This condo has all the modern conveniences and is in excellent condition.
This unit offers complimentary high-speed WIFI, “On Demand” Premium cable, new (wall mounted) Smart, flat screen, HD TVs & Blue Ray DVD players which are located in the living room and all bedrooms (55” in LR & MBR, 40” in the other two bedrooms).
Cable channels include: HBO, TMC, Showtime, MGM+, ShowxBET, Max|HBO, FXM, FLIX, NICK, NICK2, Disney, etc. So, on rainy days, there's plenty of TV content...plus a well-stocked DVD collection.
This contemporary building offers 9’ “tray” ceilings, recessed lights, crown molding, and glass deck railings that were designed to provide maximum bay and ocean views from the outside deck (accessible from the MBR and the LR) and limited bay views from the entrance walkway and one front bedroom.
The spacious living room has a double bed sleep sofa, so, coupled with the large dining room, 3 private bedrooms and 3 baths, this unit is well equipped to comfortably accommodate eight people. And, the ocean is located across the street from the building, so there are no long treks to and from the beach.
The well-equipped, modern kitchen, comes with granite counter-tops and mostly new stainless appliances that are there for you to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is plenty of lighting, counter space, storage cabinets and a new tile wall backsplash with new under counter lighting.
The large and private, master bedroom suite, with its huge walk-in closet and spacious private bath provides the luxury you would expect in a modern vacation rental. Note: the other two bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for additional privacy.
After a fun day at the beach, relax on the large deck, facing south, and enjoy bay views while you read your favorite novel, sip your favorite adult beverage and/or plan the next day of your vacation.
There is a rooftop pool, shower and sundeck overlooking both the ocean and the bay which yields breathtaking views of both bodies of water as well as the wetlands and wildlife.
Workout in the fitness room while enjoying beautiful bay and ocean views. The exercise equipment includes a universal weight machine (with two workout stations), two treadmills, a rowing machine, a stationary bike, and an elliptical machine. There is also a bathroom, a kitchenette, and a table with chairs. So, bring your lunch, a snack, energy drink or anything that might require refrigeration.
Use the private and secure, storage room with locked individual storage cages for your beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas and other related items. It is located on the same floor as the dwelling (actually, you pass it walking to the unit), so you don’t have to waste steps in order to keep these sandy items in the condo.

We had an incredible stay at this VRBO and Dan made the experience seamless for us! The property was spotless and perfectly located—right next to the bay, just a block away from the beach, and within walking distance of Bayside Skillet, Saltwater75, and On the Bay Creamery. The amenities were fantastic, especially the rooftop pool with stunning sunset views. The building also had a gym, convenient beach storage, plenty of parking in the garage, and wash-off showers in both the garage and pool areas. Our family had an amazing time here, and we made unforgettable memories. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and fun getaway!

Just a short and safe walk to put your toes in the sand. Short walk to ice cream, restaurants, deli, and grocery store. Cooking in? Kitchen fully stocked and enjoy your dinner on the spacious deck with great views of the sunset on the bay. Professionally decorated making you feel at home. Very spacious and beautifully decorated condo . Ample parking spaces with plenty of room. Overall appearance of building was exceptional. Beautiful roof top pool with great views of bay. All types of entertainment in condo, cable tv, wifi, games and movies. Were able to enjoy a different adventure everyday includIng amusement parks, water parks, Assateague Island, North End playground watching an Elvis impersonator and fireworks. First trip to OC in many years and had a very enjoyable vacation. Cannot overvstate all this condo has! to offer

My family and I visit OC every year, this is by far our favorite place we have rented! The whole entire experience was flawless, from the booking right up to the checkout! Dan is a great host, who clearly cares about his property! The condo is so clean, and just as described in the listing and photos! The location is midtown, which made us about 10 mins from Northside Park, which is one of our favorite places to go for crabbing off the pier, and is about 10 mins from the boardwalk, which the teenagers loved! The rooftop pool provides absolutely breathtaking views of the city, and awesome sunset photos, as it sits right on the bay! The condo was super spacious for our group of 8!! We will definitely be back next year, and for years to come! Thank you Dan for allowing my family and I to rent your gorgeous condo!

We unfortunately picked a weekend that a tropical decided to hit. So we were very thankful to have such a nice place to stay. It was clean everything was label for ease of turning on lights and use of remotes. The condo was plenty big enough for a four year old to play without being under foot. The beds were comfy. Plenty of seating in the living room. The location was great. The owner was friendly and responsive to any questions.

For all but just a couple missed years between, we've been doing an annual golf trip to OCMD since '96 and we can all confidently say this was hands down the best place we've ever stayed. It is well appointed, perfectly clean, and the location is phenomenal. Just a couple minor things would have put it over-the-top perfect:
1) The code for the elevator was not in the check-in instructions. Luckily another tenant/owner showed up and shared it with us because had they not, we would have been stuck in the parking area until we were able to reach Dan.
2) At least one extra roll of TP for each bathroom and a few spare trash liners would have been useful. Had our stay lasted just one more day we would have run out of TP completely. And after tossing the kitchen trash liner the first night with some crab shells, we were surprised to realize there were no extras anywhere. It wasn't that big of a deal to go buy some, but I can't say it wasn't an inconvenience.
That said, Dan's place is awesome and we're already banking on returning next year. Satisfied customers!

They condo is ammaculate. Plenty of places to relax. Plenty of kitchen utensils & fully stocked kitchen. The condo is very convenient to restaurants, the beach and to jump on & off the bus. We love staying in the condo, lovely pool on the roof with beautiful views of the condo. Parking is awesome. You do not ever have to worry about not having a spot. The place was beautiful….location was perfect….condo was spacious and clean and well kept! Wish the Keurig would had worked but not a big deal. Loved the storage for our beach stuff and not needing to worry with the sand. It was beautiful, wasn’t aware there would be no toilet paper when we got there. We had to use paper towels to wipe for our arrival pee. The one bathroom door was rigged open went to shut and came off track. And the book said we would have two parking passes and there was only one. But everything else was perfect and it was very beautiful and what we expected!
