There were 4 of us on this trip and this house was absolutely amazing. We each had our own room with plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable. The photos throughout the house are a really cool way to explore the history! We will definitely be renting from here again if we go to Williams!

We had such a great time at your property. It was close to everything we needed. Clean and neat property.

The fireplaces were welcome on the cold nights. We really liked the historic pictures and memorabilia in the cabinet upstairs.
The beds were comfortable and it was a quiet place to stay. This was helpful after spending our days hiking and driving back and forth between area sights.
We wished we could have moved the lodging with us to our next stay in Sednona.
The kitchen had everything we needed including sharp knives (which we almost never find in rentals). There were fun games for the kids to play too.
Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was perfect, thank you!

We went at a time that not having AC was okay, windows open and fans on. It was not very clean for the price. There was cobwebs all over ceiling fans, windows ect. The home is old and for a larger person the upstairs felt unsafe. It is not really a place for children. We did take our sons who were able to play across the street at the church. There was a basketball hoop there and we asked permission to play. A couple neighborhood boys stopped and played as well. Having the grocery store in walking distance was good. Personally wouldnt stay again but it was an experieince.

Not only is this a beautiful house but everything about the amenities, décor, and supplies was beyond expectation. This was one of the best VRBO experiences I have ever had and highly recommend the big yellow house to anyone traveling into Williams or the surrounding area.

This was my family's first time to the Grand Canyon/Williams and we could not have picked a better place to stay. It is perfectly located within Williams. The supermarket next door is perfect for whatever you need. A short walk outs you in the middle of the old Route 66, where all the restaurants and shops are located. We had a great time and look forward to using it again on our next trip to the area.

We were incredibly impressed with this beautiful historic home located in the heart of Williams. The location was perfectly situated to the Grand Canyon Railway, Bearizona, the Deer Farm, parks, and downtown. Having a Safeway supermarket a block over was a great plus, as well. The owners were wonderful with regard to their communication and responsiveness and the house itself could only be described as modern history. By that I mean, the house is historic while having all the modern day amenities you could ask for. The unit was also very well stocked by the owners. We didn't lack for any amenities.
Extremely well managed and maintained vacation home. 5 thumbs up! Will definitely visit again.

Perfect spot for our family trip to the Grand Canyon. The ladies enjoyed the thoughtful design and decor. Ample kitchen, comfortable beds, and cozy main room encouraged togetherness. Wifi was spotty. We had a great time!

Relaxing midpoint to meet between LA and Santa Fe, a beautifully cared for family home with a long history, great attention to detail, so comfortable.

This was our second stay at the beautiful and comfortable Yellow House and it was like returning home. Every detail and historic charm was again on full display. The home is immaculately clean and again all necessities are provided for. The home is so comfortable and well appointed that you can just come in and relax after the many adventure in and around Williams. We hiked and explored the Gorgeous trails, walked the 3 blocks to the train for our excursion to Yellowstone and The a Polar Express and visited our favorite local stores downtown. This home will always be a favorite and you will love your stay!

Our stay at the Historic Yellow House was just perfect. The home is beautiful and comfortable. This host has thought of everything and added many special touches. It is walking distance to Dairy Queen and that became our evening ritual. We highly recommend this lovely home.

This amazing home was filled with history! My 9 year old son fell asleep so fast in the really soft and comfy sheets! Immaculate cleaning! Owner is easy to communicate with! We can’t wait to return to The Yellow House. We miss it already!

Great property. Home is beautifully decorated and filled with history in pictures, books and various beautifully displayes artifacts. Beds are comfy.. Host was fantastic and extremely willing to help with anything. Many welcoming touches throughout including refreshments in the fridge, tons of information about the local area and toiletries in the bathrooms.
I will definitely stay here again once I save up enough money. My only suggestion would be to add some fine gravel in the yard to cover the dirt. The yard is lovely but grass is very patchy and much dirt is exposed.. Our little white dogs were more beige or gray at the end of our stay.

I can’t say enough positive things about this beautifully restored home. We (family of 5 plus 2 grandparents and a pup) enjoyed every minute being in the yellow house! It has everything you could need or want to make the stay comfortable (including *very* comfy beds and we are kinda picky) and the owner is so accommodating and helpful! We took the train to the Grand Canyon and spent some time wandering around the cute town of Williams. We got excited to come back to the house after each excursion, because it was just fun to be there. Even our dog was so happy there. It’s inviting, cute, well-stocked, and everything works! We’d love to go back someday!

We loved our stay at the Yellow House. We stayed over Christmas, and the house was decorated with a tree and lights and stockings and everything! House is within walking distance of all the Williams shops, restaurants and the train station. Highly recommended!

This gorgeous historical property was just as described. The house was clean and welcoming when we arrived, with beautiful holiday décor throughout. Every room is cozy and inviting. The beds are very comfortable. A 5-star review is just not enough to accurately describe how wonderful this house is.

We loved our stay at the Historic Yellow House! The moment we entered we were charmed!
Our large group of two couples, two teenagers, and two children had plenty of room and felt completely pampered by the beautiful yet warm and comfortable décor. So many gorgeous details, with nothing overlooked!
We each enjoyed all the wonderful historic aspects of the home and the unique and talented ways they are integrated. So fun! Loved the big farmhouse table made from the old barn wood, the darling kitchen with carriage door to the patio, original wood floors beautifully restored, and the headboards created from doors! Wow! (There are far more darling details than I can mention, but you will love.) Each room had new things to admire.
The modern conveniences such as Netflix and flat screens in each bedroom and lush modern bathrooms were also greatly appreciated, as were the fun games provided that we spent a hilarious evening playing!
The home was spotless, the beds and linens wonderfully fresh and SO comfortable. The owner, Kerry-Lynn, is very friendly (she was there to greet us and show us around when we arrived), easy to work with, and was close by if anything at all was needed. She is an amazing lady and restored the home herself with obvious hours of love.
The location is ideal with no need for a car while in town. We were able to walk to the market, stroll through the shops, and go to the great restaurants (Some featuring homemade pies and others live open-air music) while leaving the car at home. Venturing a little further, we took a fun hike up Bill Williams mountain, and of course went to see the splendors of the Grand Canyon.
We all agreed that our stay was perfect, we would definitely stay again, and recommend the home to others in search of a very unique and utterly charming place to stay in Williams!

When we arrived, Kerry-Lynn was there to welcome us and gave us a tour of the house. She obviously takes great pride in the home and shared many restoration and historical details which added an extra interest to our stay. We enjoyed learning about the pieces she had made from reclaimed wood from the barn and the closet doors that became headboards, as well as personal details about the original family who had owned the house. The period décor was stunning, but very cozy and comfortable as well; we spent a lot of time in front of the family room fire. Every amenity you can imagine was included including extras like games for the kids. We went with our daughter and two grandsons (9 & 7yrs.) One grandson played in the big yard while the other especially liked tucking himself away in the reading nook. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home to anyone.

Our experience here was amazing. The house, inside and out, was beautiful, comfortable and inviting. Everything was recently renovated or new. The house was beautifully decorated, including historic pictures and artifacts, and contained every household item you could ever need. The location was convenient to everything including a stones-throw away from the grocery store, walking distance to almost every restaurant and shop in town, and an easy, one-hour drive to the main entrance of the Grand Canyon. It was the perfect vacation for my parents, my husband and myself, and our two kids. Kerry-Lynn made sure we had everything we needed and answered every question. She has created a gem of a retreat.

We spent a week in this beautiful home and had a wonderful time. It is completely remodeled and fully modernized. The attention to detail and care taken to preserve the history of this beautiful home is beyond belief. It is within walking distance to town, the main grocery store, DQ, and easily accessible. This was by far the most comfortable and well stocked VBRO that we have ever stayed in. John and Kerry-Lynn were a pleasure to work with and the friendliest people you will ever meet. My family and I would recommend this home for your next stay in Williams.

Am planning a destination wedding this summer and was fortunate enough to find this treasure. This home is beautiful and has so much charm! Was looking for a place for my family to stay and after seeing this - have decided to have the wedding here as well. The grounds are stunning and the house will be perfect. I can already picture the bride coming down those stairs. The owner has been delightful to work with and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend this property.
