Luxurious but rustic decor, beams, stained concrete floors, beautifully furnished. One large master bedroom, King bed, with red sliding barn doors, high-end pull out couch, Queen bed, in living room plus two twins configured in a day bed. High end linens. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, eating area for four. Bath with shower/tub. Full laundry room with portacrib and changing table. High chair. WiFi, Comcast cable, flat screen TV. Amazon Alexa music. Lovely, private patio with table and four chairs, umbrella and lawn. Webber charcoal grill. Parking. This cottage is built on a 1.3 acre ranch-house estate in the Arden Oaks neighborhood of Sacramento. Winner of 2014 Coty Award for houses built in the under $250,000 category, Sacramento region.
We are on site but very separate so guests have almost total privacy.

We loved this Vrbo! It’s even nicer in person than in pictures and is very spacious. The host is very sweet and response and had all the pull out beds set up for my family. Comfy beds and fully furnished to meet all our needs. We will definitely stay here again!

This was our first time staying in Sacramento. Been to it and thru it a million times but have never stayed!! This cottage/home/neighbirhood. Felt like home. ABSOLUTELY gorgeous neighborhood! Immaculately clean and super well equipped! We might come back just for fun next time. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and didn’t get to relax or enjoy the serenity of this property! The owners were so accommodating, gracious, sooooo easy to contact. I just cannot say enough good things about this whole experience. STAY here! We hope to come back next year. Thank you again Sally! What a cute little cottage, that was clean and nice, and had everything you would need in there. Sally was kind and she was communicative. The cottage was very well lit, in a nice neighborhood. There was a grapefruit tree on site and we got to see some wild turkeys. Very nice stay, everything worked and she had many things for us to use, utensils, pots and pans, the bedding, coffee makers, Keirig, it had everything and it was spotless, and the beds were comfortable, nice towels, great water pressure, everything was very nice and clean and comfortable, it was well lit, I cannot say enough great things about this place. Would stay here again.

Loved staying on this beautiful property! Although I was in town for a conference, my partner and I felt like we were on vacation. The property is gorgeous and the cottage is nicely tucked in the back and next to the main house. The inside was very roomy and was rustic and lots of cowboy and country themes which were just lovely. I highly recommend this place, you won't regret your stay!

I can only repeat what other reviewers have said - the cottage is lovely and well equipped. It is in a beautiful neighborhood and is located very close to multiple grocery stores - Safeway, Costco business, Winco, Whole Foods. During a long stay, we only had a few minor issues - the owner was very responsive and the problems were solved quickly. Highly recommend this rental.

We were in the Sacramento area for a quick 2 day visit (for a wedding), and this house was a perfect place for us to chill and relax. Great location if needing to be in East Sac area (Carmichael), and close to many reataurants and shopping. Comfy beds and nice layout, i highly recommend.

The cottage was sparkling clean, bright and cozy. We stayed three nights and loved the linens, the kitchen and nice big refrigerator, the washer and dryer, and the neighborhood which is wonderful. We had no problems at all, made most of our meals in the kitchen, and enjoyed sitting on the front porch for drinks in the afternoon. Very pleasant, recommended!!

Wife and I came for the GoldenSky Country Music Festival and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. This place was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. This rental was perfect! The host was very helpful and always available if we had questions. Definitely recommend this place and we will be staying again.

Cottage was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Sally was very easy to contact when needed, but we gave us plenty of privacy. Loved taking the dog for walks in the neighborhood. Very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again if in the area.

One of the most comfortable stays I've ever had using VRBO or any other vacation rental. The cottage was extremely clean and decor well thought out to make a semi-small space work very well and feel larger. It was very cozy and comfortable and full of high quality amenities. Our only regret is that our schedule wasn't as busy and were able to stay at the cottage longer. This property was exactly as described, and in a beautiful & private neighborhood. Only negative I would mention, is that the front door and bathroom could really use some window coverings for some added privacy. Otherwise everything was fantastic!

This was the best rental stay we've ever booked. The host is wonderful and made the whole process easy and efficient. Anything you might need was on-site and the place was super clean. We have issues with fragrances and were assured by the host that there were none. She was correct! Plus the place is beautiful and it's in a great location. Highly recommend!

This was our first time staying at a vrbo and this little cottage was so adorable! It was private and clean and felt safe. From the moment we pulled into the neighborhood to walking in the front door it felt like home. It is well equipped and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back. Sally was an amazing host. Her communication was almost immediate despite being on her own trip. She offered both early check-in and late check-out which helped out immensely! The cottage was exactly as pictured and super clean feeling. I had an issue with the bathroom mirror which I brought to her attention, and she instantly offered to send out a handyman to fix it. Wonderful experience, I will definitely be back in the future!

My family stayed a week and it was the perfect spot for us. We had enough space for a family of 4 and I loved there was a patio out front where I could drink my coffee in the morning and not wake up the kids. This was probably the best stocked property we have stayed at- it had everything we needed for the week. I loved the laundry room, keurig machine, and the comfy bed. The decor, natural light and vaulted ceilings made this guest house feel spacious and bright. We would definitely return here in the future. Thank you Sally for a great stay!

We stayed here during a basketball tournament for our daughter. Our friends were in overcrowded hotels with issues and we felt bad because we loved our place so much. Sally’s cottage is beautiful and full of character . Comfortable and stocked of all things needed to have a perfect stay away from home. We ate breakfast outside every morning. Slept peacefully at night. Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful cottage and nicely decorated. Property owner does not bother tenants. Breakfast is not included as it states on site. Safe neighborhood, not a lot to do in the area, drove quite a bit to outlying activities. Cozy
