Very nice and completely renewed (2018) apartment in Torremolinos between Carihuela Beach and the lovely port of Benalmádena with breath taking view to the Mediterranean Sea.
Entering into the apartment there is a large hall with access to all the rooms. The living room area at the left and a fully equipped kitchen at the right. The living room is luxury furnished and contains a dining area and a big leather sofa with a super-large flat-screen smart TV and Apple TV. From this area there is direct access to the south-faced terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful sea view and swimming pool view. This terrace contains a dining table for 6 to 8 persons.
The apartment has four spacious bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the other two have double single beds. There's sleeps for 8 people in total, with the best quality mattresses.
The apartment has a second terrace which is facing north-west with a view of the street next to the apartment, perfect for sunbathing.
Every room is equipped with air conditioning, and the air conditioning can be set for each room individually.
The apartment has 1 private parking spot in the garage area that can be used. In the community area there is a swimming pool area which is open all year.
The apartment is located at 100 meters from the beach and at walking distance to the city centre, with direct access to a lot of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc.
The apartment can be reached within 15 minutes from the airport by rented car or taxi. From the airport there's a train with a 10-minute ride from the airport to a nearby station, El Pinillo (Torremolinos).
There is also, every 20 minutes a metro-train to Malaga centre.

Brilliant apartment great location would definitely stay again

Excellent location - beach, restaurants, shopping and groceries nearby . 4 bedrooms and 2 bath perfect for our group of 6. Fully equipped kitchen. plenty of plates, cutlery, dishes. All appliances worked well. Coffee drinkers really liked the Nespresso machine.
Our favourite spot was the terrace with sliding glass windows. That is where we spent most of our time.

A good manual for the TV and air conditioning. In addition, a nice lamp in the living room so that the large lamp does not have to be switched on and the spotlights on the terrace are slightly adjusted so that it is cozy light.

Schöne Unterkunft für einen schönen Aufenthalt mit ein paar Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten
Die Service Agentur beim Checkin war sehr nett und hilfreich. Der Checkin und auch später der Checkout waren völlig unkompliziert. Wir hatten uns nicht rechtzeitig gemeldet, da hat die Agentur uns angerufen und trotz später Stunde haben sie den Checkin sehr schnell und unkompliziert vorgenommen.
Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Ca 100m vom Strand und der Uferpromenade entfernt. Innerhalb von 50m findet man alles was man benötigt. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bars,... Die Unterkunft hat eine Tiefgarage. Leider hat der Schlüssel für die Tiefgarage für mehrere Tage nicht funktioniert.
Die Unterkunft ist pragmatisch geschnitten, hat vier Schlafzimmer, zwei mit einem Doppelbett und zwei mit zwei Einzelbetten, die man zu einem Doppelbett zusammenschieben kann. Alle Schlafzimmer haben eine Jalousie. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet, hat sogar noch einen zweiten großen Kühlschrank. Genauso ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Neben dem großen Wohnzimmer gibt es noch zwei Terrassen. Von der einen kann der Pool und das Meer beobachtet werden. Genauso der Sonnenaufgang. Die zweite Terrasse ist zur Straße hin, kann aber trotzdem gut zum Sonnen genutzt werden. Die Unterkunft hat zwei vollständige Bäder mit Dusche, wobei das eine Bad nur vom Master-Schlafzimmer zugänglich ist. Es gibt freies WLAN und einen großen Fernseher mit IP TV. Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es alle deutschen Kanäle inklusive Sky, DAZN, Magenta Sports etc. Genauso gab es Pay TV aus vielen anderen Ländern, wie UK, IT, TR und viele mehr. Leider gab es immer wieder Probleme mit dem Internet, sodass auch das Fernsehen mehrere Tage nicht zur Verfügung stand.
In der Summe hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist ideal für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Cadiz, Sevilla, Ronda, Mijas, Marbella, Caminito del Rey etc.

Very easy to rent and communication was excellent. Very clean apartment and central to bus stops and 2 minute walk to the beach. We were a party of 4 adults and 4 children and the apartment was spacious enough to accommodate us all comfortably. Only issue was lack of hot water when everyone wanted to shower in the morning - inevitably the last 2 were cold showers.

Excellent apartment
Lovely apartment well equipped for a family of 5 lovely location and near all amenities.
Needs a little improvement with things like door handles and the enclosure on the balcony but they are really minor, didnt effect our stay.

The location was fabulous and was near everything from beach to restaurants to shopping and more. The area was amazing!

A relaxing home from home
The apartment was spacious and extremely well equipped, it felt like a real home from home. The furnishings and fittings were modern, everything was clean and the beds and sofas were very comfortable. We were a party of seven but there was plenty of room for all of us we could even all fit on the balcony. Having 2 bathrooms was excellent. There was an occasional "drainy" smell from the main bathroom but this didn't affect our holiday at all. There were lots of extras included for guests to use including comfy cushions for the sun loungers. The television was huge although we didn't use it during our stay as we couldn't find any channels. The view from the main balcony was magnificent. The location of the apartment was excellent, set just back from the beach, about a 10 minute walk from the marina. There was easy access to supermarkets, shops and restaurants but it was not noisy. We all managed to sleep well. One member off our party uses a wheelchair so used the lift to access the apartment regularly. The main lift was reliable but we were unable to operate the smaller lift. Fortunately our guest was able to walk the four steps up to the main lift. The pool area is spacious and there are four sun loungers that can be used by guests. We had the pool area to ourselves the whole time. The pool was too cold to use at the time of year we visited but would be great during the summer. The hosts were helpful and friendly and the security deposit was returned promptly following our visit. If we ever visit Benalmedena again we will be sure to book this apartment. We had a fabulous stay. Thank you.
