Sandy Craic overlooks the pool, is located right in town, and is golf cart accessible to the beach and all the local restaurants, shops, and sips! This new 4 bedroom, 4 bath sleeping 12 is the perfect beach house for multiple families to make memories in Port A. Built in the sought-after gated community Village Walk, while there is no boardwalk to the beach, you can rent a golf cart for the Port A island experience. Watch the kids play in the pool from the deck while sipping a tropical beverage. The decks are amazing and the pool view doesn't get better than this. New shuffleboard game outside on the back patio overlooking the pool for guests to enjoy! Beach gear credit included! As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply. -STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

The Sandy Craic- Elevator was just as advertised. It was so convenient for the family to jump in the pool after a long day at the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Would have been better, but upon arrival I noticed the washing machine wasn’t working and the couch downstairs was broken and you couldn’t use it. Spoke to an employee of property manager who ended up getting a little irritated because she was having to work over time because of our issues. Long story short Property Manager never called me back as requested. They did bring us extra towels and linens the next day late in the evening. We had to go to the washerteria to wash beach towels and clothes. I received an email where they refunded us $200.
The location was good there was a pool right by the house and it had a ping pong table and shuffleboard which the kids enjoyed.

Our family had a wonderful time during our stay. The property was clean, spacious, comfortable beds, and nicely decorated. The ping pong, shuffleboard, and proximity to the pool was great for the kids. Would certainly book again.

This house was perfect for our family and the bottom separate area for the grandparents. Everyone had their own space. We had big family dinners and grilled out every night. The home was very beautiful (but it could use a good cleaning) and had plenty of space for the 10 of us! It is very close to the town. We rented a golf cart (which I highly recommend) and it made it very nice to access the beach. The community pool is right out the back door, and my grandkids loved it!

Great place for us and our three grown children to all get together and spend quality time together visiting with each other! Grandkids all enjoyed the beach and pool playing with each other. We wish it was located closer to the beach, but the house was perfect for our family of 12!

We loved this house! Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was fantastic especially for our family of 7. We had so much space and the close proximity to the beach. It was nice. Saw roaches though and the mosquitos by the downstairs door was really bad. There was a roach in the coffee maker (insider water reservoir). Other than that, it was fine.

Stunningly beautiful home close to pool
Our family absolutely loved this home and how it is decorated. It had large open spaces to fit everyone. It was very clean. My kids loved the garage area to hang out in to play games. There was plenty of parking. We met up with our extended family and we had space to park 5 vehicles. We LOVED the close proximity to the pool. We were able to walk out of our back door to the pool to enjoy it. We want to stay at this home each year with our family. Definitely recommending.

Next to pool for kids and adults as well lol. Loved the cleanliness and spaciousness of this home. The downstairs apartment helped with giving some extra space for the extra couple that came on vacation with us. We loved the fun garage area. There was parking for 5 vehicles which helped. Nicest rental company that answered all of our questions professionally and in a quick manner. Will stay again.

This house had everything that we needed! Friendly staff, will definitely return! Love the separate living quarters downstairs for our family. House was exceptionally clean and stocked with every single thing. We loved the shuffleboard game.

Wonderful Rental Home!
The home itself is 5-star! Wonderful location, everything modern and well appointed, very spacious and as the picture shows, is literally feet from the community pool. We took six kids (all 12 years of age) and they had a blast. They were able to utilize the downstairs area which included bedroom, living area, full bath and equipped with separate fridge which was great. Also worth mentioning is that it was very clean (for those with OCD). The only negative for the trip (other than the extended power outage on the island), was our check-in. We were told the house was ready early and arrived to find nothing had been done to the house. While the cleaning team did come back quickly, it was still not ready by the 4:00 original timeframe and I never received a call back from anyone letting me know it was ready. In the future, it is probably a good idea to follow back up with frustrated customers (thus the reason for only 4 stars). Again and as for the home itself, I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This house is so beautiful and clean. It is in the downtown area and very close to the beach. We absolutely loved the swimming pool. The layout of this house was perfect for our family having upstairs and downstairs separate living areas. The rental company was a dream to deal with. Very easy to use and friendly. Everything that we needed was there in the house. We took advantage of the rental company's offer of a discount with a local fishing charter. We went and had a wonderful time and came back with plenty of fish. If you are looking for a beach getaway to Port Aransas, look no further.

Perfect house!
This house had everything that we needed. It was in a wonderful neighborhood near downtown and the beach. There was plenty of space for everyone in the family and the house was meticulously clean. We appreciated that so much! The management company was very friendly and helpful with anything that we needed. We definitely plan to return in the future! Would recommend this home to everyone!

Port A dream home
Thank you for the great stay. The management was so easy and nice to deal with, the house was very clean and well stocked. We had a great time on the fishing charter they offer too. Love that the house over looks the pool and was great for our small kids and the 4 families that joined. We will be back.
