About this house rental

This 4 BR home is located on the 2nd hole of the Coffee Mill Golf Course. The home features panoramic view with a large walk around deck with screened and open porch.

The main level has a sunny master suite with a king bed and a 3/4 bath. The main floor has a large living room with a vaulted ceiling and a gas fireplace. The kitchen has island seating for 4 and the dining room table will seat 10. Off the kitchen is a den with a built in office desk, a small gas stove, TV and sectional. Through French doors from the den, there is a three season porch where you can sit and enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Off this porch you can move to large wrap around deck with a gas grill and a large screened area with seating for 6. This overlooks the large backyard, Mississippi Valley bluffs and the golf course.

The lower level has 3 large bedrooms with queen size beds. There is a full bath in the lower level. There is also a queen sofabed in the lower level family room, a double futon, a twin bed and a single futon.

On the main level, there's a full size laundry room with a washer and dryer.

There is security camera located outside the home showing the driveway and access.

Note about Rates: Please be aware that the nightly rate is a rate for 4 adults. Additional guests are charged at a rate of $25/per person per night. The maximum number of guests allowed is 12. No events or large gatherings allowed without prior consent. If you plan to have a large number of visitors during your stay, please let us know.

To our astonishment the house was very large! The rooms/bedrooms were so roomy for a large group - everyone had a nice comfortable stay. The big windows on the backside of the house with their landscaping & golf course view was amazing. Linda was very nice & right there with an answer when needed. Hope to stay there again. Now we’re spoiled!

Needed a home base for us, our kids and their families for family reunion in Wabasha and Lake City. We spent little time at the house but were grateful for nice showers, beds and well stocked kitchen to prepare our part of the meals for reunion. The house is large and works well for those traveling with young children.

Lovely home with plenty of space for our group and super close to Wabasha. We had pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. One suggestion for main floor bedroom would be to have a small booster for the high bed, extra hooks in main floor bathroom and a curb for the walk-in shower; water leaks onto bathroom floor. Other than those minor things, we had a wonderful time.

The house was welcoming and roomy. I like the way it was set up. As a group, we like to hangout in the same room to eat together and visit. The kitchen and living room were very roomy to do just that. We enjoyed our time there.

The house was very clean, the beds comfortable, and the location was beautiful. We had several families staying here for my nieces wedding nearby. There was room for all of us, and the house was spacious and comfortable. Linda, the owner, was great to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Linda and Jerry's house was so comfortable for our 4 generation weekend. The living spaces are large and we had plenty of room to play games, visit and enjoy meals together. The home was spotless and we had everything we needed to make our stay so much fun. The wrap around porch gave us a great place to picnic outside. The yard was large enough to play some outdoor games.

This was our last stay on our vacation. What a great choice! Beautiful home with lots of room. Could all be together or off by yourself! The cherry on top is the screened in porch! Very relaxing. It was my favorite hangout! The kids loved having a place to play outside and use up some energy! Would definitely recommend.

Peaceful place that is surrounded by a golf course and nature. Easy to get to, hard to leave. Lots of space for family and gathering. The only downside was, we only had time to sleep here because we were all attending a wedding nearby.

For golfing fans this is an ideal stay right along Coffee Mill Golf Course. For others, especially retired folks looking for a great vacation, Wabasha and surrounding communities along the Mississippi River are a great place for a relaxing visit, good food and leisure. There are several opportunities for fishing. We saw an abundance of wildlife including eagles, deer, and coyote. The bluffs and scenery along the river are beautiful.

Very clean in general. Attentive, caring host (thanks Linda). Quiet area. Kitchen sinks need attention (perhaps replacement), as does caulking and weatherstripping around master shower. Very family-friendly layout. Would stay there again. None of the above rise to the level of complaints; merely observations. It’s obvious that the hosts care about their guests, and want to be attentive to their needs.

So many spaces for hanging out . And plenty of beds too… 1 king, 3 queen size beds, 1 full, 1 twin, a futon and a pull out couch! Linda was personal, friendly, very responsive and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

House was beautiful on a wonderful golf course. House was easy to access and any problems that arose where handled with a quick phone call. Owner was very responsive and accommodating.

This property is great for a group. We each had a private sleeping space. The kitchen was well stocked and a big dining room table to share meals and play cards & games. The home was very clean and Linda was easy to contact before and during the stay. The location was was a short commute to Wabasha and the Wisconsin side of Hwy 35. The neighborhood was very quiet. I would highly recommend this home to others.

The amount of space was perfect. Some could be in living room, kitchen, deck, downstairs and with 9 people, it didn’t seem crowded and we all had our space to spread out. Great place for spending time together as a family. Would certainly recommend for a larger group get together. Thanks for the Memories.

This was the 2nd time we have stayed in this beautiful home, and once again it did not disappoint. The house is very large, tastefully decorated, and is very homey. It was also very clean and very well maintained. I would happily give this 10 stars if I could. The kitchen is very well stocked. All appliances worked as they should. Everyone hung out around the island or dining room table and we had so much fun as a group. If you wanted to get away and be by yourself there was plenty of space in this house to do that, too. Soaps, garbage bags, foil, plastic wrap etc. were plentiful, as were all paper products. Everyone said their beds were extremely comfortable and the bedrooms were very spacious. We love the screened in porch and it is so relaxing sitting out there in the quiet. We saw 5 deer and 2 small fawns walk up and past one evening., and the hummingbirds and birds entertained us daily. Linda was the perfect hostess. She reached out before our stay. She always answers every question quickly. Linda and Jerry have anticipated every need and have provided it. Thank you for sharing this lovely place with us!

We had a great experience at this property. It was spacious, clean and well maintained. Everything was as described. Communication with the owners was excellent, and they were very responsive. We didn't have any issues, so we didn't have to contact them during our stay. We would definitely stay there again.
