Love, love, love the condo at the village of Breckenridge. Everything was perfect: location, room sizes, beautifully decorated and wonderfully stocked. Have stayed in Breckenridge many times, but this was hands down the best!

We stayed for four nights last week. The unit was immaculately clean and very well cared for. It was stocked with anything and everything you might need, and the beds and linens were comfortable and crisp.
When it says check in is at 4pm, they mean it. It's electronically set via an app. We arrived from Denver after a long flight in. Drove up the mountain and had a hard time figuring out parking in the unit. After unloading a large SUV and hauling it all upstairs (with full bladders) we realized we could not unlock the door until exactly 4pm. So, we stood in the hallway for 12 mins until we could access the unit. That was a bit frustrating. The same went for check out. We had a knock on the door at 10:03 am on the morning of check out as we were headed out. So, keep that in mind. The app we used for keyless entry wasn't connecting to the Bluetooth on the doors, so we (and everyone else) had to use the emergency exits for the weekend and we had a hard time getting our app to open the garage doors when coming and going. They "keyless" system they have onsite is hard to use and I can see it being confusing for older guests.
The pool and hot tub were busy but very nice. Great location and wonderful walkability to town.

We loved our stay at the Gathering Place. Great space for 3 couples. Ski in ski out - exactly what we were looking for. Very comfortable and close to everything. We would stay here again.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very cozy with a real fireplace, beautiful throws to cuddle in to either read, chat, or watch a movie. The beds and pillows were very comfortable as well. We didn’t have a bad meal the entire week and we could walk to town. Jackie can’t be beat as a host. She is very pleasant, accommodating, and organized. Thank you Jackie for a memorable vacation!

I wanted a ski-in, ski-out location that had something for everyone. While not true ski-out, the 100 yards to the lift was easy. As for ski-in, you can make it to the back porch if you want...we did. The club house with the hot tubs, pool and play room kept the kids happy when not skiing. Great location to downtown.
As for the host, Jackie, you could not have wanted anything more.

Our family of 4 adults and 2 teenagers booked this property for a weeks skiing. Jackie was amazing with questions before and during our stay. Always answering them quickly. The property has everything you would want, a home from home. It is right next to The Maggie lift as well as the pool and hot tubs. I did some laundry whilst there and this worked well. Beds very comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Games and DVD's aplenty. I would not hesitate to recommend renting here. Gillian

This beautiful condo is exactly as promised! Photos are spot on- perfectly roomy for 6 of us from 3 families meeting up for the best skiing. Great kitchen and family room!
Ski locker just inside the bldg was well positioned. The hot tubs across the street were always hot and perfect for tired legs.

Clean, spacious, nice property. We had a nice time. A little bit overpriced, but it’s more so market rates. Check in process is lengthy, make sure you read all 10 pages of check in documents before you get to the property and download the app. Overall once we figured out checking in it was a breeze and we enjoyed the stay a lot.

We had a wonderful time. The condo had everything we needed for our young children and it was comfortable for the adults too. The location was amazing - right next to ski school, Main Street, ski rentals, and the quicksilver lift. Check in was simple and Jackie was easy to get ahold of and very responsive throughout the week. Would love to stay here again!

Weeklong stay. Unit is very nicely appointed & equipped. Property owner very friendly and responsive. Great location for walkout to Quicksilver lift and access to Main Street for restaurants and shopping. We have stayed at the Chateaux 4 times over the past 20 years and always been happy with our decision to stay there. We would stay again! And in this unit if available for our trip times.

The Gathering Place was really the ideal place for our family of 9 to stay while we were in Breckenridge. We had ages ranging from 11-80 years old and everyone was perfectly comfortable and entertained! The close walking distance to town, and access to shopping, cafes, and entertainment was perfect for those who didn't hit the slopes, and the close access to the mountain was perfect for those of us who wanted to be out skiing all day. It gave us the best of both worlds!
Inside the condo was extremely comfortable. The bed set up was great, there was enough space for everyone. Every need/want seemed to have been anticipated, from extra tissues in the bathrooms, to humidifiers in every room. We loved using the fireplace, and even trekking outside to use the grill in the snow. The kitchen was very well-stocked, as were towels, sheets, extra pillows, blankets and everything else.
The hosts really did think of everything!
Jackie was extremely easy to work with and very communicative. She went above and beyond in answering our questions and making sure we were comfortable- including making extra efforts to ensure that the elderly parents had easy access to the condo.
We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay near the mountain, and would come back again in the future if possible!

5 stars all around. We see our CA family once a year and wanted a special place to meet. This property is fabulous. location is ideal for skiers and also for walking the village. The property is lovely, very clean and well maintained. Very very comfortable. The Host was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Our stay was flawless. The place is in an ideal location, walking distance to shops and restaurants, amazing pizza delivered if we are tired from the slopes. Great game room, heated pool, and hot tub outside. Very well thought out and fully stocked kitchen. My family had an amazing time there. Highly recommended. Our family will only stay in that place when returning to Breckenridge.

Especially after a long day of travel from Nebraska to Parker and then on up the mountain! We apologize for bothering you with the parking situation, but you were so sweet to get back to us so quickly! Your home was beautiful as anticipated and my grand-baby LOVED the Christmas decorations almost as much as her Grandma did! (me ) LOL! She absoulutely loved looking at your beautiful tree!! and to my surprise she didn't touch a thing only pointed and ohhhhed and awwed at the "Pretties". The condo was emaculant and well taken care of and we felt so at home from the comfy beds and towels to the decorations, I felt like we were meant to be there and it really felt like a home away from home!
We did go to the kiddie pool and the hot tub and loved every single minute of it! I truly can not say enough positive things about the property! My only dissapointment was that I didn't get to see a pretty snowfall! But that was OK, because had it been too snowy we wouldn't have been able to get out and enjoy walking around town.
We loved being able to walk out of the condo and be right there on the main street! Its a skier's paradise to be that close to the sloaps in addition to having everything you needed right at your fingertips!! We were even able to order "Gelato" the last night we were there and had a free deliver

We had Ana amazing time exploring Colorado and our stay in Breckenridge. The condo was perfect. We were could walk anywhere in town to eat and shop as well hike the slopes.

Excellent property for 3 friends getting together for fun! We each had our own room AND bathroom, which made everyone feel comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to Main St. Breckenridge and many other areas of Breck. We also loved the location of the condo within the larger property. First floor, easy entrance and exit and quick walk to outdoor hot tubs!

We had the best time in Breckenridge, and this rental property and owner, Jackie were a big part of that! First of all- the condo itself was spotless and extremely comfortable. We loved being on the first floor with the outdoor seating area and all the windows. The bedrooms were amazing and each one having their own bathroom was so great for our large group. The water pressure in the shower was awesome and the shampoos and conditioners were great quality. We enjoyed the games provided when we took a break from the outdoors. Every closet and cupboard are stocked with anything and everything you’ll need, Jackie has done a fabulous job!
The amenities at the condominium were simply amazing. Our group loved the game room near the pool, my toddler could have spent all day in the baby pool area with the splash pad and slide, and the outdoor hot tubs were an awesome way to end the day. Everything was so clean! The location of the condo can not be beat. We were able to walk everywhere! The shops and restaurants were so much fun and having them within walking distance was perfect. Having a laundry room in the building was so convenient for our group as well. Everything about the property was impressive!
Jackie was extremely accommodating and responsive. You can tell her goal is for her guests to fall in love with Breckenridge and feel right at home!
You won’t regret staying here!

From booking, check-in, stay and check out, this was the best experience and nicest unit we've ever rented in Breckenridge. Jackie, the host, was amazing with communication and walking me through the whole process. Location is excellent as it is in proximity to all things that make Breck a special place. The Gathering Point is just as all the reviews state and photos show…an amazing condo! The entire home is stocked better than any other we’ve stayed in. Very spacious, yet quiet and cozy. There is every kitchen appliance and tool you would want, even Tupperware! There are hooks upon hooks and towel racks in the bathrooms (so rare). Plenty of linens, no skimpy 1 towel and washcloth per guest. Lots of DVD’s, throw blankets and a Bose speaker in the living room. An X-box (or similar) in the kids bunk room. The game room in the building with the pool kept my kids busy (pool table, pac man, shuffle board, pong) when not out doing other things. The pool and hot tub were very clean. There was a sauna and steam room we didn’t use- but looked nice and are new. We didn’t have any issues we needed to contact the hosts, but they were very responsive and helpful leading up to the stay. Parking in the garage under the building is TIGHT, but I saw bigger vehicles than my Q7 in there. The elevator from the garage, while marked ‘HOA elevator’ did throw us at first (HOA made me think wasn’t for guests and its behind double doors that looked like a storage closet) but was very handy from the garage! Would most def stay here again!

We LOVED The Gathering Pointe! It was truly the perfect location for our family. Beautifully situated on the ground floor in a corner unit surrounded by trees, it was also only about a 2 minute walk (if that) to ski school, The Maggie, and the Quicksilver chair lift. The condo was also extremely close to town. We were able to easily walk there with three young kids (5 and under) in tow. The condo was clean and looked the same in real life as it did in photos. We would 100% stay here again when we return to Breckenridge for vacation.

We walked in to this property and we were all amazed at the decor, vibe, size and location. It has everything single thing you need on-site to enjoy your stay, and communications with the owner were simple and always helpful. She even recommended a bakery for a birthday cake we needed (Clint's-it was delicious!) Getting to the slopes is a snap, and you will feel right at home. Having a ski locker indoors right across the hallway was a great bonus, too. We will absolutely rent here again when we come back to Breckenridge!

The property was exactly as advertised, we were a group of 6, spanning 3 generations. It was comfortable, perfectly stocked kitchen, perfect location for skiing and walking into town for dinner/ shopping.
Ski closet included to house all of our gear, laundry facility easy to access, super hot water with great pressure in the showers. I highly recommend this location and condo for your family visit to Breck.
Host was very accommodating and responsive.
Heated underground garage- clear instructions on check-in procedures.
We are frequent travelers and this condo was terrific.

We had a wonderful stay! The owners were extremely helpful in providing information for the area to help us plan a great vacation. The location is prime for families. We were able to walk the kids to ski school & hop on the chair lift. The indoor kids pool was a favorite of our kids too. The backyard was a snow oasis… we had fabulous time snowman building, snowball tournaments, & few fox visitors which the kids loved seeing.

Six adults came to ski, and with this location, we could all come and go when we wanted. A private ski storage closet was near the exit door. The Quicksilver lift was a three-minute walk away. We rented skis at Blue River Sports, and we walked to that too. The place was beautiful and clean. Everyone said that their beds were very comfortable. With three bedrooms, each couple got their own private bathroom. (The bed in the third bedroom had a bunk above, probably fine for kids, but made it challenging for a couple to get in/out of without bumping a head.) The kitchen was wonderfully equipped with nice pots, pans, dishes, glasses, storage containers, crock pot, coffee pots -- you name it! The pantry was full of spices, coffee filters, foil, etc. The parking garage is super convenient, but pricey and very tight getting in/out. There was only room for one vehicle, so we had to park second one in a remote lot. Luggage carts and an elevator made moving suitcases, groceries, etc. pretty easy. Washer/dryer is on 2nd floor; you have to download an app and pay to use it. One load to wash/dry cost $7. Machines worked great. Dryer ran 50 minutes, and clothes were completely dry -- unlike most laundromat dryers. The closets had extra blankets, pillows, fans, and humidifiers. Did not use hot tubs or health club, but we toured it; looks amazing! Jackie was very pleasant and responsive to any requests. You could tell that she really wanted us to be completely satisfied.

Great place for our family of skiers and non skiers. The property was exactly as listed with plenty of room for 6 adults. Close to lift and town. Will definitely be back!

Highly recommend this place! Two King suites plus the additional bedroom was perfect for two families with children, kitchen was stocked with good appliances (we cooked most meals), condo was cozy, and the location was amazing (2-minute walk to the lift)! Owner was responsive and took care of us during our stay. We can’t wait to visit again!
