Perfect for our needs.

Location was amazing!

Apart from the odd stain here there on couches the apartment was comfortable and clean.

I was pretty happy with the place

I liked the property because of the location and that it was dog friendly

I didn’t like that the money was taken out for the stay then they told us the pool was broken and unusable

Accessible, accommodating, peaceful.

The location, the view, the proximity to the shops. Central to our activities. Very pleasant surroundings. Other residents were friendly. We will be back next year, same time.

We had a very relaxing stay made better because our unit was so comfortable.

The location was fantastic. We walked to the cafe for breakfast every morning.

The fan in the bathroom was not working. It wasn’t a big problem we just opened the window .

We evacuated during a catastrophic weather event, on the whole we enjoyed our stay

Location , able to take us and our dog on short notice

No reception staff onsite, incorrect phone number on the billboard, lack of kitchen utensils/pots, strong smell of cleaning products upon arrival (enough to make the eyes water)

Really enjoyed central location, lakeside views and local amenities.

Beautiful view of Merimbula Lake absolutlely at lake-front and town centre.

Signage to find the units and the lock box when arriving in the dark was poor.

comfy and clean apartment

we loved that it was dog friendly. we were on the ground floor which had a lovely grassy area out the front. very spacious inside and heating worked really well. 5 min walk into town. comfy couch and bed. we ordered Thai for dinner which is only a min walk away.

If room 9 was available we would consider a longer stay during warmer months.

The location was perfect for our stay. The living area and kitchen were spacious , the kitchen was well stocked. Room 9 suited us as some of us have mobility issues.

Lack of space in main bedroom between end of bed and cupboards.

Apart from the tiolet cistern/setup, it's a great place to stay, clean, excellent facilities/locale

The unit was exceptionally well appointed. All things that were needed for a stay were provided including a great range of initial complementary products plus many extras that are usually not provided i.e. outdoor hose, own clothes line, glass cleaner, extra rubbish bags, air freshener, carpet cleaner, lots of pillows, aluminium foil, cling wrap etc. Only a non-stick frypan, tongs and plastic egg slide would improve it. The knives were unbelievable. This is the first accommodation I have ever stayed where the knives were sharp and usable, well done! The location is excellent with big glass windows, sliding doors to outdoor areas and a wonderful lake view. The overall cleanliness of the unit was very good apart from the top of the range hood and fridge, and many appliances appeared to be new. The large screen TV was great. The bathroom had a heated towel rail that helped counter the limited indoor towel hanging space. Onsite parking immediately adjacent to the unit is a real plus. We chose the unit for it's pet friendliness option. Excellent communication from the hosts.

The toilet cistern setup was a disaster. The button was so hard to push that children or elderly could not flush it. The cistern itself had no lid, was located in a false cupboard (with no roof) in the second bedroom (not the toilet) and was held in place by a wooden spoon jammed/wired between the cupboard and cistern. We had to implement a "no flushing at night" rule as the noise from it was so loud it would wake everyone in the second bedroom. The shower curtain setup needs replacing. The WiFi was unusable. Raised floor levels in the bathroom and toilet are a trip hazard. A second key would have been more convenient than having to use a lock box.

Apart from the above comment it was pleasant.

The location was great,short walk to all amenities.

Needs updating, floor coverings need renewing.Toilet doesn’t flush clean after use. The toilet brush needs replacing, it’s rusty on the top of it.May need a pest controller as we saw a few cockroaches & ants.

Everything. The property was kept well and so close to everything we walked everywhere during our trip.

Amazing location & views were absolutely great. All we needed.

We had a great stay. The apartment is very spacious and clean. Nice swimming pool. Amazing views from the balcony (unit 1). We enjoyed watching the change of scenery as tides alternated the water levels .

The place was okay but very dated, the location is great though.

Great central location.

The property is very dated. The pool was empty - presumably this is seasonal but was not clear when booking. The Wifi is very poor and only usable upstairs.
