clothes. The condo had everything else. We plan on making this our yearly stay. The beach felt private with only 1 row of beach chairs. Jim the owner was so accommodating. Just talking with him, I felt like he was already family.

Condo was just as pictured and the perfect place for our family of 5 (3 kids, 6,10,12). Beach and property were clean and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed the 2 chairs and umbrella beach set up every day of our stay. Condo was well stocked with everything that we needed. Jim was easy to work with for all of our arrangements. Lots of restaurants and things to do in the area. 10 out of 10 recommend this condo and this area for a quiet family vacation near the hustle and bustle of Destin.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Jim’s condo. Everything was so wonder! The kitchen was like a chef’s paradise. Everything you need! Perfect location with a fantastic view. If I could give 10 stars I would!!! This was an amazing condo, beach, pool, location etc… Jim was soooo nice and very helpful! Highly recommend!!!!! You will need nothing but clothes and food!!

This property was even more amazing than all the rave reviews I had read before booking. Not only was there so much room for a 2 bedroom VRBO but the outside patio was the largest one we had ever had on any trip and being right on the ocean, the view was downright breathtaking. the kitchen was very well appointed - including even spices although we did not cook much. The beds were very comfortable and being the end unit - it was so quiet and peaceful we didn't want to leave! next time we go to Destin we will definitely stay here. also Jim the owner was wonderful to work with and kept us updated on anything related to our stay.

This property was amazing! The bedrooms were large, the views were beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were all the pool/beach toys, chairs and towels needed to have a great day on the beach. The owner was very friendly and communicated often. We will for sure stay here on our next trip to Destin! Thank you for a wonderful time.

This condo is better than the pictures. We loved it. Great space. Bedrooms very spacious. TVs are all equipped with all kinds of streaming sources. Best equipped kitchen we have ever rented. Nothing was missed from serving pieces, glasses, pots and Pans, utensils and appliances. Views from balcony great especially at sunset. Location is fabulous. So many close restaurants. We love Louisiana lagniappe and their special Monday to Thursday is a great deal.

We had a great time relaxing in this comfortable condo. It was perfect for 2 couples and a baby. We enjoyed the spacious balcony, the beach, and being together. There were beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and boggie boards. The kitchen was well stocked and one if the best I’ve had in a beach rental. Also loved having a washer and dryer with a little one. The view of the beach and pool was perfect!! We would love to come back!!

Fantastic property! Large rooms throughout plus an AMAZING GIANT balancing that fit a large round table & chairs + the other pairs of chairs and end tables + two chests of beach toys & chairs! You feel like you’re at home with everything that is provided in the condo; even a washer and dryer! Beach service is included through the season. Beach is just a couple of minutes from condo and to sand. Spare bedroom has two large beds!! Located close to everything. Highly recommend!!!

Jim is such an amazing host and is readily available when needed. The condo is very nice! The bathrooms are beautiful, as well as the kitchen. And the kitchen is very functional! The beds in both bedrooms are all comfortable and the view from the balcony is beautiful! If we return to Destin we will definitely use Jim’s condo again!

This condo is super nice and clean and in a great location. It is stocked with everything you could ever need, like beach toys, chairs, beach towels, tubes, there’s even a pack n play if you have babies. The beach and pool are wonderful. Mr. Jim is super nice and easy to communicate with. We had absolutely no issues and will totally be back!

Very clean and spacious condo. One of the most well stocked kitchens we have ever seen on a rental. Plenty of extra touches everywhere for guests. Beach towels, sand toys, chairs, etc. Would definitely recommend!

This was our second time to breakers east we absolutely love it. Jim the owner was great to deal with. We had a problem with one of the showers he immediately had someone there to fix it. Would stay again.

The condo was just as described. Beds were comfy. Building is 12 floors so not as high as other buildings so less congestion on the beach. Restaurants in walking distance. Great communication from owner. We enjoyed our visit and if we return to Destin we would rebook.
