About this apartment rental

This adorable 2 bedroom town home (one full, one queen) has 1.5 baths and a fully equipped kitchen. Dining area and living area, computer desk area. Lovely decor with electric fireplace. Includes a small private walled patio, beautifully landscaped. Two assigned parking spaces. Light and bright. Great location near Otterbein University campus and 270 outer belt. Within short walk of restaurants and shopping. Westerville community has fabulous Community Center with pools and fitness area and basketball. Many community parks and bicycle path nearby. This property has a minimum rental period. Monthly payments can be arranged. Please contact me.

Great place and location stayed there a month for work. Had everything we needed to make are stay in the Columbus area comfortable. Mary was a great host.

Way too many things were filthy, sub par, or lacking. The owner offered to allow us to cancel our rental, but we declined citing the fact that we had a busy schedule of meeting with friends and family. The owner responded to our complaints, but these things should have been taken care of prior to our arrival. We paid in advance and were refunded the cleaning fee because the rugs were not cleaned before we arrived. I bought bulbs for two overhead lights in the sitting area and the dining area since they were all burned out. No garbage can in the kitchen so I bought one. Garbage disposal was unusable si Nice it was full of fat and food stuff. I asked the owner to call a plumber so we’re could fully use the sink. Ants in the kitchen right up to the last day. Crumbs and other food particles on the kitchen drawers. We took them out and cleaned them all and rearranged the implements. The patio was streen wiith dog bones and sodden dog toys. I cleaned them up and the owners nephew was sent two weeks into our rental to pull the yard-high weeds and spread mulch. There was no tv service. Even the owner’s brother in law admitted there was no way to get live tv. I bought a cheap antenna and got 35 local stations. The bed in the master had a very uncomfortable mattress that collapsed to the center. Air conditioning did not reach the second floor. We bought a fan. Toilet seats were always loose. I tried to tighten them. There was little room to store food. Dishes were nice but bowls and pots and pans were thrown into cabinets in no order. Cracks in walls and at the joints between walls and ceilings. That’s enough. Great location, nice layout but not well kept. This was a poor example of VRBO.

Great location 20 min to just about anywhere..near 270 . Walking distance to many restaurants and stores..

This lovely condo was the perfect place for a visit to the Westerville area. We came to visit our daughter and were able to visit nearby attractions of Inniswood Wood Park, German Village, the Short North and other places. Having a nice place with a kitchen and living/dining area made our stay more enjoyable since we could either cook or bring in food. Mary Jo was always available to answer any questions. The patio garden is most charming. My only suggestion would be to bring fans for the bedrooms in hot weather.

The condo was great. It was convenient to the interstate. Quiet and felt very safe. Would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay.

This was our 3rd time staying at the property. As always had a wonderful experience. The owners of were very responsive to issues and getting them resolved in a timely manner. Love this property and plans are to stay there again when we come back to the area.
