As part of our Island Collection, 'Pavilion a la Plage' 4 10th Ave, is a seven bedroom, five and a half bathroom home located in the heart of Isle of Palms, in an area called Pavilion Place. The home is in a small community of just six homes that share a large swimming pool and picnic area that is right behind the home (open May- September depending on weather).
Pavilion a la Plage is located in a prime location for families and vacationers looking to enjoy all the Isle of Palms has to offer. The home is just 75 yards from the beach and within walking distance to Front Beach restaurants, bars, and shops.

We require the first half of your rental amount at the time of booking. The remainder of your rental amount will be due 45 days prior to your arrival. If you book within 45 days of your intended arrival, full payment is due at booking.
We offer travel insurance to all of our guests through Red Sky. Red Sky specializes in the Isle of Palms area and covers you in the occurrence of a mandatory evacuation, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is 6.95% of your rental cost. Please email for exact cost. We recommend getting travel insurance through us. VRBO/Homeaway will also sell their own version through CSA. We also offer a new kind of travel insurance, called Cancel for Any Reason through Rental Guardian, and is 10.8% of the total. You will be covered for all of the main travel insurance emergencies as well. If you make a claim that falls under the main travel insurance, you will get 100% back (minus premium), but if you decide to cancel for a reason not covered, then you will get 60% back (minus premium)
Each reservation is charged a refundable security deposit. The security deposit will be run in the week leading up to your arrival, and will be fully refunded within 30 days of your departure after we have inspected the home for any major damages.
Pets are allowed with pre-approval. We limit it to one large dog or two small, but may make an exception. There is a pet fee of $282.50 PER PET. VRBO only allows one pet fee to be added, so please let us know how many pets you have in the notes when you reserve and we will make sure to add it to the contract before you sign

- You, a Family Member, a Traveling Companion, or a Traveling Companion's Family Member are covered if they are medically quarantined by a doctor with a letter from the Health Department.
- You, a Family Member, a Traveling Companion, or a Traveling Companion's Family Member are covered if they experience loss of job due to COVID-19 or any other reason (must be employed over a year and can't be self-employed).
-Other covered reasons include, but not limited to- Mandatory evacuation due to Hurricane, injury or death, flight delay due to weather, car accident , extension of school year, and more.
2. Rental Guardian “Cancel for Any Reason”- 10.8% of rental total and you get 60% back (minus premium):
-You can cancel for ANY reason up until 2 days prior to your reservation start date. If you are booking 10days prior to your start date, then you cannot add this insurance.
-If you cancel for a reason covered by the normal travel insurance plan above, like, mandatory evacuation, injury or death, sickness, etc. then, you will still have the normal travel insurance coverage as well and would be paid out at 100% (minus premium).

If the property is rebooked for only part of the rental period or for a reduced rate for the reserved days, your deposit will be refunded minus any uncollected rent for the rental period, guest cancellations are subject to a cancellation processing fee of $250, and 10% of the rental. If the property rebooks, you can move your funds (less any discount or unpaid rent) at 100% to dates in the future within 1 year of original check in date. If the property isn't rebooked all monies will be forfeited.

We had a wonderful week in Isle of Palms at this house! It’s in a great location and the beds were super comfy. We had a large family gathering for our son’s graduation from The Citadel. It’s a very spacious house and very clean and comfortable

We had an awesome extended family get together with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. There was a total of 13 of us, mainly couples, with a few older teens. We had lots of space to spread out in different parts of the house but also if we all wanted to gather in the living room, we could do that too. The kitchen was well equipped, we cooked a big breakfast every day. There were a number of restaurants in walking distance and we actually headed into Charleston one evening too. Grocery store was only 5 mins away too.

This house was even better than the listing. We had guests from 11 to 71 and everyone had a great time. No ocean view but easy walk to the beach; Enough parking for our 4 vehicles; very kind and helpful check in staff. Big closets. TVs in all bedrooms. Overall I’d say the house is a bit more spacious than it appears in the listing. Would def come again!!

This was great for our large family vacation including the dogs. The living and dining area was very large. The location is outstanding - <5 minute walk to the beach.

The house was nice, close to the beach. However, the water would not get warm for long periods of time and sometime never. The manager would respond by sending out a repairman. This was done several times.

For starters, the house was exactly as depicted. Our family of 15 was well accommodated. We visited the beach daily and with wagons, gear & small children in tow, we never felt over burdened with the MAYBE 2 minute walk.
I studied google maps thoroughly before our visit and still wouldn't have guessed how convenient all of the local amenities were. Groceries, shopping, restaurants all within walking distance. The shared pool felt like a private pool and was well maintained and just steps behind the house.
We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

My family and I stayed at the Pavilion A La Plage on IOP earlier in May. It could not have been a better house/location. All the guest were comfortable, and we still talk about how great of a location it is to the beach, Windjammer, and Papi's Taqueria. Would highly suggest staying here if visiting the area. Working with Exclusive Properties made everything smooth and easy.

The property was really great. All of the rooms were really spacious and clean. We really did enjoy our stay. After arriving at the house we discovered a few issues with the kitchen faucet and the full bath on the main floor. We sent a text and the maintenance person came right out the next day and took care of the issues. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

Getting a place for a family of 15 with ages ranging from 7 to 84 is no small feat! This place was perfect for us! We had plenty of room for all to gather when we wanted and space to spread out and each go their own way when one wished. Short walk to beach for sun lovers and for fishing and for children playing.

We had the best family stay in this house. Very neat, comfortable, and plenty of seating. The pictures reflect the actual place. It was beautiful, and such a good location. We walked to the beach, and restaurants every day. A plus for sure. The band noise from the local restaurant was very loud on Friday, and Saturday nights. You will hear it in the house with the doors closed, but the good news was they ended at 9 one night, and 9:30 the other night. Loved the whole visit.

Cannot say enough good things about this house! It was perfectly located, a stones throw from the beach and restaurants. Even though it was close to all the action, it was still quiet and serene at the house itself. The house had a ton of room for a large party like ours, and it was amazing that so many bedrooms had king beds. The property management team was incredibly communicative and helpful, giving us great suggestions for beach chair setup and where to get a good drink (to-go frose at the Co-op, in case you wanted to know too). 10/10 would stay here again.

Had a weekend with girlfriends at this house and it was PERFECT. Pros:
- Location was awesome - so close to a bunch of restaurants and bars, also public entrance to the beach
- VERY clean house
- Lots of beds, but most had their own room (no 3 queens in one bed situation)
- Number available to text with questions at most times - so helpful
Cons:
- water pressure was a little inconsistent, nothing horrible but made you not want to stay in too long
- Not enough supplies to even get us through a weekend - we weren't there for long enough to want to buy an entire thing of dishwasher soap, but had to be stringent with the ones we had.
- check in/check out times. While I'm sure this is because they do such a great job cleaning in between guests, it was a little stressful when planning out stay. They ended up being able to be flexible on times, but we didn't find that out until the week before. Appreciated the great communication on this though!
Again, amazing stay! Would definitely go back, just always appreciate a full picture when booking. Highly recommend staying here.

Both Exclusive Properties and this home were fantastic! The realty company staff members were very easy to work with and accommodating upon our arrival. The home was located in the heart of the IOP business district with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The home was also right across the street from the beach! The home was immaculate, with comfortable beds and furniture and the perfect size for our group of 8. I would definitely re-rent this property and work with Exclusive Properties in the future.

Perfect home and set-up for a large group. 9 members of two families had our own space/bedrooms with an extra bedroom to spare and 4 additional beds to spare. Each of us had our own bathrooms.
The home is perfectly situated within a half block of shops, restaurants and beach access. It’s the perfect home for families with older adult kids!
We also appreciated and loved being able to bring our furry family members. It was a great safe set-up for them. A shower was located on the ground floor, allowing for a quick rinse of feet and paws, before entering the living quarters.
The beds in this home were very comfortable!! A very pleasant surprise!
The dining area provided plenty of seating and space.
Our only complaint would be the living room furniture, while there was plenty of seating, wasn’t high quality, therefore, not comfortable. It was hard and had very little cushioning to it.
Overall, a great home and location!!

We've been having our family reunion at IOP (or near there) for over 30 years. That's a lot of rentals. This house was close to perfect for us. Nice big table to share meals and play games, very well stocked kitchen, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, and a very short walk to the beach, store, and evening entertainment. We rented bikes as usual, and enjoyed riding on the beach and surrounding streets. We had the fewest suggestions for improvements ever - only had a few chairs that needed repair. Everything else was great, and the management company was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Amazing for my bachelorette party. House was so nice and big. Pics don’t do it justice. Lots of space. There are a set of bunk beds in the one room, I think the pics are out of date because it only shows two twins. Ordered groceries and the kitchen was fully stocked before we got there (used groceries ahead.com). Took sprinter vans to the city.

Just Right VRBO
There were 9 of us ranging from 12 - 74. It's hard to have fun if anyone is tired and there were plenty of beds for everyone to get enough rest. Beach and restaurants literally two minutes away. Rental business easy to work with. Easy trip into Charleston. Just a beautiful place in the world. We had a blast.

Great place for a large group
We had a large group that had come down for the bridge run. There was plenty of room for all of us. I rent a lot of houses for vacations for big groups and this house was by far the most impressive. It's irritating when you have a large group and there are limited seats for dining or not enough plates, glasses, etc. This place had an abundance of seating and everything else needed. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, extra coffee maker, etc. We also enjoyed the location, easy walk to restaurants, bars and the beach.

We really enjoyed ourselves in this beautiful home. It worked out perfect for my family.
I have a large family and we all fit in this place perfectly. We are close to the shops and to the beach and other family members who got other VRBO rentals in the area. I highly recommend this place on the à la palms for your next vacation. We’re already thinking about coming back.

Awesome Location
On day 1, I would have given the property a very poor rating. The restrooms had a lot of mold from moisture build-up. But, I contacted property management and they had housekeeping out immediately to remedy the situation. The remainder of the house was clean and the location could not be beat. It was great to be so close to the water but far enough away that our kids could fall asleep at the decent hour and not be bothered by noise from the bars/restaurants.

Excellent Location! There is only a couple things I would say would have made it more comfortable, the furniture was not comfortable. Also there are no dressers in some of the bedrooms.

Amazing Location & Property
This was the best place to stay on the Isle of Palm. Conveniently located a 2-minute walk to the beach and other restaurants and bars in the area. The house was beautiful and had enough room for all 15 of us that stayed there! Super easy check in and check out. I want to go back already!

Awesome Christmas vacation
We had an awesome experience during our stay in this property during Christmas. We arrived after check in and the company made sure lights were on throughout the home and soft music playing. The instructions for the week were laid out on the counter in plain sight. Everything we needed was provided for in the home. I highly recommend this property for your vacation stay.
