Relax and enjoy the beauty of Lake Charlevoix from inside or out in a comfortable lake front condo. Located in 'The Landings,' this first floor unit features living room with triple slider to a private deck with a stunning view of the lake, fireplace, WIFI, cable tv and stereo. The well equipped kitchen is newly refurbished with stainless steel appliances (range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave) and quartz countertops. Dining area seats four plus 4 bar stools at counter. The condo sleeps 6 comfortably. Master bedroom with private bath features a king size bed and cable tv. Second bedroom has a double bed and twin or queen aero-mattress if desired. Living room has a queen size sleeper. Both bathrooms have granite countertops, one includes a spacious shower and the other a Jacuzzi. The unit also has a washer and dryer, gas grill and garage.

Located within walking distance of a grocery store and the many restaurants and shops Boyne City has to offer. The Landings includes many special summer amenities: swimming pool, beach, fishing and swimming from the pier, and beautiful grounds.

There are many opportunities for winter activities nearby. Boyne Mountain and downhill skiing are just 10 minutes away.

The owner's cancellation policy is fourteen days for a full refund.

Pat was a great host! He answered all questions and had a binder of all the information we needed during the stay! The property was beautiful, clean, and right on the lake! Pool was very warm and relaxing. Overall we had a great stay on Lake Charlevoix and would definitely come back.

We had perfect weather. It was amazing. Each day was sunnier than the day before. Sky was a perfect shade of blue. We discovered new places to walk and to eat outside. We were able to relax in the condo. The view from the living room and dining area is beautiful - all you can is water. We will be back soon.

Great location for skiing/snowboarding at Boyne Mountain. Looks like it would be nice in the summer too. Easy to find and access and had the extras to make the vacation even better like games since we forgot ours so we could play after being in slopes all day.

We chose to stay here due to the proximity to Boyne to use the waterpark and go skiing. The property was well cared for and a lot of details put into the condominium that made us feel welcome. The communication was excellent and we had no issues. We will definitely plan to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay, the complex was quiet and very well kept. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. It was cozy and comfortable. The bed was the best we’ve ever slept in during a vacation, so comfy! Being able to park in a garage was a plus and the view was wonderful. Great communication from the owner. Very happy with our stay. Thank you!

We stayed here with our son, his wife and our granddaughter. The first thing our 8 year old granddaughter said was "wow, this place is nice." This condo is laid out very well, it clean a great location and a nice view.

My sister and both of our husbands plan a getaway in Sept somewhere a few hours away. In the past 3 years we have stayed at the Landing twice. Both times our condo was very nice with a gorgeous view of the water. It had everything we needed including the big ten network to watch U of M football game. Local restaurants are plentiful and great. There is even a Kilwins for ice cream. We will stay again.

We have rented Pat’s place several times. It’s clean very organized, perfect for four people, and right on the lake for beautiful sunset views. We especially enjoy using the gas grill and the kayaks. It has just what we need for a wonderful vacation “up north”.

We absolutely love staying at Pat’s condo. The property is lovely, well appointed, very clean and the view can’t be beat. The condo location is walking distance to town. Pat is very attentive, pleasant and easy to work with. Looking forward to coming back next year!

What a great place! My family was in town for a soccer tournament; we stayed at this property for the weekend. It worked perfectly for us, the kids loved the pool - especially after playing soccer in the sun all day! Everything is labeled really well, instructions are super clear. The condo was clean and and comfortable, the king bed was comfy and there were plenty of extra pillows :) Communication with the host was easy too - despite me missing messages from them. I would stay here again for sure

Very nice condo and a beautiful setting on the lake. Everything you need is furnished and though we didn't use them there are two kayaks in the garage. Close to town and would be a great place if you had your own boat since the slips and city launch ramp are right there.
