This place was lovely and enjoyable for all three generations in our family! The host was exceptionally responsive and quickly answered all questions and took care of an issue we had. The setting was quiet and pretty, perfect for outdoor dining or hanging out by the pool, and the kids loved the game room!

Fabulous house. Marisa helps with all possible questions.

Great property, walk the vineyard or just soak in the spa. Marisa was there within an hour to help resolve a small problem; an excellent host!

We loved our stay at Zoella! Plenty of room in the bedrooms, living areas, kitchen and outdoor relaxing zonesโฆ ten of us stayed comfortably. Lots of kitchen space for preparing food, setting it out, eating etc. The outdoor areas are spacious and very private. We especially enjoyed the hot tub which was relatively quick at heating up. Everything was very clean. We had a great time in the game room getting some fun competitions in. The location requires driving to stores and restaurants but the location is quiet and very close to great wine tasting and in the middle of beautiful vineyards.

Everything we needed. Good for families. Master bedroom offers privacy from the rest of the bedrooms. Make sure you have a sober driver if you intend eating in town. The location is in the middle of wineries but itโs a drive to and from town. The trade off is plenty of room, a nice pool, and plenty of privacy

We rented the house to celebrate my husbands birthday and family joined us. The house has a wonderful layout for adults and children. The house was very well stocked and the owner, Marisa was incredibly responsive to all of my random questions. The house is about 20 minutes from town which was perfect. We will stay again!

We had an excellent experience with this property. The only glitch was that when we arrived, we couldn't get into the house. The owner sent over an assistant who also didn't have access to get in, so had to find a window to climb in an unlock the door. Apparently the housekeepers had locked the door so it couldn't be opened from the outside. The owner was gracious enough to have given us an early check in, so other than the stress of the experience it didn't ruin our day. I would stay here again. I believe this problem was a one-off glitch.

We had a group of couples (with a few children) stay at this property, and it was fabulous. Very well stocked with all sorts of amenities and games, beautiful grounds, and right in the middle of the Alexander Valley wine region - with world class wineries next door. We had an amazing time and would love to be back.

The home is very nice and the grounds are beautiful! We spent Thanksgivingโs there so we cooked many meals. I would not call the kitchen a chef kitchen because the appliances are of very poor quality. The coffee maker didnโt work. The kitchen had some supplies but lacked some basic stuff like aluminum foil, saran wrap. There were huge spiders everywhere, they really need to have a pest control service. A complimentary wine tasting was offered then cancelled the day of and then rescheduled at a winery that I donโt think anyone would like to go to. It was a very disappointing experience. There is no access to the creek behind the property as stated on the homeโs instruction book. There is no place to walk from the home. Bring all your food because there is no grocery store close by and getting to town takes 20 minutes and itโs not the easiest road to drive. The house was very pricey for the quality of the stay! I would not stay there again.

Everything was great and the paneer was very responsive.

My friends and I stayed here to celebrate a bachelorette. There were 9 women total and we fit comfortably in the house. The house is gorgeous - surrounded by vineyards, and a beautiful garden. The driveway made it feel extra special. Everything was clean and comfy, including the beds. We loved spending nights in the hot tub and lounging under the pergola. The kitchen was well stocked and made breakfast/snacks a breeze. Only thing to know is that Uber/Lyfts are hard to get so make sure you have a DD or pre-scheduled transportation.

Absolutely beautiful!!! Could not have imagined a better place to stay!

We stayed for my husband's birthday. We had several couples come with us and we had a wonderful time having out by the pool, cooking together, and drinking lots of wine.
My only caution is to watch the step by the hallway that leads to the washer and dryer. One of our friends slipped on it because the lighting there is extremely flat, he couldn't even see that there was a step. We bought some black tape to outline the edge and make it safer for the rest of our stay.

Wonderful getaway for friend's trip and birthday celebration.

We had a fabulous time. The home is beautiful, clean and big enough for all of us. The shuffle board was a big hit!
Thank you, Cindy

Our family throughly enjoyed our stay here! The house was clean, great ammenities, and a wonderful backyard. The property is about 15 minutes from downtown and would definetly reccomend this stay to any of our friends and family.
The photos on the site do not do this house justice!

The mic wave was dirty. The out door grill was full to the top in grease. The master bed room is filled with pee stains in the rug. The hot tube donโt work. The Neighbor takes pic of you when you come into the gate.

My husband and I stayed with 7 of our friends and this house was ideal for our group. The property is absolutely beautiful, with so many fantastic photo spots. We made multiple meals in the fully stocked kitchen and on the grill. We loved having a pool, hot tub, and game room. It was the best spot to hang out after wineries all day. Plenty of room for socializing and spreading out. The location between Napa and Sonoma was perfect and we loved how close it was to Downtown Healdsburg. Communication with owner/property manager was top notch. Marisa went above and beyond for our group and was always quick to respond. Would love to stay here again!

We loved our visit at this property! Nestled behind an actual field of grape vines, it is such a comfortable home. A beautiful pool, fruit trees, and even a rose garden! My husband and I were with 6 20-somethings, and we were all happy with the place. Great for a family get together!

We were a family of six and this was the perfect house. We all had room to work during the day and lots of space to hangout and grill at night. Perfect location between all the town of Napa/Sonoma.
Would love to stay here again!

We stayed here with our extended family for three nights.
The property is beautiful and overlooks a vineyard. We enjoyed our meals on the outdoor deck looking out at the beautiful rose garden and the pool. The kitchen was adequately equipped and we made multiple meals there. The house had everything we needed and was extremely clean. The description of the number of bedrooms and facilities seemed to match the description on the website very well.
Marisa, the property manager was very responsive to all my questions and responded within a few hours.
There is a game room which was very well used by the teenagers/young adults in our group. There are two bedrooms separate from the main house and it was nice for the teens to hang out by themselves. The pool was very clean and the hot tub was wonderful. We spent quite a few hours in the water.
I would also like to add that the house and the property was very dog friendly. Our concerned labradoodle was at ease inside and outdoors. There is a fence around the perimeter of the house so we could leave her off leash.
One thing we did notice was that a couple of the beds squeaked so wanted to bring that to the ownerโs attention.
Other than that three wonderful and peaceful days spent and we were sad to see it end!

We had an excellent stay! A group of ten adults stayed for two nights; we were comfortable in the space and were wowed by the gorgeous gardens and beautiful pool. We enjoyed the beautiful deck for our meals and spent the entire weekend lounging and enjoying the outdoors. The apartment above the garage was great for guests who wanted a little more privacy and the main house had all the essentials for cooking and socializing. Communicating with Marissa was easy and her replies were always quick. It was a lovely stay!

A surprisingly quiet enclave with a lovely pool and terrific Provence-like table to take meals and talk. Convenient to great wineries and not too far from town. Kids loved it, and great for dogs; back area is completely fenced in.

**RENTERS BEWARE** My wife and I + a couple rented this home for 3 nights (6/17/21-6/20/21) for a total of $7,208.20. Iโm writing this review on 6/21/21 and the property owner has not yet replied to my complaint and request for a refund (its been 3 days) as the house was unmaintained, unclean, and falsely advertised in the VRBO pictures. We were so disappointed we left the next day. I have a formal 3 page complaint with 25 pictures that I will keep moving forward to obtain my refund and protect future renters from losing money to a property owner who will not take responsibility for their property.
The driveway gate was broken and we were not given a courtesy warning before our arrival as we later learned the host was aware of this issue. After 3 calls to Marisa, she was unable to provide a solution or resolution. We had to climb the fence with our luggage and food cooler to get into the property. Later in the evening once we realized there was no solution coming, my wife ended up going out to the electric box and pulling wires until it opened.
The pool was the main attraction and was filthy with debris at the bottom and on the top. The vacuum was broken and floating by the side. We called Marisa and she said she'd send a pool cleaner but that cleaner never arrived nor did she call back to follow-up with a resolution. When we asked how the pool cleaner would get into the property with a broken gate she said she was there earlier in the day not to worry about the pool cleaner. We then realized she'd been at the property that same day, saw it's condition, and did not fix it or clean the pool before our arrival. The 3 planters by the pool are empty.
The master bedroom carpet is ridden with stains, there is no artwork on the walls. The living room doesn't look like the pictures, there is no wall art, no throw pillows, no decor on the console table behind the couch. The couch was so dirty my wife wouldn't sit on it. The grill on the deck was dirty, plants are dead in pots.
The other bedrooms have no art work, walls have scuff marks, ripped carpet in the closet, cable wires coming out of the baseboard, the closet has 4 cheap plastic/wire hangers that were unusable. The guest bath light was out, the sink didn't drain, and the back of the door was filthy.
I called Marisa and expressed our disappointment hoping she would offer us a solution. She offer a snarky snap and no resolution.
Please provide us our refund.

We had a family reunion at the Zoella Vineyard estate house to celebrate my birthday. This is a beautiful property and gardens set in a working vineyard. The house is clean, spacious and comfortable and looks almost exactly as shown. It has a mixture of modern and dated features. We enjoyed all of our meals outdoors on the wonderful deck overlooking the garden. The host Marisa was amazing. Very communicative and helpful! The highlight of our trip was a complimentary tasting at a beautiful small winery in Healdsburg. Apart from some minor issues with the pool and spa lights not working and a high pitched noise from the guest bath toilet, we enjoyed our stay at Zoella!!

The house is in an ideal location and looks even better in person than it does in the pictures. Plenty of space for 10 guests and great pool/hot tub/facilities. Host is very accommodating and replies quickly to messages which is much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Our family of 8 bubbled together at Zoella Vineyard for Thanksgiving. It was perfect in terms of size, modernity, cleanliness, comfort and activities to keep teens from boredom. Over-the-garage apartment is perfect for teens to have their own space. Great game room with shuffleboard, darts, and ping pong; great backyard with pool, jacuzzi and cornhole game. Plenty of interesting places to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning, and also fun to walk the the grapevines. Even found an easy way to recharge the Tesla through the over-the-garage apartment door! The caretakers responded right away when we had a question about the jacuzzi. It is really a lovely place and would have gotten 5 stars but for the kitchen....Other reviews cautioned that the kitchen was not well stocked so we brought specialty gadgets and salt/pepper with us. However, even routine kitchen supplies were missing. Five pot/pan lids, but no corresponding pots or pans in either kitchen. One five quart pot and three or four really worn frypans. Dull knives. Great collection of outdoor plates but only a few for inside dining. Mismatched assortment of wine glasses. Our suggestion is for someone to stay there for a long weekend and assess what would be helpful in the kitchen and then restock/repair. It's a great house to safely pass the pandemic, and the teens asked if we could return in the summer...if only the kitchen were up to full use.

Recently stayed with my parents, sisters, my wife and our two dogs.Property is as pictured. The grounds are beautifully landscaped; roses, hydrangea, walnut trees, in the middle of a well developed vineyard. The backyard is fenced with several gates allowing easy in/out. There was only one gate that had a gap large enough for our 10lb schnauzer to sneak under- the yard was entertaining enough she never tried. The lab preferred the walks snaking through the vineyard. Would not recommended dogs that dig staying here- the yard is fully landscaped. The property feels like it was developed with love and has custom touches throughout.A point not showcased- the house has three bedrooms. The master with the enormous bathroom and two rooms with queen beds that share a bathroom. The main house has a 3 rd bathroom off the kitchen, near the laundry room. (Laundry soap stocked)The second two bedrooms are above the playroom garage. From the kitchen you walk down a long hallway, through the garage and up the stairs. For our group were we are up early with dogs so we were able to get up and walk the dogs, make coffee, etc without waking the rest of the house. The game room was great and the door opening allows for a great indoor/outdoor space if it rained. There are also 3 doors between the game room and kitchen- which I would guess would help limit the noise from traveling.Property management was available and responsive. We would stay here again. On the critical side...The pool furniture had some tears, my guess they will be replaced next summer. There was only one umbrella. It would have been nice to have more shade. The kitchen tools were not great. 4 pairs of scissors but no mixing bowls. The cookie sheets were well loved and used. They did have a kitchen aid mixer and vita mix blender and that can make me forget allot of things.

Our stay was wonderful -- the property is beautiful (vineyards, blooming flowers everywhere, landscaped back yard with pool & spa) and very comfortable. The house is outfitted nicely with everything you'd need and was very easy to live in; it's comfortable, set up with nice quality furniture/beds, and has plenty of space. On top of that, the property manager was immediately responsive and helpful to any inquiry we had (thank you Marisa!). I would 100% stay here again if the opportunity arises!
