Location.
Close to parking, which was good value, 8 pounds for 2 days.
Good if group coming from lots of different directions.
30 mins walk to town.
Only thing we could work out how to use the coffee machine........
?need more coffee/tea cups....only 6 there or we could find.
So not much wrong.

Great house with lots of space
Difficult to control the overall temperature of the house
4.0
Size and how well equipped it was
the smalll bedroom smelled of poor drainage from the en-suite. the radiator was also boiling, so we had to turn off the heating - which resulted in no hot water for showers in the morning. the neighbour also complained about the noise which seemed a little unfair.
4.5
The size of the house and how clean it was. Also how close to Oxford and bus routes and local shops, perfect.
Getting all radiators to work

The property is perfect for a group/family. Each bedroom has an en-suite. The communal spaces are perfect. The location was great. Either a 30 minute walk into the centre or a 5 minute bus ride.
Nothing to dislike. Just a suggestion - a few more garden chairs would be nice.

The property was in a perfect location for visiting Oxford city centre with a frequent short bus ride at the end of the road.
Our party arrived by train into Oxford. We messaged Magdalena half an hour before arrival and she was there to meet us at the house. Also a Tesco Express just around the corner.
Trivial things really. A roll of kitchen towel would have been handy and maybe some more information about places to go and places to eat and a map of the city centre.

I wasn’t informed about the parking problem beforehand .

Ula was very friendly and helpful when we moved our check-in times and we all loved the house. Booking.com kindly offered a partial refund when one guest was unable to come and the whole booking process was v straightforward. House is well equipped with everything you need, including 2 fridges and freezers and each room having an ensuite was amazingly convenient.
Only slight bugbear is that on street parking is restricted to 2 hours 8am-6pm and with 10 guests we had 4 cars, so had to move them.

The modern design, it was spacious and very elegant. The kitchen was very well equipped and so was the rest of the house. The hosts were very friendly and the check-in and check-out process went very smoothly.
The property wasn’t as clean as expected - the house must have been cleaned a couple of days before the arrival so there was dust and a musty smell in the bathroom

Beautiful property. Six bedrooms and all have bathrooms. All rooms very spacious. Includes all amenities that a hotel would have. Just a mile from city centre. There was nothing to not like.

Close to town so easy to walk. Enabled us as an extended family to come together.
Living room way to small for large group accommodation. Sofas not comfy as no back support. Other than very top room every toilet/ shower room was too small you could hardly move in there which made going to the toilet uncomfortable. All toilet seat lids wouldn’t stay up so they rest on your back whilst on the loo. Yuk and uncomfortable. Winter duvets and plastic sheets on beds made sleeping super hot and uncomfortable. Knives missing from the kitchen was a pain. Not knowing how to unlock the front door from inside was dangerous. It took us ages to work it out so thank god there was no fire. It is a property for 11 people with 4 garden chairs. Having a ladder in the back garden isn’t very clever. The woman who let us in and came into the house with us didn’t wear a mask. Neither did the man who came to check the leaking window. They should have done given the circumstance.

Very clean and comfortable. Nice to have ensuite in all bedrooms. Big kitchen to socialise in.
Parking would be a problem if lots of people were staying and a shame some people staying previously can't follow house rules!

Lovely, spacious house with ample bedrooms and living space. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom which is very convenient for a large extended family like ours. The living space is comfortable and easily accommodates everyone. Driveway to park one car comfortably. Nice garden at the rear with space for seating and kids to play. Grocery and convenience shops just a few minutes walk. A nice fish & chip shop just around the corner. Small park with children's play area is about a 5 minute walk. The town centre is a 20-minute walk. The host was very welcoming and providing excellent coms in the build-up. The fact that we didn't need to speak again until check-out is proof of just how well organised everything was. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again
Literally nothing! I personally found my mattress softer than the one I have at home but pretty much everyone else enjoyed theirs so this can't really be listed as a negative
4.5
The number of bedrooms and bathrooms and general good furniture.
