3) A copy or picture of your photo ID (driver's license/passport). Please be prepared to show this valid photo ID upon check-in. If another guest will be checking in before you, I will need a copy of their photo ID in addition to yours.
4) Signed Rental Agreement - Although a Standard Rental Agreement may be attached, I will email you a custom rental agreement specific to your dates, guest/pet list, & cost info. Provide a Guest List (first and last names and ages) plus pet information (age, weight, & breed of each) and dates in which each guest/pet will be staying. Please also include your home address.
5) Parking - How many cars will you all have for the stay? There is a 3 car maximum at this property. Please park the first 2 cars in the driveway of the house (side by side). If there are 3 cars, the third can be parked in front of my house (be sure to keep wheels off grass to avoid any conflict with lawn services). To be respectful of my sweet neighbors, I ask my guests to avoid parking in front of my neighbors yards so if they have guests, they can be closer to their respective houses.

•NUMBER OF GUESTS & PETS - No overnight guests (or pets) unless confirmed through VRBO and previously agreed upon by Ginger.
•NO GET-TOGETHERS, SMALL GATHERINGS, OR EVENTS ARE PERMITTED AT THIS PROPERTY.
•NO SMOKING - No smoking inside the house or in the garage! Smoking is permitted outside only, but please ensure proper disposal of cigarette butts.
•KEYS/DOORS/LOCKS - Make sure to lock all exterior doors when you leave any time during your stay.
•HVAC - Please be cognizant and respectful of the temperature setting on the HVAC – set to around 80 degrees in hot months and 65 degrees during cold months when the house is not occupied and when you are checking out; ALWAYS keep fan setting to auto; NEVER turn unit completely off.
•REQUIRED CLEANING - Feel free to use kitchen utensils, glasses, plates, pots, and pans, but be sure to thoroughly clean before returning them to cupboards.
•CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES - Check-out time is 11am and all Check-Out Procedures located on the front cover of the house binder must be complete by that time.

Loved our stay in Summerville. Ginger was very communicative. She was full of recommendations and prompt to respond to every inquiry. Her home was clean and inviting and we felt at home for the whole two weeks we stayed. Would absolutely stay again if we come back to the area.

Very quiet neighborhood close to Publix grocery store. My sister and I had a nice relaxing stay. Ginger was very accomodating and quick to respond to questions. Her rates were very reasonable and comparable to what we would have spent at a hotel, but with a lot more room. Definately would recommend.

House was in a great location for our family. Very clean and nice neighborhood. Host was in contact and available to us by text throughout our trip. Only thing we could have wished for were better pillows for the beds. Would definitely recommend if looking to stay in the Summerville, SC area.

Ginger and her home were fantastic for me and a few family members. The house was incredibly clean and tidy, well appointed, and overall comfortable. Ginger went out of her way to periodically check in, which was I was very appreciative for. Although we had no issues where we needed Ginger’s support to resolve, if we had I’m confident Ginger would have been quick to support and resolve. I would certainly book again!

Perfect experience! Ginger communicated well throughout the whole experience, the home was even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures show, we loved having a fenced in yard for our dogs, quiet neighborhood but close to a lot- I could go on!! Would highly recommend and great for a family with kids as well.

We were in Summerville for a family wedding. Ginger was wonderful to work with. The property was in a great location, close to amenities, but far enough away that there was no issues with traffic getting in or out (a rarity for Summerville these days)! The yard was perfect for the dogs, the bed was extremely comfortable- we couldn't ask for more!

The owner was GREAT! Not only was the house just right, she went above and beyond during our stay. She had some fruit and crackers in a bowl to great us, great suggestions of places to visit and eat, and was very prompt to answer when we had questions. There ios no doubt of where we'll stay when we visit Charleston!

Very clean and nice place that suited our family needs perfectly. There were 5 adults and 1 dog.and the home was clean and comfortable for all of us. Ginger was a great host- very responsive to all my questions prior to our arrival. When we checked there there was a bowl of fresh fruit and snacks on the kitchen island along with a vase of fresh flowers. What a nice touch! Would highly recommend this home!

W had a nice stay in Summerville with our two bernadoodles. The fenced backyard and house was dog friendly and perfect for my wife and me. We loved the local trails, Low County Fish Camp, old downtown Summerville and Harris-Teeter Grocery Store. Ginger was an outstanding host and made sure everything was perfect for us.

Ginger is a SUPER HOST! We were very comfortable staying in this home. The Master bedroom mattress very comfortable for our 5 night stay. Although we did not cook there, the kitchen was very well equipped. I really enjoyed the decor and furnishings that were different textures of wood, metal, wicker and fabrics. Pet friendly with a 6 foot privacy fence, too bad we didn’t bring our furry friends with us! Great communication with the owner. She left fresh flowers & a snack/fruit bowl on the kitchen island. Very clear instructions in the binder as well as restaurant and sightseeing suggestions. I would definitely stay here again!

Ginger is the absolute best. The home was lovely in a nice quiet neighborhood and had anything you could need. She even provided a whole binder of things to do, places to eat/shop, etc. My wife thought the house was adorable and my children loved the yard and playing board games. Plenty of places just a few min drive away. Really couldn’t recommend this place more especially with such a great host. Hope to be back again!

Visting from NC to attend daughters MUSC graduation. Found property during vrbo search. From beginning of process to end the property owner was very responsive. Loved the interior of home as well as the fenced in yard. Only suggestion would've been to have grass mowed in backyard area, but the size of the area and qualify of the fence was perfect. We had no issues with parking but it was evident in the neighborhood that those having more than two vehicles do occupy the street space. Neighborhood was quiet. No regrets staying at this location. Ginger was great!

Loved our stay! Home had everything we needed to make meals when we stayed in. Location also great for going out and Ginger left great information about restaurants and fun things to do in the area and surrounding areas. Beds were comfortable and home was very clean. Owner (Ginger) was very helpful, from providing suggestions for things to do and places to eat, to quickly responding to any questions I had. House was as advertised, and was a comfortable stay, would certainly recommend if doing to the Charleston area. Located close to many good places to eat and grocery stores as well. We had 4 of us and a dog on our stay.

This home was perfect place for our family and for our fur babies. The house was spacious with a nice fenced in backyard. Plenty of area for my youngest to play. Ginger the owner has done a wonderful job on making sure the house is well maintained and comfortable. She made sure to check in with us and answer any questions.

Cute little home, beautifully decorated in a quiet neighborhood. We selected this home because is was near Charleston and near Palmetto Fossil Excursions. It was near some great restaurants and grocery stores, but not the craziness of downtown Charleston. The home was well equipped with everything we needed- kitchen was nice, there were fresh flowers and a large bowl of snacks waiting for us when we arrived! Beds were comfortable and the decor was so cute! I highly recommend.

We needed a pet friendly place to stay while checking out the Summerville area . Check in was painless and the house was very clean. We felt safe in the area. Ginger was always easy to reach and made us aware up front that sod was being replaced during our stay to be sure that would not be a problem for us . Definitely made us feel welcome.

My husband and I had a wonderful visit with our daughter during the Christmas holiday. The house is beautiful and perfect for our visit. We enjoyed exploring all the parks and walking trails in Summerville. There were so many restaurants to choose from and the food was delicious! We can't wait to come back again! Thank you, Ginger!

This property is in a quiet subdivision, it is very convenient to Summerville locations and also easy to get to Charleston while avoiding all the expense and hubub of that tourist tornado. It is a pleasant break from the madding crowd of downtown, worth the thirty minute drive. The property is newly renovated, it was very clean and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfy, our host Ginger had a welcome basket for our arrival. Communications with her with quite fast and accurate. Altogether a great VRBO experience, would definitely stay here again!

Just right for what we needed!
We were so pleased to have found this home in Summerville. We had everything we needed, groceries and restaurants right nearby, quiet neighborhood. Backyard has an enclosed 6' privacy fence so was perfect for our dogs. The location makes for a great home base if you want to explore the area and go into Chareleston or to the beaches. Would recommend!!

Excellent place to stay
This home was extremely clean and decorated in an amazing way that felt homey. The home is nestled back in a quiet and cute neighborhood, central located to restaurants, grocery stores, and minutes from old town Summerville (a must visit area). It contains three good sized bedrooms with plenty of storage for your clothes, so you are not living out of your suitcase. My family loved the large kitchen and dining room table. We were able to make delicious meals while spending time together. The kitchen was equipped with everything you will need. This home also has a large backyard for your pets to enjoy and really appreciate how pet friendly the owner and home were. The welcome binder with the owners recommendations is a huge bonus and we frequently utilized it for dining and site seeing in the area. We highly recommend this home to make your stay in Summerville exta special.

Great location & Quiet Neighborhood
My family and I arrived in Summerville for a Celebration of Life gathering at a local Summerville church to celebrate a cherished family member. The house was perfect for our down time, a great place to relax and reminisce, we really appreciated the quiet neighborhood, yet close to restaurants and everything we could have needed.
Ginger was a kind, caring host with great communication. I recommend this home to all and would definitely stay again when we return for another visit.

Perfect
Ginger was the best host we have experienced. Her attention to detail and excellent communication made our stay flawless. Her home was very comfortable and larger than expected. We were greeted with fresh flowers, snacks and fruit which was perfect after our ten hour drive. Her suggestions for eating out were spot on and we enjoyed several great meals.
The beds very very comfortable and we were thankful for the iron available for our use when our son smashed his shirt into the bag!
