Pleasant and comfortable, but not luxury.

Location. Parking. Two bathrooms and spacious apartment. The apartment manager replied promptly to messages and was helpful and informative in her replies. Short walk to great coffee and burgers at the Cranky Cafe and the Fishpen takeaway.

The decor was dated, and whilst the facilities were decent and apartment spacious, with views facing the lake, we wouldn't describe them as luxury apartments. The apartment didn't match the photos (the pics might have been taken a while back). We've paid less for more luxurious apartments on this trip.

Best apartment we have stayed in. Everything luxurious.

Very modern, exceptional facilities, location spot on for scenery and convenience. Beautiful wide window for great view of the lake.

The speakers on the tv were ok for dialogue but music background muffled. Still watchable though and good choice of pay tv channels which you don't pay extra for.

Spacious with ever-changing views

Spacious, comfortable unit with great views, parking and within walking distance of town centre. Host Jason was friendly and helpful including helping us find the place at 9pm!

Bathrooms very cold as they have no heating. Some salt, pepper and a little cooking oil would have been welcome.

Pretty good just needed a few little things done re: outside maintenance and inside cobwebs need rem

Property needed a bit or care on the outside. Pre station of lawns and blowers could have been used around entrances etc. few cobwebs in apartments. Towels were very thin ended up buying 2 to use while there. But overall it was good.

Lovely lake view!

The location was perfect. Loved the lake view. The whole property was very spacious. Loved it how the beds had electric blankets. Free car park was very convenient too.

The kitchen amenities (pans, pots, dishwash liquid) could be improved. I found it a bit hard to cook meals and wash the dishes. They took double amount of time than usual.

A lovely sunny break from Canberra. We want to to return but to an apartment with better seating.

Modern facilities and glorious outlook. Merimbula offers a wide variety of activities to enjoy and they are accessible using wonderful paths and boardwalks.

The over stuffed furniture only suitable for giants. Not a single chair was comfortable for us despite the many cushions.

Lovely location, super accommodation, and close to everything the beach, and the city centre.

The apartment had a great view of the bay, with outside table and chairs. Very close to the sand bars and beaches. Pelicans everywhere waiting for the fish to come in. The apartments are spacious, very new and comfortable. The layout is great and the kitchen is well equiped. It is only some 10-15 minutes to walk over the bridge to the center of the city. Situated in a secondary street with walkers, bikes and a low speed allowed it is very relaxing. A very friendly lady in the office showed us around the apartment and made us feel at home.

Comment about wifi,ie if you use too much you get cut off.My question is how much is too much? Also Adverised as free wifi,not limited wifi.As it was it was so slow I didn’t use it at all
