Okay, but for the money not enough value.

Good wifi. Good location to public transport. Host was very responsive and helpful.

A more detailed description could have been provided in advance on the check in and keys and the arrival time could have been taken into consideration when activating the door lock. Upon arrival I had a lot of uncertainties, maybe pictures and step by step guidance would help.

Great stay at Madrid

The apartment is at a great location close to the metro and supermarkets. it had everything we needed.

The check in process was a bit of a nightmare but I think some information got lost in translation.

Clean and well equipped, but annoying electricity and heat saving measures

The apartment was very clean and had good appliances.

The heating is throttled to 21 °C, meaning, once the thermostat reaches this temperature, all radiators in the apartment shut down. The landlady, Ana, came and increased it to 22 °C. I told her, I would need 24 °C to feel comfortable, but she didn't care about that. She said, electricity and gas are too expensive, and if I wanted more, I'd have to pay more. I felt, however, that I paid quite a lot for my stay. I brought my own thermometer, and it never showed more than 20 °C. When the room temperature reached 20 °C, the radiators turned off and the temperature fell to 19°, before they started heating again. Electricity (except for fridge, washing machine and dishwasher) only works, if the room key is inserted into a keyhole in the wall. So, you can't charge your devices, while you're gone. If you brought a computer, you have to turn it off, even if you just go outside for a minute to take the trash out. The key ring is really big. It has 6 keys and a big and heavy Madrid sign that you can't take off because the ring is welded shut. The shower is really small and the shower curtain loves to cuddle with you.

Big thanks for everything

She is very professional and very comprehensive, the apartment was great and the location was not to far from the center. The parking is at the same location and give you a full access to it.

They didnt want give me deposit back! Owner of apartment lied that I was staying during the night in more people. They didnt give me back DEPOSIT.

Fabulous

Location is quite good due to accessibility to the metro station and cercanias renfe, the district is about 1 h walking from the city center, The apartment is spacious and clean, very comfortable bed, well-equipped new kitchen, everything you might need on vacation, definitely worth staying

We had to wait for 40 minutes for the check in despite the fact we have communicated the arrival time beforehand; the owner asks to send the confirmation 1 hour prior to arrival, which is almost impossible if you come from the different country and have no SIM card; You have to pay the deposit fee via paypal acc, if you don’t have any, you ll have to create it; the fee will be returned to you, but mind the conversion rates taken by PayPal, I ve lost 13 euro- not a nice situation, to write to the support of PayPal, of booking, of your bank acc, to the owner trying to find where it got lost; Luckily, support of booking has resolved the issue; many thanks there!!! the procedure of the check in took about 1hour- it’s very time-consuming; The district where the apt is located is quite dirty; as the apt is located in ground floor the temperature is cool there, that ^s not a drawback, just for you not to be surprised; as mentioned in the previous comments, the shower is tiny, but I liked the apt anyway; When you enter the apt you have special key to switch on the electricity, when you are out your devices won’t be charged
