Location was wonderful. We walked and rode our bikes through the historic district into downtown. They have a wonderful outdoor space to grill and enjoy the sunshine

This home was exactly what we were looking for. It had everything that you could possibly need and then some. I have stayed at another place before arriving here and was pleasantly surprised to see that this home was well stocked with all your household needs which is very important. I had my elderly disabled mother with me and when I reached out to Kim to see about certain things, she was very accommodating to the needs of my mother. That made my mother feel very comfortable and she was so appreciative of Kim helping her out. I know that when you are looking online that this property/owner wasn’t labeled as a SUPER HOST, but I would absolutely categorize Kim as a SUPER HOST as we feel she went above and beyond to make our stay easy going and quite convenient. I also like the fact that this home is centrally located to so many different stores to shop at, restaurants, gas stations and it is close to major roads so you can easily get to the interstate. The home was recently renovated and that made it so convenient as none of the appliances were old or outdated. Not every house is like this home so we feel like we found a real gem! Definitely consider this home for your next stay.

This home did not disappoint at all! So convenient to town, shopping and leisure! We stayed while in town for our son and daughter n law’s baby shower. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and even coffee! There were plenty of linens and towels. The home is older charm but so nice and modern remodeled. The driveway is super long and plenty of room for lots of parking! The yard is soooo big thst big and little kids can have plenty of room to play! Located in the heart of historic Summerville this home is so very on very convient to everything I love about my home town! Can’t wait for our grand-baby to get here so we can book again!
