Great location away from the high traffic area of Paradise Island. Restaurant within walking distance and excursions available right from the marina.

This property offered beautiful beachfront views and was exactly as described in the listing. It was large enough to accommodate our party of nine adults though probably better suited for eight.
The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes and small appliances. Bathrooms were well stocked with bath towels and there were plenty of beach towels.
We spent a large majority of our time outdoors and found the patio furniture and all lounge chairs quite comfortable. The availability of a couple of floats, SUP and kayak was and added bonus though it would have been nice if a couple of beach chairs for use in or near the water were provided.
The Pink Bar and Pink Octopus located on property offered nice options on days we chose to stay on property and not cook. All the staff was incredibly friendly and the food and drinks exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend the Pink Octopus as it was there we experienced some of the best food of our stay!
The Palm Cay property was well maintained and we felt very safe during our stay. The location of Palm Cay is a distance from the tourist sections of Nassau so if you plan to visit other areas, I would recommend securing car service for your stay or renting a vehicle. Taxis were expensive and in some instances not very reliable.
Overall, it was a great vacation!

The really is no other way to describe. The was by far the best tropical vacation we have been on. The property is simply amazing.
Before arriving, we read some complaints about the property staff and costs for membership. The staff was great. Very friendly - feel like a made a few friends for life. And the cost for membership is only $22/day. Big deal. Cheap to be able to enjoy the facilities.
Highly recommend booking the transportation. Nigel and Jamon took great care of us whenever we need to leave the property.

We had a wonderful stay. We are a family of 8 and we all had plenty or room to spread out. The location of the beach was AMAZING. The communication both between the owners and the property manger were spot on. Vanessa did a great job answering all our questions. She also arranged a private chef ( Dudley) and his meal was incredible!! We also used a photographer Warren, also arranged by Vanessa. The Pink Octopus has really great food and the staff was very friendly. Solomon’s market is a short drive and had everything you would need for your stay. We had two cars and getting around was super easy. Highly recommend this condo. Most days we had the beach to ourselves.

Beautiful view, walked right out onto the beach which was absolutely picturesque! Some of the beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable and we needed to walk to buy more toilet paper and paper towels at Solomon’s, but other than that house was stocked well with towels.

Lots of bugs lots of mold. all floors very dirty. Furniture/accents pictured not in actual home. patio has cheap table set (the accents that are shown are not even available in the home) and no couches/coffee tables on terrace, no decorative accents, the upper terrace does not have the furniture shown. furniture in condo is very run down and super dirty.
3rd floor balcony has pencil scribbling all over. 3rd floor bathroom has rusty, dirty accents no handsoap. Bedroom table accents are bowls of sand. No hand towels.
2nd floor master had a filthy duvet. The shower with 2 huge heads but not much room to stand, we tried taking a double shower but hot water ran out in 5 minutes. There are 3 showers in the house but no hot water. 4 bathrooms in total and zero hand towels in entire house. No toilet paper holders 9 bath towels and all of the bath mats dirty so had to use bath towels as mats. 2nd fl bathroom marble sink/counter is completely rusted. Foaming hand soap pump filled with green dish liquid. Living furniture super dingey and not what pictured, put a clean towel to sit down. 2 of 3 Kitchen island chairs broken seat coming off. Fridge handle had sludge on it. 4 slot toaster had 2 working slots and a broken handle. Microwave lights not working. Nespresso pods for only half the stay. No umbrellas. No scissors. No salt/pepper. not private; people were laying all over beach. cleaning lady there until 530pm on checkin day, i was txtd to leave at 10am prompt on chk out! No good

This property was awesome! Having the beach just steps away from our back door was perfect. The pool was just a few doors down. Kitchen was well equipped. We were just not able to use the grill, seemed like only one side was working or something but we did fine without it. Vanessa was quick to respond when I told her about the propane tank being empty and quickly suggested taxi information. I would highly recommend this rental and will definitely come back with our family.

We had a wonderful stay. It is a great set up on a beautiful beach. We spent the majority of our trip at the property and couldn’t have been happier. We were a family of 10 ages 10-77. Great time. Perfect place!

The view of the ocean was amazing. Host was very easy to communicate with. The unit itself had everything needed. Enjoyed the bar and restaurant on property. Would definitely go back!

We had the most amazing vacation here. Being able to walk out to the beach made everything so easy, especially with young children. The beach is for residents of the townhomes only so it was mostly empty and quiet. The unit had very comfortable chaise lounges that we brought to the beach. The kids spent hours on the standup paddle board provided by the unit. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, the AC worked well and the kitchen had everything for cooking. Being able to walk to the bar and restaurant with the provided wristbands was such a nice treat for the adults. We bought many frozen drinks, beer and pizza to go.
We didn’t realize the trip to the store was only included if you purchased the airport pickup and drop off. To be driven anywhere was very expensive so I would have bought the car ride package. Bring sand toys or buy at a cheaper store than the marina. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.

Beach right outside the back door was exactly what we were looking for. 2 adults, and 3 teens - plenty of room for everyone and lots to do on property for the teens. The kayak and paddleboard were also a huge plus with this unit and provided that extra activity for everyone to do.

4 stars for the property, 2 stars for visiting the Bahamas. This property is on a beautiful stretch of private beach, has a nice beachy esthetic and is located in a gated community. However there are very limited dining options in this area of the island so depending on the type of vacation you want this may not be the right property for you. If you like to stay on property and cook for yourself you will love this property.
My family of four stayed for 3 nights. We don’t really like cooking on vacation and like to experience local food as well as nice restaurants when we travel. There are very limited dining options in this part of the island and (just like everywhere that we visited in the Bahamas) the food is very expensive, subpar food quality and the service at restaurants is horrible. There is a restaurant and cafe on site but the prices are very high ($200USD for a very average dinner with no drinks; $80USD for breakfast sandwiches and coffee) and the service was very slow and borderline rude. Likewise at the grocery store, be prepared for very high prices ($10 for a dozen eggs, $8-$12 for a box of cereal, $8 for a gallon of milk) as basically all food is imported.

Overall, a very nice home and we enjoyed our stay. There were six of us, my wife and I along with 4 adults. We tried to get our two included Palm Cay tickets but they said we could not receive them until we paid for the other four. We did buy three days now all of us had access.
Two adults left a day early. The "included two tickets" were now gone. We went to get our two "included tickets" and paid for two more. The Welcome Center said the other two tickets were included (the two that left had them) and needed to be present. They now said those were the two included tickets??? We paid for all of the tickets, nothing included.
I was told the cost was $50/person for one week for the tickets. We were charged $20/person per day.

Our first visit to the Bahamas was fabulous! We loved being right on the water with such a gorgeous view of the turquoise water. Our grandchildren spent hours playing in the water right outside the unit, and everyone in our group enjoyed going out on paddle board and kayak adventures. We found some reefs about 10 minutes away from the resort (by kayak) where we snorkeled and saw a variety of fish. We also enjoyed exploring in and around the rock jetties, but note that you'll need some good water shoes for this. With a grocery store located only a few minutes away, we were able to get what we needed and had most of our meals at the house. The house was well-suited for our group of 10. We had a few minor maintenance issues during our stay, but Vanessa responded very promptly and got those addressed to our satisfaction. Didn't eat in the Pink Octopus restaurant on-site (which offers a beautiful view of the water), but we ordered takeout pizzas a few times, and they were very good. We enjoyed watching the ships coming and going from the marina, and we didn't have any concerns about safety and security while we were there. Great trip overall, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Palm Cay!

This was our first time to Nassau. We were not sure where we should stay… this condo was perfect. The location was great, the security made us feel very safe. The beach was like a dream. So beautiful and the water crystal clear. We would recommend this condo.

The property was amazing! The house was just as pictured, beautiful and clean. The area is quiet and peaceful. You can grab lunch at Dockside and dinner at the Pink Octopus. Quick and easy drive or taxi to go to Atlantis. Communication with the host was easy. Highly recommend

This property was a perfect beach vacation for our 3-generation family including 4 grandkids 5 and under. Only 30-40 yards from the unit to a well-protected beach with gentle lapping waves for the kids to play in. The kayak and SUP provided got lots of use. Nice playground in the complex as well. Inside the unit was clean and nicely appointed. Would definitely rent again.

We were a group of women looking to escape our busy lives for a long weekend and celebrate a milestone birthday. We wanted a relaxing place, close to the water and quiet but not boring. This condo did not disappoint. Transportation to and from the airport booked through the property management was without issues (thanks Kim) and the condo itself was perfect. You cannot get a better private view and location so close to the water at a reasonable price. The beach is not very long for walks but more than adequate, as were the pools. The wristband requirement is a bit annoying especially during off-season but I understand the need. We ate at the on-site Pink Octopus one night which was very good, and I recommend the Graycliff restaurant in town if wandering out. We booked a half-day boat ride to Turtle and Rose Islands which I HIGHLY recommend especially through Bahama Tides which is docked right in the Palm Cay marina so convenient but also the crew was exceptionally friendly and easy-going. Overall I’d rate our trip a huge successful.

The house was ideal, in perfect conditions, it was nicely decorated and perfectly kept.
The location is just crazy, marvellous views, sitting by the sand, in front of a wonderful beach, we were there by our selves enjoying the white sand and transparent waters.
The team was also helpful and kind, they covered all our needs and even offered some extra details we did not expect.
If you think the photos are awesome, reality is much better! if you are looking for paradise, this is your destination!

My family and I have stayed in Palm Cay in the past at a different condo.The restaurant on site is the Pink Octopus. It is not good. Staff wasn't friendly or timely, food wasn't good at all. You have to pay for access to their pool, bar, and beach access, which is absolutely ridiculous to me. They wouldn't even let us spend our money at their beach bar for drinks, which is obsurd from a business perspective. I can understand not wanting people to swim in the "private pool" or "private beach", but to not let someone walk up and order a drink is flat out BAD BUSINESS! The "free pool" was right next door to our building, and unfortunately didn't have water in it because they we're working on it, still didn't have water when we left. Ultimately, we had a beautiful beach out our back door and we spent all of our time in the ocean which was fine, but it would've been nice to mix it up and get in a pool. In order for my son to use the gym, they wanted everyone in our group incl 9yr old, and 65 yr old to buy access for $594 for the week. Moral of the story, food/service bad at restaurant, the resort is ran terribly, free pool was closed all week, we we're told it would be open in a couple days. We won't be staying at Palm Cay again. The view from the condo was nice, however patio furniture and all lawn chairs were broken, no local TV, and slow/not good internet which is important for people that have to do some work while on vacation.

The most beautiful beach in your backyard! Property was clean, management was responsive to needs, kitchen stocked, beds comfortable, and neighborhood felt safe. The items like kayaks, SUP boards, and snorkel gear was a great bonus to really take advantage of the beach and water. The pink octopus is right there for a nice meal, and other great restaurants, shopping, and more is a quick (and beautiful) 20 min or so drive. Our kids had an amazing time exploring the rocks and snorkeling, seeing fish, and starfish and collecting shells. This is the perfect getaway!
Side note: there are blow dryers and a regular drip coffee maker along with the nespresso machine.

Yet again Palm Cay did not disappoint!! This was the second time that our extended family stayed at this villa and it was ever better than the first time. The kids stepped out of the back door and onto the beach…the teens were on the kayak and paddle board all day…and the adults were grilling and enjoying the sun. What more can you ask for!?

Wonderful beachfront property. We were a party of 10, all ages. Clean, open and spacious accommodations. The beauty and the beach access make up for the fact that it is not very close to any public transportation and cabs are expensive. I would stay again because I love the beach more than I love to travel around.

The resort itself is nice. The beach club has nice beach chairs with thatch umbrellas. We didn’t use the pool but it looked really nice. The snorkeling at the beach was great. We saw a lot of marine life. There isn’t much to do within walking distance so you will need a car or take a taxi for food and entertainment. The unit we stayed in (304) had positive and negative things about it. The beach and water were beautiful. There are quite a few rocks so bring your water shoes. The beach furniture wasn’t great. The couch on the back patio was old and uncomfortable. The beach chairs were ok. Most missing the wheels so it was difficult moving them. The high top table was wobbly. There wasn’t a beach umbrella, which we really could’ve used. The 2 units to the left of us had really nice wide wooded patios for their chairs to sit to keep you out of the sand. Having that would’ve been nice. Only about half of the snorkel equipment was usable. The unit has nice kitchen and living area. The big tv was nice. The big couch was fairly comfortable. We had trouble with the dryer but it eventually started working right. The master bedroom has a comfortable bed and the bathroom and shower are nice. The guest bedroom on the 2nd floor had some issues. The bed wasn’t comfortable. The room itself had a musty smell. The pressure in the shower was terrible and the water temp never got more than lukewarm. The shower on the third floor had terrible pressure as well.

This townhome and the amenities it provides is second to none! While the pictures may seem too good to be true, they are exactly what you should expect upon your arrival. The attention to detail in the amenities provided with all the lists sent to us ahead of our trip allowed for no misunderstandings of what to expect upon our arrival. Having a kayak and a paddle board was awesome as many other places would typically charge for these items. Even though we didn’t use the members only pool, it is an added bonus when renting this unit.
We traveled to Nassau looking for a quiet location at the beach for our family of 3 generations including a toddler and an infant, and this is what we got! It was great to be able to sit on the deck and watch the family enjoying the water and sand while the little ones napped upstairs. The pack n play was brand new and even came with the sheet, along with a stroller and high chair which was terrific so we didn’t have to bring these items with us or look to rent them. We booked our transportation services through the property, and the only downside was they couldn’t provide us with car seats for the kids so we dis have to bring those with us. However, we had 2 great drivers in Nigel and Charmaine who we landed up using for another evening to take us into town.
Any inquiry into the property managers, Donella and Vanessa, were quickly addressed. We look forward to a return trip!!!

We travelled with two families of four for a total of 8 people. 4 adults and 4 teens. The pictures do not do this place justice. The property was clean, spacious, well equipped, and comfortable for 8 guests. The kitchen had all we needed to cook/grill. The property managers were perfectly attentive and helped with anything we needed.
The unit supplied beach chairs, kayak, snorkeling and sand toys. There's an outdoor shower and hose as well. Plenty of beach towels too. Steps from your couch to the white sand, clear blue waters and amenities.
The restaurant onsite was delicious and the pizzas were outstanding. The area, Palm Cay, is a gated community 20 minutes from downtown Nassau. There's a grocery and liquor store less than a mile away. There are several pools, marina and a dockside cafe.
The entire experience was top notch We've already booked for next year! Do not hesitate.
