About this apartment rental
Truly spectacular duplex penthouse located next to the village of 'La Carihuela' in Pez Espada. Puertomarina, Carihuela village, Beach, shops, restaurants are all close by.
FIRST FLOOR - 2 Double bedrooms (one with double bed , the other 2 single beds), one bathroom, one cloakroom, one large independent kitchen with breakfast area ( amazing beach and sea views) and a 44m2 terrace which boasts fabulous panoramic beach and sea views.
THE UPPER LEVEL - 2 large bedrooms (with 2 double beds) , 2 bathrooms and an independient lounge. Fabulous penthouse in one of the best locations and views.
Private parking space included on the price.
Please note ONLY groups of families are allowed and not young parties due to the owner’s decision (young parties will not be attended).
No claims will be accepted for pool hours and possible restrictions on their access, which must be respected at all times.

- Document support number
- Type of document (DNI, passport, TIE)

- Place of habitual residence (full address, town and country)

- Relationship between travelers (in the event that any of them is a minor)
In addition to personal data, our government also compels us to inform and send to the authorities the following data regarding the transaction:
- Contract: reference number, date and signature
- Execution of the contract: date and time of entry and date and time of departure
- Property: full address, number of rooms and internet connection (yes/no)
- Payment: type (cash, credit card, payment platform, transfer…), identification of the payment method (type of card and number, IBAN bank account, mobile payment solution, others), holder of the payment method, card expiration date and payment date.
We regret the inconvenience caused to all our guests and ask for your understanding that it is not the company's decision, but we are obliged to deny entry to our apartments to any guest who does not wish to provide the requested data.
