We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and kitchen was well stocked. The fire pit and putting area in backyard was fun. We would definitely stay here again if in the Williams area. Downtown Williams was a short drive away.

This house is nice in a nice location close to town. The host was pleasant and checked in with us after arrival to see if we needed anything. At that time, we hadn’t really settled in. I don’t know if our experience was a one-off but there were a couple of concerns. Cleaning fee is excessive as it definitely needs improvement. Supposedly no pets are allowed. Couch and chairs were covered in pet hair. We did not appreciate having pet hair on our clothes. Hard to get out. There was a dog treat in the pull out futton. The “4th” bedroom was really small with the most uncomfortable pull out futon. There must have been a cat too as a family member's allergies flared up. Bed linens did not smell fresh/laundered nor did they look clean. We would have appreciated a heads up that someone was coming by to take trash bin out. I did communicate this with the host but never received a response to our concerns.

We really enjoyed our short stay, it was beautiful there and actually saw a heard of deer run through golf course!
Diana took care of any concerns promptly😁

We loved staying at this property.
Not only was it very clean but you felt at home. The location was perfect and close to town. We even had a great surprise of a family of deer in the backyard and lots of snow!

Amazing home. Had everything that we needed and more. Thankful for the materials on Williams and the Grand Canyon. We loved the beds and furnishing. Family decided they would book this home next year for thier annual golf trip.

Our group stayed 10 days in this lovely home. We had a couple of small issues in the beginning but Diana, the property manager, was quick to get back to us and helped correct the problem. Diana had to have surgery and turned us over to Mary Ellen and her husband. They were also wonderful to work with. With 3 couples sharing 2 1/2 bathrooms it got tricky. Our only complaint was that the 1/2 bath used by one of the couples (after showering in another couple's bathroom) said there were no hooks or shelves for their personal items. Hopefully they will address this problem before the next renters. It would also be nice to get regular TV and not just streaming. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay and we would definitely go back again!

Golf extravaganza
Everything about this property was top rate. Landscaping in backyard is only thing that could be improved.

Great house, unfortunate indifference
I struggle writing this review because the home is gorgeous and is accurately described. The issues we had were a result of the interactions with the property manager. Upon arrival, the electronic door lock did not work so we called the property manager listed as the contact. She did not answer so I left a voicemail. In her voicemail greeting she asked that you text her, which I did. She called a few minutes later and took the attitude that we were doing something wrong "because the last guests didn't have any trouble." We finally were able to get inside. Upon entry, there was no internet connection available, so we again reached out to the property mgr per their request to let them know of anything wrong within the first 24 hours. Her response: "it must be because of the storm." Well, the storm had gone through hours earlier, but we took her at her word. Being that all the tv's only had streaming services, we didn't have tv to watch. The next day, with a perfectly clear sky, we still did not have internet access as advertised. I found the router behind a couch and it was not turned on......so I flipped it on and wa la, we had internet. Unfortunately for us, this was the last day of our trip. So, it wasn't the storm like she said, and she offered no help on where the router was located to even take a look. This was not an inexpensive stay, so we are pretty disappointed. I hate to leave this review because the owners obviously have done a great job with the house, but need to have a talk with their property manager about her level of service.....heck, just being friendly and helpful would have avoided this. Hoping future renters get better treatment as a result of this review.

Grand Canyon
Over 25 years ago I missed the turnoff for the Grand Canyon. My sister and I were on a baseball park road trip from Los Angeles to Chicago and back. It was late at night and I was driving; my sister was asleep. 25 years later, with my family in tow, including my sister, I experienced redemption. I drove and did not miss the turnoff.

Wonderful location for a peaceful getaway
Great property. We had a wonderful time. I would only suggest to owner to have more items added to the kitchen. It was a bit challenging cooking for a family.

Nice place!
Great place to stay that's close to everything needed in town (groceries, gas) and an easy ride to the Grand Canyon. It had just snowed when we arrived and more was on the way, so we didn't stay as long as we liked. Big open living room and kitchen, big master bedroom. Easy in and out.

Great house
The property smelled and looked new. The decor is pleasingly coordinated. Linens and towels were fluffy and soft. Kitchen was nicely equipped with pantry items and cookware. The yard is not landscaped, and over run with weeda, but there is a clear view of the golf course (which we didn't visit). We went to Bearizona, a 10 minute drive, and the Deer Farm (15 min), since we were traveling with our grandbabies. We also visited Route 66, where we also found a Safeway close to the house.
It was a very pleasant stay.
