Welcome to Liana's Paso Robles, CA Getaway Home!
Thank you for considering our home. First, we want to offer reassurance that we continue to follow The VRBO Cleanliness and Disinfection Guidelines to help you protect you our guests.
Our spacious, clean, and recently UPDATED property with new paint, furniture, flooring, and decor has a private fenced solar-heated pool ready to be your vacation home! It is approximately 2400 sq ft and sleeps up to 8 people (7 adults and 1 child in beds plus there is many spaces for people to bring their own additional sleeping gear if desired). The 4th bedroom has a crib that can be used by an infant or toddler with additional space to place the single roll-up bed or an air mattress if parents want to stay close by. We can host up to 10 people.
The bright, clean, and large split-home design (2 levels) allows for some privacy since 2 bedroom are located on lower floor and the master and child's room (2 other bedrooms) are located on top living area.
Located in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood, just minutes from the backroads taking you to many Wineries and only a short 15-minute walk (4 min drive) to downtown Paso Robles. Very close to Paso Robles' many fine restaurants, Paso Robles Event Center, Mid-State Fairgrounds, and Lake Nacimiento so you are just minutes away to exploring all the Paso Robles has to offer. Conveniently located off of hwy 46 west. We, the owners, are locals and live in Paso Robles so we are often available in case any concerns come up for our guest (rarely happens). We like to provide our guests with the peace of mind knowing we available to assist in whatever you might need (e.g. finding the food disposal switch, needing recommendations, etc.). We manage the home ourselves so our guest get a personal touch and special welcome.

During the day, enjoy with your family or friends the large outdoor patio with POOL, (Pool heated to 82 degrees mid-May to mid-October.) bbq GRILL, serene POND, and at night enjoy the sunset view with a great bottle of wine from the raised GAZEBO overlooking the west side. Inside come enjoy the open living spaces with bamboo flooring.

We had a fantastic stay. Emiliano was an awesome host and was very responsive and welcoming. This home is just fabulous for any sort of trip- especially if you’ve got kiddos. The inside of the house is pristine with new furniture and appliances and everything is very clean. Beds were comfortable and the house was very easy to relax in. Great kitchen and the freezer even has a sweet fancy ice maker! The pool was perfection- just the right amount of heated but still refreshing to swim in in the Paso heat. There were floaties and pool toys available for us too which was awesome. Downtown Paso is just a few minutes down the road. Tons of parking at the house and even a full RV spot. Can’t say enough good things about Emiliano’s home, we were lucky to spend our weekend there.

The house and neighborhood are nice. The property could use some cleanup. For example, the yard has a lot of random stuff laying around. The master shower should be cleaner, the floor was brown with black stuff on it and the shower head was not ideal.

This property was a great fit for our family, which included our children, their spouses and our grandchildren. We spent a lot of time in the pool which was warm and very well maintained. We BBQed every night. We also enjoyed surrounding activites which included biking, the Ravine water park, the Paso children's museum and golfing. We really couldn't have found a better place to satisfy the interests of all of us (ranging from 2 years old to 66 years old). The owner was very kind and responsive! Thank you so much!!!

Stayed here with my in laws and kids, it was great. Enough room for everyone, the kids loved the pool, which was pristine. And it was minutes to downtown and restaurants. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great home with lots of space. We enjoyed the pool and closeness to downtown. I stayed with a large group with small children and found the home to be very accommodating. Would recommend and would stay again.

It is always difficult to travel with an infant. Our hosts have created a wonderful home that made it possible to travel practically stress free with the little one. From the gate at the top of the stairs to the board books in the closet, tons of amenities were available for the family.

We had a wonderful time last July at this property. Close to town, we did use Uber to get dropped off at the fair. It worked great. The pool was great , we BBQed and hung out by the pool one day, attended fair concerts in the evenings and even did some wine tasting. I would definitely stay here again 👍🏻

Great size rental and lots of amenities for folks traveling with kids-stair gates etc. The house overall could use a little updating, pool gate didn’t work. It felt overpriced for the quality.

This house was located in a wonderful neighborhood and super close to all that Paso Robles offers. The owner/property manager was very nice and responsive and it was easy to communicate and check in and out. The reason for the overall 3 star is that the majority of the house furnishings are outdated/worn and the sleeping experience is poor. The mattresses are very “springy”, old, and the sheets and towels are also tired and of poor quality. In general, the house is missing the attention to detail needed for vacation rental. For example, it would be nice to have soap in the master bathroom. It wouldn’t take a lot to improve this rental experience to make it a 4 or 5 star. I feel bad giving it a 3 star rating but I have to be honest here for future guests.

We were attending a family wedding and my siblings and I stayed here with our small families and our father. The kitchen and living spaces were comfortable, had plenty of room and seating for us to hang out together, and the bedrooms were comfortable places to retreat when we needed it. The pool can be heated, but wasn't at the time of our stay. The house is dog friendly, but be careful not to leave your dog off-leash in the back yard as not all of the fences are a complete enclosure -- a medium-size dog can easily slip between the slats on the gate. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, and the house is a quick drive to downtown and local wineries. We would definitely stay again!

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Great location, close to stores, downtown, wineries etc. Very spacious for 6 adults and 3 children. Stayed 7/15 to 7/17/22. 👍

This was a nice house to stay in. The pool was perfect for the kids and adults.
The only flaw was that the bathrooms needs hooks or towel rods to hang the towels after you shower. The shower in the master bath needs some kind of shelf or shower head holder to put your shower stuff in.

We had a lovely stay at this home. Very convenient location and the house was well stocked with basics for the kitchen and bathrooms. The rooms are large and the beds are also. The pool was great for the kids and the owners were very responsive. Highly recommend!

The house worked very well for us, and our son and daughters families. The host was very communicative. We appreciated the location close to downtown and easy access to wineries, the gate at the top of the stairs, the solar heated pool, and allowing a well behaved dog. Large, wonderful house!
The house was very clean, well appointed. It was larger and nicer than expected from the Listing's photos. Plenty of towels and linens are included. Communication with the owner was fast and responsive. There's a Nest thermostat on the main floor to control central HVAC. There's a rollaway bed (can be used in the bedroom with a crib). The master room walk-in closet is huge; if you bring a pack'n'play crib or air mattress(queen fit), you can easily fit little kids/baby in there as an extra room/space. You're given a remote/clicker to access the 2-car garage, which is convenient. The TV has an available HDMI cable for you to plug in your accessories to. One tip: the kitchen sink's garbage disposal switch is hidden underneath the sink inside the cabinet (look up inside the cabinet); and you need to drain the garbage disposal before running the dishwasher or the dishwasher won't be able to drain. The floorplan is as such: the main floor (kitchen, living, dining rms) is upstairs and includes the master bdrm and crib bdrm. Downstairs is the two bedrooms with queens and garage access. Note that the main dining room table only has 6 chairs, and the other chairs in the kitchen/breakfast nook are all tall-height / bar-stools. We didn't use the backyard/pool space during our stay since we were there during winter season. Overall, great house in a great location!

The downtown was amazing - and a short drive to Cambria and the beach. Very cool place to chill for a week or so.

Perfect for a Weekend Getaway!
The house was very well appointed and it was perfect for our party of 6 adults. We had friends over to enjoy the pool and really appreciated the outdoor space. The house made for easy access to both wineries and the downtown area. Would definitely stay there again!

Fun in Paso
The property was a nice house in a very nice upscale neighborhood on the East side of Paso, 1.5 miles from the square, so walking distance to the square of downtown Paso. The yard was a work in progress. Nice covered outdoor lounging area. A gazebo, but it did not look inviting. And, a POOL!
