This was a really lovely place for an autumn getaway, brilliantly located, warm, well-equipped and beautifully presented. We enjoyed walking from the front door and exploring the beautiful countryside as well as having other fantastic locations a short drive away. The owners are lovely, very caring when we had to delay arrival due to illness.

Lovely flat, very clean and useful outside space for our dogs.
Lovely flat, very clean and useful outside space for our dogs. Other than some silly parking the building work was not an issue and that will all be finished shortly. The only issue we had was that you are able to hear the people in the flat above and we were once woken at 6 in the morning by the noise. Otherwise the holiday home would have been near perfect.

The accommodation was excellent, very clean and tastefully decorated and furnished.
The accommodation was excellent, very clean and tastefully decorated and furnished. Kitchen and bathroom were of a particularly high standard. Nice area to sit out on with lovely views. Good location for exploring the local area.
Only slight downside for us was the size of the bed as we are used to a king size.
The scones, jam and cream were a nice touch.

My husband, daughter and our two furry babies spent two weeks in the lovely garden cottage. The welcome gift of a beautiful cream tea when we arrived was a perfect finish to our long day of travelling. We spent many days in the lovely garden sunning ourselves and found the piece and quite of the village location rejuvenating. It was also the perfect base and location for us to explore many beaches and towns along the coastline. The couple who own the cottage couldn’t have been more helpful. Thanks

This apartment is in an ideal location for exploring the Dorset coast.
This apartment is in an ideal location for exploring the Dorset coast. Bridport and West Bay are well within walking distance and there are excellent longer walks from the door.
The apartment is well equipped and comfortable.
A major drawback is the noise from the upstairs apartment. Every footstep can be heard and seems to reverberate around. There was also a dog upstairs when we were there and we could frequently hear its tail thumping on the floor.
