Everything is completely updated! This Luxury unit includes 1150 sq ft of the finest Indian Shores living space. Why stay in a hotel when you can have all of the private amenities of home. Wood plank tile throughout, the unit is very spacious and offers the convenience of 2 bedroom 2 baths. Located across from the beach, this tropical premier waterfront community includes a year round heated salt water pool, fishing pier, and barbeque grill area. Plenty of free private parking spaces offer the opportunity to have guests join you for a day of hassle free fun. Relax on your private balcony overlooking the pool and courtyard and catch some sun.
The kitchen includes granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, new glass cooktop, new microwave, refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. This unit comfortably sleeps 6. Awaiting you is a spacious master bedroom suite with a king bed, walk-in shower and plenty of room in the master walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes a luxurious queen bed with separate closet. In the family area, you’ll find a and full size dream-sleeper leather sofa.
Leave your quarters at home, there is a washer and dryer included in the unit! Flat screen TVs are included with Cable and wireless internet in living room and master bedroom. There s an iron, ironing board & hair dryer in the condo. Our objective is to make your stay hassle-free, so we provide all of the necessary linens, towels, and beach towels. We have everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach including beach chairs, a beach cart and a canopy.
We also offer a one bedroom one and half bath unit in same complex if traveling with family or friends. Feel free to inquire if interested .

I don’t even want to write a review of how wonderful this condo is— it’s in the perfect location, clean and has all the beach amenities you would want/need. We have stayed twice here and each time was just as wonderful as we remembered. We will be back to stay again and again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo at Indian Shores. The property was clean and pretty with a nice pool. The condo was renovated and beautiful with a large kitchen island and nice size balcony. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The leather recliner was so comfy! There was all we needed for a day at the beach, including chairs, cooler, toys and a wagon. We loved our stay and look forward to visiting again!

This condo met all of our needs from the min we walked in! It has the best location and just a hop skip and a jump to the beach. This condo is fully equipped with all of your needs from the kitchen/appliances to everything you need for the beach. I realize you could list all the things, but I wouldn’t have brought as much if I knew what was there. We drove from MI so I came prepared. When you think you need it, I bet they have it!!

My husband and our teenager daughter with another couple stayed in this condo for spring break. The pullout couch was surprisingly very comfortable for our daughter! Kitchen was well stocked for making meals. There was also a great sand cart, chairs and toys for the beach, which was a quick walk to. Property owner was quick to answer questions.
Recommendations: Posting condo association rules and more washcloths (there were 3, so we purchased some).

As pictured, only better in person! Enjoyed the balcony and view of the courtyard and pool. Plenty of space for the two of us, another chair would be nice if four adults are renting. I'm sure if it were a small family with kids, they would love the beanbag style chair. Couch and recliner were comfy. Would definitely stay again, hated to leave!!

Tammy was an excellent host. The property had everything we needed for the beach and pool- wagon, chairs, beach towels, pool/sand toys, etc. We loved being right by the pool as it made life a little easier with two little ones. Great restaurants nearby! Love this beach and condo!

Cute condo, closer to the beach than thought which was great. The pool was being worked on the first day but after that was open, and warm the rest of our trip. Tammy was super helpful and was easy to communicate with. Made our trip to visit family super easy.

This property exceeded all of our needs. This quiet family friendly location was clean and comfortable. We loved the patio overlooking the courtyard and pool. The kitchen is well appointed with all the appliances you would need. The beach chairs, toys and cart were a bonus! The pool is big and the beach is a short walk across the street. We are already considering a return to this property in the future.

We would definitely book this unit again. The location was ideal, just a quick walk to the Intra-coastal, the beautiful Indian Shores beach, and close to some great restaurants. A Beach Trolley stop was just outside the complex and this particular unit overlooked the lovely community pool, The unit is also spacious, tastefully decorated, and stocked with pretty much anything you would need for the beach and for cooking. Having said that, there are a couple of things we would change. The beds were comfortable but the heavy comforters and heavy bedspreads were just too much. A light weight blanket would have been appreciated. Also, the kitchen was almost overstocked with baking and serving items. We had to shift items around (including left over pantry items) to make room for the items we brought and purchased. I feel the cabinets and drawers could be cleaned out a bit and better organized Overall, we were pleased and hope we can stay here again.

Cute condo close to the beach. Condo was clean, but coffee maker had mold in it, there were towels left in the washer, and there was a dirty ashtray, and slippers on the patio.
We truly enjoyed our stay, I was just surprised by these things. I don’t believe this reflects on the owner, but perhaps on her cleaning crew. Also, would be worth having someone come in and air the place out prior to having people stay, as it smelled very musty upon our arrival

We loved how convenient, close to the beach and other towns was. The pool was so nice and clean, our boys enjoyed all the toys and us adults enjoyed how easy to clean and maintain the condo was. The cleanliness and wonderful communication with the host were five stars!

Enjoyable stay in a great location
While the property appears a little dated on the outside, this unit was nice and updated on the inside. The pictures don't do it justice. Very nice upgrades throughout and very clean. Communication was excellent with the host. Immediate response to all the questions. Loved our stay. If I had to nitpick it would be hours of pool. Closing at dusk but other than that no complaints at all.

Second time, still as nice
This is our second stay, our first time was in October 2021. The unit is as shown in the pictures, clean and good repair. It is very comfortable with all that you need. The beach was a short walk and very nice. And if you had enough beach time, the pool was a nice amenity. We are already talking about coining back in October. This place is a gem.

Great condo!
It was a great condo. Nice area close to Clearwater and St. Pete Beach. The beach cart and beach chairs are not in great shape. We didn't like the beach asbit had to much crap/weeds floating in it. However, the pool was very nice. The furnace/air conditioner was rather noisy to me as well. I need quiet when I sleep, so that was a little bothersome at night. Overall, it was a very nice place.

Picture perfect
There are not enough words to express how lovely and convenient our stay was. The condo was in the most ideal location walking distance to pubs, ice cream, IRB crossift ! And more. The beach could be accessed easily and the pool was perfect for our kids. The condo was fully stocked with everything you can imagine and the best was the beach stuff! We cannot wait to book for our next vacation.

The location was excellent...close to the beach! Restaurants were within walking distance from the property. The pool area was a great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The property itself was well stocked with everything needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Excellent condo and location!
Gorgeous condo, expertly appointed with everything you need - kitchen is wonderful, TVs everywhere and beach equipment and a great balcony. Great walking paths and easy walk to restaurants. Fish off the dock and we spotted dolphins and mullet we could feed by hand. Man caught a starfish on his pole! Communication could improve with a welcome packet with location of emergency #s, urgent care or hospitals, county where condo is located to determine if bad weather is in the area, specific instructions that the door unlocks on the small panel over the lock on the door, not the master lock key holder on the wall (maybe sent via email), how to operate appliances because not everyone has these models. Map of complex showing pool, outside restroom, dock, parking.etc. Remember snowbirds are 70 plus …..🥰. 100% great stay!!!!

Indian Shores Fun!
This property is great! It’s located right across from the beach, and close to shopping and restaurants. The condo unit faces the pool area, and the porch is amazingly comfortable. We were close enough to the Tampa area to see many touristy things, and then able to relax back at “home”. My husband, daughter, and I didn’t want to leave!

If this condo doesn’t have it, then you don’t need it. Exceptional communication with the owner. The condo is decorated beautifully and tastefully. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable.
Just steps from swimming pool. Beach is a short walk across the street. Able to walk to “Dog and Parrot” bar/restaurant for a drink and meal. After that, walk over to the beach for a gorgeous sunset. If you’re looking for something a little more lively with good food, head down the street to “Crabby Bill’s” for live band on the patio.
Close enough to drive to Walmart for groceries. You won’t regret visiting this area of Indian Shores or this condo.
