Great Holiday as so near to Filey, Scarborough, flamborough Head, Bridlington and more.
Great Holiday as so near to Filey, Scarborough, flamborough Head, Bridlington and more. The village is lovely and such a nice bakery. The cottage was amazing and loved snuggling up on an evening with a blanket after a day out taking in the sea air and east coast. Nice to sit in the conservatory and look at the autumn leaves changing colour. Can’t praise the cottage enough it made for a lovely stay. Would recommend👍

The retreat was a lovely place to stay, it isn't always easy to find somewhere really nice that allows dogs. It was very well equipped with everything we needed and more. Had a very secure back garden so we were able to let our westie out and know he would come to no harm.

Quality accomodation
Pleasant bungalow. Good location. Clean and bright.
Only downside was not any way of contacting the housekeeper personally if we had a problem. There were a couple of niggles. The boiler was very noisy and on constantly. The small windows in the lounge were locked with no means of opening them.

This is a lovely family bungalow.
This is a lovely family bungalow. Very well equipped and clean. Enclosed rear garden for dogs, ample parking. You can walk to the local pub, village shops and it is ideally placed for touring around the surrounding area. We are a bit biased as we love Yorkshire!! This would be one of the best properties we have stayed in. Would we return? Yes we would lol..

Very pleasantly surprised.
Very pleasantly surprised. Having stayed in a lot of self catering cottages, I was very pleased to find this place was clean and the kitchen very well equipped - overall the owners/housekeeper clearly take care of the place. Thank you for a lovely, relaxing stay :)

We found the cottage well equipped, clean and well located for exploring the East Coast.
We found the cottage well equipped, clean and well located for exploring the East Coast. There are local pubs and shops within 10 minutes walk and Filey is 5 mins by car. The beach at Hunmanby Gap is 5 mins and beautiful. We liked the log burner and electric recliners, we didnt like not having access to the thermostat and a hoover would be helpful as we had 2 dogs. Otherwise fantastic cottage and would definitely stay again.
