Every room of this sixth-floor condo opens to a screened lanai with direct views of the crystal sands of Siesta Key beach and the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Expansive view overlooks the entire south end of the beach all the way down to Point of Rocks.

This unit is located on the rear corner of the quiet, beachfront building that is ideally located for maximum fun and relaxation. Gated entrance provides added safety and security.

This unit is literally steps from the beach and just a short walk away from restaurants, shops, bike/boat/umbrella rental, fishing charters, live music, a tiki bar and a grocery store. Everything you need for an easy, unforgettable vacation.

We've got you covered. No carrying around a bunch of keys, we provide computerized, digital locks. No lugging chairs to the beach, loungers and beach chairs are provided for you. You'll also enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances, utensils, dishes and cookware you need.

Beautifully appointed and immaculately clean, the condo has an open plan that joins kitchen, dining and living areas in an easy flow of about 1,000 square feet.

The unit has two separate, private bedrooms, each with their own en suite bathroom with bidet, flat-screen cable TV, ceiling fan, hair dryers, free wifi, and Gulf view with sliding glass doors to the lanai. The master has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen bed.

The large, serpentine pool is heated year-round. Each unit comes with one covered parking space and extra spots for guest parking. For your convenience, luggage and grocery carts are available right outside the building door and plenty of coin-operated laundry facilities are available on-site.

Nearby Sarasota has all the social and cultural attractions you could desire: Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Mote Marine Aquarium, and The Ringling Brothers Museum of Art are all minutes away. A few miles north is St. Armand s Circle with trendy shopping and lots of great restaurants. You're one hour from Busch Gardens in Tampa. Two hours from Islands of Adventure, Epcot, Disney, and Universal Studios.

A computer and printer are available in the clubhouse for guests to use during office hours for airline boarding pass printing.

We had a wonderful vacation at this condo. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. Location of the condo on Siesta Key was ideal for our family-just steps to the sand and a short walk or drive to many shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the view from the screened in lanai. The information provided by the host beforehand made checking in easy. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a relaxing stay on the beach!

This property is nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. We really enjoyed having meals out on the patio and liked the convenience of walking right out onto the beautiful beach. Communication with the owners was easy and we appreciated the quick responses to questions. We're looking forward to coming back soon.

This lovely condo was just right for our sisters’ getaway. We were a few short steps from the beautiful beach, and access to chairs and umbrellas was so easy. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pans, etc. The beds were so comfortable. We had no issues with noise, even though we were right next to the elevator and laundry room (which was convenient!). We could walk to some restaurants and markets, and it was a short drive to the village and other area attractions. Breakfast and lunch on the deck was delightful. Owners were quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Having chairs set up each day was great. I’m not a pool person but the pool area is at the very front not really convenient. The beds were very comfortable. Nice to have a parking spot. The beach is very beautiful. The host is quick to respond and very helpful. We had a wonderful vacation.

The condo was absolutely as described, the beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed and more. Although not at the front of the building the view of the beach from the balcony was great. We really enjoyed sitting out there for breakfast. Location was perfect for us as we were looking for somewhere that had the option to walk to some bars and restaurants. Would recommend captain Kurt's if you are looking for somewhere with live music. The beds on the beach were free, comfortable and plenty. We will definitely look to stay there again next time we are in the Siesta Key area.

The condo is a side unit not a waterfront uni as the pictures and description would have you believe. The master shower is tiny. The kitchen is the same room as the living room. We did not receive the check in email as promised. Lackluster visit.

This property worked great for a week stay at the beach for the 4 of us. The screened in deck with sliding doors that open wide to the living room let us get out of the sun for a bit and still enjoy the view and sound of the waves. Long walks along the shore were a part of our mornings with evening seafood dinners at SKOB.

This condo is directly on the beach with gorgeous views. The owners have reached out to make certain we were welcome and answered all questions in a very timely fashion. Siesta Key also has great restaurants with awesome seafood. Great place to vacation.

We loved staying here! It was our fist time staying in Siesta Key and we can't wait to go back. We've done VRBOs many times and these were tied for first as the best owners to work with. Very responsive and helpful. The property is in a great location and we loved the layout with the open living space and bedrooms/bathrooms on each side of the unit. It's a short walk to dining/bars/activities and of course right on the beach.

We enjoy Crescent Arms... a short walk to dining, shopping, and ice cream. The rental decor had a very nice ocean theme, was very clean, and the owners were very informative and attentive. Excellent location on Siesta Key. A must stay. Two minute walk to the beach that we enjoyed every day. Free trolleys right across the street from this gated community. Everything you need is within walking distance or a trolley. Condo is exactly how it is described with all necessities and some. I absolutely will be returning and recommending. Finally, the hosts were very accommodating and responsive in a very timely manner.

The condo was great. Location on the beach made it super easy to Chill-out each day. The condo has very comfortable beds, and had plenty of extra pillows. Bathroom fit our needs well and had extra towels when needed. Kitchen was stocked well with the tools we needed to make many meals which saved us money by not eating out all the time. overall we would recommend this condo as a great place on a very beautiful beach.

We arrived in Siesta Key the end of July 2020 while COVID-19 was still making it's rounds. The owner, Pavan was very helpful in giving us guidance as to where to shop and some fun things to do. As we arrived at the condo we could tell that it had been cleaned thoroughly. It just smelled clean. We were very satisfied with the condo. Due to COVID-19 we had stopped at the grocery store to get our groceries and ended up cooking all of our meals except for two to try to limit exposure to the virus. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed. The building the condo is in is located right on the beach. You can sit on the lanai and drink your coffee, eat, etc and see the beach and the ocean. There was an ocean view from every room. The beach is just steps away and is very beautiful. The sand is amazing! The owners checked in with us the second day to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting to visit Siesta Key and be right on the beach.
